Courtney ,at the window specifically handled a very simple job and managed to flip it upside and side ways and I explained that we were in a rush to go to the hospital. Stopped by today went through the drive through paid and of course we were asked to pull up the the second pick up window. We waited a guy came out with food and asked if we had ordered what he had and it did not sound to be correct so we said no. After 10 minutes of waiting and car after car behind us getting orders and leaving we finally had to go into the restaurant to find out what was going on and our order was sitting on the counter. Come to find out the guy who came out had our order but did not say the correct order to us so he took it back in and just left it . When we finally got it from going in they just handed us the bag no apology. Terrible service read more

I wouldn't say I'm a McDonald's connoisseur... But for better or for worst, I've been to my share of McDonald's. Desperate times, call for desperate measures and during my weekly routine of first world problems, (one of them being not having time to grab some lunch), more often than not I have found myself visiting this establishment. This MickeyDs is within two miles from one of the offices I work in and between clients, I've taken advantage of their double drive through windows. That's right... two drive-thru windows, to minimize waiting time. Although, to be fair... newer establishments have this convenient feature. Either way, pouring rain or burning-like shine, I've visited and encountered no issues.. Freshly fried food (lol, hey, if you are going to eat friend food, it might as well be fried at the moment) and perfect orders with friendly service. No complaints here. I was at HD yesterday about 6pm and decided to run through McDonalds for an easy dinner. After waiting in the drive thru for about 8 minutes I finally got my Double cheeseburger, small frie and a medium half cut tea. I pulled over in the parking lot next door and began eating. When I unwrapped the burger I noticed that the cheese was not melted and then I bit into, at very best, a room temperature burger which I'm pretty sure was cooked the previous day. I sat it to the side and put salt on my fries. Guess what.....COLD. I threw them out the window and took a drink of my half cut tea. It was warmer than my fries. I guess they were running low on Ice. Nothing is more infuriating than going through a drive-thru in the midst of a global pandemic and having to deal with people on iPads trying to take your order before you have even had a chance to look at the menu. Imagine coming home from traveling for the past 7 hours on multiple flights and happy to be back home but really hungry at 10:30 pm. What's open? The McDonalds on 426 just off of 417. Then you get your food you're excited for and the fries are cold and the two cheese burgers are barely Luke warm on buns that taste old. That was a very disappointing experience and basically ruined my chances of ever stopping at that location again. read more

One of the nicest McDonald's I've been to. Food is typical McDonald's. Why is this place better than the average McDonald's? The place is clean and the staff are friendly. We dined in and if you dine in, they give you a number to keep at your table and your food is brought out to you. The man who brought our food out also brought ketchup out to us. Is this a major feature? I would say so not because it saves you from walking but because it shows that they care about completing your dining experience from beginning to end. I would attribute the way the employees are by the way management is. You typically see a trickle down affect and employees will take on the work ethic and personality that management has. This seems like a well run place. It's no the closest, not even the 2nd closest McDonald's to our home but this will be our go to if we get the craving for McDonald's. I wish they had a playland as our daughter would really enjoy that. read more

Online says they close at 1am, i went to the drive thru at 11:20pm and all the lights and everything were on but i was totally ignored. I said hello about 5 times before deciding to drive away and i saw a male employee with a headset on walking around inside... if you're going to ignore customers just because it's inconvenient for you, then change your store hours. Very rude and a waste of my time. read more

They close early I went at 12:22am and website said they closed at 1am. I work late and went of my way to stop here because I thought they would be open but the entire establishment was closed down. I even called to see what their hours were and no one answered. If you say you close at one then you should stay open until then. read more

It's not the cleanest place around town and the burgers aren't as good as other places but it gets the job done. If you have kids, it's a great place to go. I wouldn't recommend it only because of the how filthy it is. Have you every seen inside of the kitchen..? read more

Went through drive-through. No one answered despite my five calls. Went to window and got asked to go back around to order even though all I wanted to order was a McFlurry. Then I was behind four people and sat and waited for 15 minutes to pay. They never even took my payment so I left. Bye. Never coming back. read more

I started coming here when the UCF McDonalds was under construction. There has always been something wrong with my food. Always. The bagels in the morning are always burnt. It never fails. The fries have absolutely no flavor either. The only good thing I can find about this place is that the service is incredibly friendly and quick. read more
