Poor service. Food is always cold. Staff is always disrespectful and never wanna help

Went here thinking it was going to fast and easy, little did we know that there was going to be a 10 minute wait in line. The fish sandwich was a nice change but I seem to remember the fries as the best part of the meal. Not in this case. They were soggy mush. I was very disappointed with that factor because it was mainly the fries I wanted. The food did not take long to receive once we ordered but the wait was really unnecessary. read more

My husband and me went for the drive thru of course! and we tried them a few times. Mcdonald's is as good as it gets. The experience was great, the food was hot and I received it fast, just the way I would expect. Coffee is good and hot, the way I like. You just have to let them know for any extras that you require, I guess they try to avoid wasting. It's nice to have them serve food still during this pandemic crisis. read more

I have lived near this location and have eaten there hundreds of times. Overall the staff does a very good job with service over the years. There are moments where they absolutely blow it service wise but, mostly they get the job done. The store is decently clean and well maintained. The quality of the food is similar to most McDonald's I have eaten at. Whenever I have experienced a problem they were quickly able to correct it. read more

Decent Micky D's in Pahrump. Clean and serviceable. They will get your order correct. Good place to stock up before the trip back to Vegas. I know this famous fast-food chain is not ordinarily a 4-star restaurant. But, relative to other McDonald's, this is not a bad one. read more

THE RUDEST EMPLOYEES EMPLOYEES I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I am appalled by the blatant disrespect from the woman operating the drive thru on 7/26/20 at 5:25pm. On top of her disregard for customer service, she refused to give us extra tartar sauce and when we finally got the tarter sauce they threw it in the bag upside down so it spilled everywhere. The manager spoke to us and was very nice and accommodating, but it was non salvageable after the experience we had with the first employee. If it weren't for the manager I would say this establishment deserves zero starts. Somebody like their drive thru operator should not be working in customer service. I get that this is fast food and not a 5 start restaurant, but McDonald's is on the pricey end and they should train their employees to act right while clocked in. It's McDonald's. So I don't expect too much from them. A 10 minute waif sure. A 40 minute wait? No. For them to not get my order wrong the past two times I've stopped by? Been there twice in the past couple weeks and they've gotten something wrong both times. Last time it was the pies, included in the wrong order was a 40 minute wait. This past time was the drinks. Little things. But annoying little things. I order what I want, so I expect to get what I order. Now I have to go buy a drink because you couldn't get it right. It's McDonalds... Not much else to say. It really never seems like the bread is fresh . I came in during the middle of the lunchtime rush. Everyone seemed a little stressed behind the counter but we're fast and efficient.... Except they had an employee cleaning under the soda machine. It seems to be a job more for when it's slow. I had to walk around this employee trying to fill my soda without spilling on him. I felt sorry for him doing this job during the rush. I'm sure he was doing as instructed but I noticed the GM type of person walking around inspecting everything. Kinda explains the extra cleaning and stressed employees! Maybe focus on the rush hour service miss GM and help your employees during this busy time! read more

As I sit here, I'm so disappointed. Over the last few months I've noticed much improved drive thru service and thought the management was much better than previous years. Well it's not true of the sit down experience. We went to the ranked in the play area- 5 of the 7 tables were filthy. Walking through the rest of the restaurant the floors had spills and dirt throughout. In the women's bathroom there was no toilet paper in any of the stalls. There was also no paper towels. There were not even napkin dispensers in the drink bar area. Trash was overflowing. I spoke to the "manager" and he said he would get an available female to try to get to it. There appeared to be at least 8 men and 2 women on duty. Only 3 tables of customers. When our order came up we were given 2 Big Macs instead of the 2 quarter pounders. So we waited 10 minutes and only 1 was brought. Another 5 minutes and the 2nd one appeared. All I can say is the star is for the fact that they did have air conditioning. read more

Showed up for a scheduled job interview at 2:00 pm Tuesday; but, was told to come back on Thursday at 2:00 pm. Returned Thursday at 1:45 pm for the 2:00 pm appointment. I was standing not more than 8 feet from Chris the manager, he ignored me for awhile, and that was ok because they were very busy. Eventually he turned to a staff member standing adjacent to him and told his staff member to tell me (standing 8 feet away) to have a seat, and that it was not 2:00 pm yet. So, had a seat and waited. At 2:20, still no acknowledgement of my appointment. I walked up to the counter and informed Chris this was very un-professional. Not only was this experience demeaning, Chris was being condescending. Walked out because I'm sure someone like that is not an inspiring person to work for. read more

Consistently bad food. Every time I try this McDonald's I end up throwing my food away

