This store has a crazy turnaround of employees. those who have stuck around are amazing. I'm a doordasher-I havent eaten here until this morning, but I have dealt with their staff many times. My former beau and I took his best buddy's daughter with us to this McDonald's on the morning of August 10, 2024. I don't know why we went all the way here for breakfast when we could have stayed on the opposite end of town for a more homecooked meal, but at least Mickey D's was quick and cheap. While they surprisingly brought our food to our table, the service was robotic. No personalities. During my visit through your drive-through, your employees forgot my drink. I decided to go back through a second time to order a hot and spicy McChicken, not knowing that they forgot my drinks so I decided to head back home like any person would after getting their order which then I realized my two drinks were forgotten, so I decided to head back to get my drink drinks when I was confronted by a rude young man who decided to tell me not only did I come through the drive-through twice but both times I did in fact, forget my drink, and he didn't give them to me because I didn't ask for them.? I I didn't know I had to ask for food that I paid for. It would've been nice for him to accept or take accountability. For the fact you forgot my drinks but instead he decided to blame me and get really nasty when all we did was start to be cordial, but did end up getting quite confrontational to end this. He mocked me decided to act as though I was a little girl put his hands on his face and say oh you're right I'm so sorry. I forgot your drinks in the most condescending way humanly possible. This is a drive-through worker at your McDonald's not only is my food cold now, but I am very very upset about the fact I was treated this way when all I was doing was trying to receive the drinks that again. Dirtiest McDonald's I've been to. Tables aren't wiped down. Floors are filthy, covered in soda and food. All trash cans completely full. If it's this dirty upfront, who knows what the back kitchen looks like. Overall experience - McGross. read more

Yes there's a McDonald's in Pagosa springs, the other closest one is in Durango, an hour away. McDonald's still has old fries here too. The place looks pretty old, just the menu signs look new. My husband put in an order using the app and went to drive thru to get our order. After being told to wait as they had to make fresh fries, he proceeded to wait for almost 45 minutes. He watched as other people were getting served while he was still waiting. Finally, the food was brought out and he brought it home. We live 5 minutes away. My Quarter Pounder was flat as a pancake and burned, very dry and tasted like cardboard. Both of our burgers and fries were cold, tasted old, and inedible. The absolute tomf@ckery at this store today was amazing. They messed up 13 out of the 13 orders that were placed either before or after me while I was on the premises. I ordered an iced coffee and it took them 12 minutes to produce said coffee, albeit still wrong but produced nonetheless, with one reminder to the staff about my order. I would give it less than 1 star but the laughter and absolute shit show they produced was almost worth five stars alone, it was absolutely amazing how they kept messing up orders and how incompetent the entire staff was. I realize most of the kids are new but holy cow, this was top notch. read more

When we pulled in there was a massive line and I was worried, but the guy behind the drive thru register was ON TOP OF IT and the line moved pretty quickly! Props to him! Overall though Mickey Dees is asi asi. I'm partial to the Egg McMuffin, but it's MORE expensive than the sausage McMuffin with Egg!! Since the Egg McMuffin has less meat I'm confused about this... We stopped in a few days ago on a Saturday morning. We were traveling and wanted a bite to eat and a cup of coffee. The place was clean, organized, and the staff was friendly and attentive. We got our food and coffee in short order, and back on the road we went. All was as I had hoped and expected it to be. I live nearby, and visit many times a week for my half cut iced tea, sometimes a little more. Most of the workers are very friendly, especially the lady with the sparkly nails. Service is pretty quick , yes, they need to put the cheese on straight, and sometimes they don't fix sandwich the way I wanted it, usually it's fine. The restaurant is clean, and they keep the exterior clean and groomed in the summer. This is a pretty well run McD's. read more

This was a TERRIBLE experience. I already have extremely low expectations for McDonald's but wow!! After they already messed up the order and even the sauces we asked for (come on people) I sent my sister in to grab the sauces we wanted and they tried to charge her $4.00 for 8 sauces. 8 sauces that we should have gotten in the first place. I then went in and had to tell them that we wanted the sauces we were supposed to get and fix the size of our fries since they also messed that up. Least to say about Pagosa is it's a small town with a lot of tourism. Normally in the day they're really busy and when they mess up an order it's not a huge deal but, when I went there at 9:00pm and there's 4 customers total and they mess up my order twice. It's fucking bullshit. The lady at the window kept insisting me to pay after I already paid then hands me the wrong order and when I notify her she brings another one out and sure as shit it's half my order. All the other fast food seems to keep up pretty nicely and have half the employees.
