Amazing service and always love their break fast stake and eggs sandwich always looking fwd to enjoy it

On a layover at Orlando airport and stopped for a quick bite at Jersey Mikes. I've tried one near home about 5 years ago and was not too impressed so I never went back. Maybe it was my selection? I'm not sure. Tonight I ordered the roast beef & provolone sandwich and was quite impressed. The bun was very soft and fresh tasting yet sturdy enough to hold the condiments meat & veggies they pile on! Waaaaay better than subway! And for airport food, the price wasn't bad as well. Doesn't accept gift cards. I make my order, go to the register, and they don't take gift cards. That's all I had on me. So naturally I guess they just threw my order away. ITS A CHAIN ESTABLISHMENT? So located in the Orlando airport near gate 100. Ordered up a regular bacon egg and cheese sandwich. Picture a sub roll made into a breakfast sandwich. It was hot and the bacon crispy. Staff did not understand English that great but we got it done. Seating was ok. Table was dirty. But it is shared seating with all the other food joints. They had cups for water. Was the sandwich worth 13 bucks? Did I mention in the airport? So not a bad value. Protip: a mini is half a regular but you only save 25%. We got one regular and split it. Enough for two. read more

Are they super busy, yes. Do they streamline the process, kind of. If you are in a rush this isn't the place for you. If you are in a semi rush only order a cold sub. My cheesesteak seemed made half effort. My true gripe is that the advertised combo price doesn't match what you are charged. Consistent with all other Jersey Mike's, even though it's located in the airport It was nice is that you don't get whacked for airport prices. I had the original Italian, and it was delicious. I didn't actually get any anything here... but it's a jersey mikes and I'm guessing it's about the same as any other location. The reason I'm writing is cuz I sat in front of this store for the duration of my layover, 3 hours. And the guys who work here are superstars. During the entire time I sat here, these guys had absolutely no break. There was a constant stream customers, with bursts of heavy traffic at times, but the lines kept moving fast and the staff continued to smile and look friendly! You could tell they worked well together. When lines got too long, someone would come out and take orders from the line to keep things rolling. It was a pleasure to watch. This is my first stop here at this location in Orlando International AirPort food court which is located as soon as you get off the tram stop leaving the TSA checkpoint. I would say it looks like the regular size!. Also there is no self serving fountain drink option!...That's the reason I left off one star! I will also say the employees all moved swiftly with accuracy and integrity. Polite with smiles on their faces as well... I needed a dinner option I could save for later (was not hungry at the time) that would travel complication free...and Jersey Mike's is always it! If you want a breakfast sandwich in the airport, this is the place to go. It's not a chewy croissant or dry bagel. On our way back to Las Vegas, on a early morning flight out of Orlando, around 7:00 A.M, we decided to get breakfast. Breakfast options are slightly limited in the Southwest terminal, however, this Jersey Mike's Subs had breakfast and their regular menu offerings! The breakfast sandwiches are slightly smaller than their normal sandwiches. One of the breakfast sandwiches we had purchased was the bacon, egg, cheese. The customer service here was outstanding! The food was pretty good too! The breakfast sandwich was perfect and it kept me full until we got back to Vegas around 11:00 A.M! This Jersey Mikes's subs at the Orlando Airport is a good option for a quick bite. Usually, the lines are manageable, especially in the morning hours. It can get hectic at times, though. The do serve breakfast sandwiches and they are a little smaller than the hoagies and grinders they serve. They don't have everything a "regular" Jersey Mike's has (i.e. no Wheat bread, just white), but for an airport location, they have more than some chains. I like that they're open early (take note Chipotle) so when you are flying at 7am, you can still grab a bite. These are airplane friendly (as long as you don't get too much of "The Juice") so grab one and take it with you. 12/28/21 This shop is located in the Orlando Airport in the food court by gates 100-129. This was by far the busiest restaurant in the food court. There was a line compared to the other ones probably because they sell cold subs so it's convenient to eat on the plane at a later time like my husband did. The menu selection at this location is limited and is only offered in one size, 6". My usual #2, Jersey Shore's Fav, tasted just as good as every other location I have had it at. This location is unique as they offer breakfast sandwiches which are served on a sub roll. I have not seen breakfast sandwiches offered at any other location. read more

The sandwich itself was fine, but it was very over priced just because it can be, since it is in an airport. They also will not make the mini or small sandwiches. I understand they probably do this in order to make it easier during busy times but there was absolutely nobody else there when we were. Airports have a stigma about them when it comes to food, it's funny some people that have grown to love this sandwich maker dislike this particular location maybe only because it's in the airport. It's just before 7:00 AM and the lines are longest here longer than all of the other choices in Terminal A, except Starbucks of course lol. I like the breakfast options here - especially when the options don't have to be a breakfast sandwich and you can get a fresh made sub of your choice even at this hour. I chose the #5 Super Sub on white easy on the mayo, shredded lettuce, pickles, tomatoes and jalapeños stacked high on layers of provolone, ham, prosciuttini, and cappacuolo seasoned with salt, pepper and oregano and drenched in oil and vinegar. I must admit it was most excellent. The customer service was exceptional as well, Jahaira and the staff here took the time to make each sandwich to order and presented each with a smile and a thank you. I had a connecting flight from Orlando to Indy, and needed some dinner, so I just stopped by Jersey Mike's subs to get a tuna sub. When I stepped up to the counter, the staff were busy talking to one another, and it took a few minutes for someone to see me and ask for my order. I ordered the tuna sub and someone made it, and then another staff member asked me what I would like on my tuna sub. During this time, the staff were still talking to one another and ignoring me as if I was not at the counter. Once the tuna sub was done, the staff rang up my tuna sub, I paid, and then I left. There was no one on one interaction with me from the staff, and I feel I did not receive any decent customer service from the staff at all. The tuna sub was delicious and I enjoyed it very much, because Jersey Mike's Subs makes excellent sub sandwiches. It just would have been nice to receive good customer service from the staff while they were preparing my sub. Now I know the next time I fly through Orlando, I will not stop by this Jersey Mike's Subs for dinner. I would be better off going to a McDonald's. read more