This place is a rip off I used the drive through wenesday of this week and ordered sausage mcmuffen an a small coke came out to be $5.90. Today I went to Carls Jr. Paid $5.36 for the same thing got a small coke sandwich and tater tots. I'm sure the girl at the Window at micky D's over charge me. I questioned her about the price then she got real rude I didn't have time to argue with her so I let it go. Won't go back ever again. I wouldn't recomend this place to anyone. read more

Went through the drive through and sat at the first window to pay, while literally 6 people saw us and didn't even bother to open the window for SEVERAL MINUTES! They continued to ignore us until we finally tapped on the window, and a guy opened it up and told us to pay at the second window. So we drove to the second window and tried to inform the lady working what happened, but she completely ignored us as well and obviously didn't care whatsoever. Nasty & filthy... bathroom, soda area, sticky floors everywhere. Soda machine has no fizz and employees don't seem to think it's much of a problem. Only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is to give them benefit of the doubt, because they are pretty busy. read more

Sop in here on occasion and have always been satisfied. Service is good, prices are standard, parking is a little problematic when crowded. Only complaint is that it can be a little crowded with school kids during the season. Will continue to eat here and appreciate the good customer service. read more

Had to wait 30mins in the drive thru and when I go up to the window the blonde lady takes my order and gets it completely wrong then she wants me to go back in line and reorder it??? Lack of communication and attention to details. Giving my order was good. When I get to the window, the guy asks me to park in the number 3 spot (for mobile orders) due to something still cooking. Problem is that someone is already parked in spot 3 waiting for their mobile order. I get my order from an employee, whom I believe has lost the will to live. Come to find out they forgot the sauce for the nuggets. How do they always seem to miss something. Very disappointing visit. read more

Look, I'm 53 years old. I grew up on McDonald's. I've eaten a lot of Mickey D's in my day. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese deluxe. Without a doubt, this was the worst McDonald's burger I've ever tasted. I say "tasted" because I don't want to acknowledge that I took more than a taste. I ate about half because I was ravenous. Stale, cracking bun, unmelted cheese, dry brown patty, over sauced. I think the tomato was okay because they only had to slice it. read more

Hey, it's a McDonalds! I'm never sure what to say in a review of a franchise of the most ubiquitous and predictable fast food chain in the country (or maybe the world). They have designed their restaurants to create consistent, foolproof food, so your cheeseburger comes out the same no matter when or where you order it. This McDonalds was no exception - my cheeseburger (well, technically a cheddar and onion burger off the dollar menu) was just the same as the ones I've gotten everywhere else. This particular location was modern and clean, except for the women's bathroom, which could've used a little help. The staff were very friendly and prompt. The joint was jumping, even on a Sunday night - I haven't seen a McDonalds that's a teen hangout for a while, but this is apparently the place to be seen in Pahrump. read more

My baby and me go here a lot. Tonight we had the great pleasure of meeting Crystal Davis. She is the best food service worker had have ever met. She is the first person to ever put lids on our extra cups of ice because anybody that goes to McDonald's knows that they don't put a lot of ice in there drinks. I went to McDonald's not to long ago and one employee picked up some fries ate some and put the rest back, with the manager standing right there. i didn't expect the fries when my order was ready because no one cared about his actions. I never eat at McD's but made an exception while returning from the racetrack and nothing was open. Fries and apple pie were good but the cheeseburger was gross and reminded me why I don't eat fast food. On 8/31/2017 at 10:50 PM we ordered (2) Sriracha Burger Large Meals. We wee asked wether we wanted Beef or Chicken a number of times. We asked for Beef. When we received our order #1485 , can't read receipt, needs ink, we were given two Chicken Sriracha Meals. The total can to $17.00 dollars and change. The chicken was so tough I COULD NOT EAT IT BECAUSE I HAVE CANCER OF THE MOUTH. I NEEDED THE BEEF. MY WIFE WHO IS 80 YRS OLD JUST THROUGH HERS OUTIT WAS SO TOUGH. Pulled up to go through drive thru at 10:27 pm. Another car pulled in behind me so I was trapped and could not back out. The service was so slow that I didn't get my food and pull away from the window until 10:58 pm. I asked to see the manager and she did not apologize for the wait nor offer any incentives to make it right, in fact she was hostile. When I got my 10 piece mc nuggets I had requested extra ranch sauce. What I got was 2 cups. For 10 pieces, that's totally inadequate. When I handed the cashier my card for payment, he handed it back to me folded in the receipt. When I got home I discovered the receipt had a sticky backing and almost couldn't get my card out of it.
