I go back to the car, get the receipt and when I come through the door the manager tells me " Never mind, I don't really need it"! She insists on making everything over so it'll be fresh. 30 minutes plus to get "fast" food. This place really made a bad day worse. Horrible service, poor product handling, incomplete order, no sense of urgency and a really half-hearted "sorry" to boot. Needless to say we won't be back, ever.
