Ordered 1 sausage biscuit. One! Had to wait 15 minutes before receiving my order. They will fulfill five to six drive-thru orders before taking care of one order placed on the inside. poorly ran and the manager is clearly not doing their job. There were at least eight people standing in the lobby complaining because they were not receiving their food while the drive-thru orders are being taken care of one after the other after the other before they are even considering touching an inside order. This location along with the Palm Bay Rd location are one big joke. The employees that work these establishments are lazy, slow and incompetent. Food always missing, they don't know how to work both drive through lanes at one time, causing massive lines. Constantly messing up orders, rude. These are the same workers crying their pay isn't high enough. Well duh, with the garbage service you provide, you ddon't even deserve minimum wage. read more

It's kind of weird for me to review a McDonald's, but the experience I had at this location was so pleasant that I felt compelled to share. Everyone in the drive-thru was so nice. The man taking my order sounded really cheerful over the intercom. I also had problems with a coupon on their mobile app, but the woman working the pay station was patient and understanding. The order came out correct, which unfortunately doesn't happen often at other locations. I appreciate the extra effort to line up the nuggets as depicted. I don't know if they do that regularly, but the last time I got nuggets here, the nuggets were nicely lined up, too. Small acts like this leave a long, lasting impression! More McDonald's in Palm Bay/Melbourne need to be like this location, especially the one in Hammock Landing on Palm Bay Road! read more

The worse establishment ever! Bathroom (ladies) was so dirty I was tempted to go find a spot a pot somewhere. Normally I would not take the time to rate a Mc Donald's establishment because it's always a hit or miss. But I felt it was important to let people know about our experience. We ordered food through the drive thru after attending a late pre- Easter church service. The person taking our order was unprofessional and rude. When we drove to the window to pay we were told they were out of two items (nuggets and Diet Coke) The guy was wearing a dirty hoodie (not a McDonalds uniform). We drove up to the window after a 20 minute wait in line and our order was wrong. Not what we ordered. They appeared to be only three employees. The girl at the window asked us to pull up into one of the spaces and wait for our correct order. It never came after 15 mins. We would have left if we hadn't already paid. Needless to say more, do yourself a favor and avoid the location at all cost. It's the worst McDonalds I have ever experienced. read more

So I rolled into the drive-through inconveniently at 3:04 AM on 07/26/21. The date is important because I want any support management that reads this to know exactly who was working that night. I pull up to the speaker and ask if they're open and the gentleman working that night said it's your lucky day your last order of the night. He was very upbeat and optimistic despite it being nearly time for him to go home. I said that I had a really rough week and I don't normally eat at McDonald's. All he said was roll up to the first window wouldn't even let me put in my order yet. So I go up to the first window and I tell him again I had a bad week and I don't normally eat McDonald's it's been a year since I've eaten McDonald's and all I want if it's not too much trouble is fresh fries and he sarcastically said "ugh" and rolled his head and started laughing at me saying "it's not a problem". The hospitality and service I received from both people that were working that night was beyond any McDonald's employee. And I used to work at Publix where that was expected of us & it was beyond any Publix employee. It was beyond any customer service experience I have ever had. The hospitality and kindness really speaks volume for those employees that had nothing to lose or gain if they rushed me out the last person of their shift just to get it over with but no. They both showed great character and represented their jobs so well. I was very impressed not only that they went out of their way to make me fresh fries and the rest of my order. That they have to re-clean or not and but did it with the best attitude. Those employees deserve some recognition. Especially the young gentleman, you guys should put him in management! 10/10 read more

I have been here several times due to the location being so close to my house. I have experienced really good and really bad service multiple times. With that being said I think 3 stars covers it all. For the most part I am pleased with the customer service of the employees. Whether I am in the drive thru or inside the employees are friendly and willing to help with any issues. The main issue I have experienced in the past was the shortages they seem to have on multiple stops. I have attempted to order chicken nugget happy meals for my boys to be told they were out of nuggets. Ok, no worries. I was getting aggravated once I reordered to be told they were out of apples slices, white milk, and sprite.....all in one night! Another incident they were out of ketchup. I understand having issues but it seems to happen a lot. The inside is usually clean but when it comes to getting clean tables in the play area...good luck. I usually have to wipe my own table down. The bathroom door was broken for several weeks so that created an issue for needing to wash hands, bathroom breaks, etc. The other issue is the drive thru layout. On busy work days during lunch...don't ever park on the side facing the old Blockbuster. You might get blocked in depending on how people pull into the drive thru lanes. read more

I drove through about 6pm. I ordered 2 mcDoubles I also asked for 2 ketchup packets. On each mcdouble one patty was burned, really burned. The cheese was not between the two peices of meat, but on top of the ketchup mustard and pickle and onions. The aim was pretty good. Why serve burned meat, why? They have managers all around so not one could oversee the kitchen. Or did the manager put the burned burgers on. I had to ask twice for the packets of ketchup. What a wonderful thing to say as I finished paying and receiving the horrible "food", They both said,"There you go!" Yep, my mistake there I go. Tonight I stopped at your store on Malabar Rd just off I95. It was about 7 pm. I pulled up to the ordering speaker and waited a couple of minutes for the order taker to come on. After waiting, i called out to the speaker. Still no answer. After another minute or so I pulled forward to the pay window. No one was there. I waited for about a minute then I pulled forward to the food window. I explained to the attendant that no one had answered either of the previous two stops so I had yet to place my order. She gave me a frustrated look and went to consult someone else. I told her I could place my order there, but she said that I would need to drive around and get back in line. So I was being punished because the order taker had abandoned his post. Unacceptable. Can't think of a reason I will be going to Mc Donald's anytime in the future. Honestly I've lived really close to this place. Either the food is not cooked right or they have less food. Or stuff is broken you can't get what you ordered. There was like 2 to 4 months will want it like an ice cream cone from there a few times and each time we went they say it's broken. I had expected people to have enough money to fix some things like this. It's a company that worldwide but they can't fix an ice cream machine? Poorly run. When going thru their drive trough check your food before pulling away. Twice this McDonald's have forgotten an item, both time I didn't realize until I got home so had to go back to McDonald's for the one sandwich they forgot. They did not even apologize for the inconvenience. Also, purchased soda and it tasted like soda water and not Dr. Pepper, their ice tea is either hit or miss, at times is good but other times it has a horrible taste like it has been sitting overnight or something. I'm almost positive the fries I got were in the fryer for .1 second they were not even fried just a cooked potato that was freezing. I also ordered a normal cheeseburger and what I received was a cheeseburger smothered in ketchup and onions all over the top bun. I couldn't even hold it without getting ketchup all over my hands. I didn't think they could mess up 2 of their most ordered items but they always find a way. Ok. We've ALL had Mickey D's food before, so I don't have to tell you how it tastes. I'm reviewing the service. These are the NICEST people EVER! They're super kind, quick to accomodate, FAST AS HELL, and oh... did I mention FRIENDLY! They're so friendly (particularly in comparision to the staff at other McDs that I've been to) that it makes you suspicious! You almost wanna be like, "What the hell are you so happy about a cafe mocha for?" Especially if you're anything like me - NOT a morning person! Plus, they remember your name. I mean, they don't remember mine because I don't go there often enough, but they remember my mom's, which is great cuz I sometimes get free stuff. (CHA-CHING!) kiosks did not work and employees refused to take order at the counter. after all the run around it took 20 plus minutes to receive the food. it took 10 or 15 just for cups. Tea was old (date sticker said to throw out two days prior to my visit). manager walked out some time in the process. employees were no help. most were standing idle in the back as these issues were brought up. restrooms probably haven't been cleaned all day. i normally have a strong tolerance for service industry workers. and i typically do not review on yelp. but our experience deserves less than one star. read more

Was always a fan of mcdonalds, from the food to the experience however on this particular visit to there, at about 9:00 in the morning, i was met with staff that couldn't be bothered taking my money after i had placed my order on their kiosks, i just needed to pay, i had asked repeatedly if i could pay because i had been standing there for over 25 minutes just waiting, no food preparation was being done, so at that point i had asked to speak to a manager to understand why there was such a delay with no one in the store besides myself and one other person, she cane walking out, and her name was Brianna Copeland, (i had asked for her name after the incident) she started off the conversation by saying "if theres a problem, there is a less busy location down the street" no apology, no way to fix the situation all i was offered was to wait some more at an alternate location, she was rude and at times i was questioning wether she was the actual manager at the moment. My original question was simply "ive been waiting here for over 25 minutes, to pay, and i was confused on why paying would take so long" and Ms. copeland responded to my question with ignorance, all the while i was trying to be respectful, i did in fact end up leaving the establishment, because i would have been there for 45 minutes at that point, i was severely disappointed not that i didn't receive my meal, but that the service and my question could have been handled better, she seemed inexperienced from my end, but i could be wrong, I will say though, that I don't believe her actions defines McDonald's as a whole franchise, and I wouldn't not go eat somewhere because of one lousy employee, however, in the future, McDonald's employees as well as their managers should be properly trained on how to resolve conflict. read more

This is the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. It's the closest fast food to where I live and in 15 years I've pulled out of the drive thru at least 60 times due to incredibly slow or no service. And they are always out of something. It's been no salads, no cups of any size so you couldn't get a drink, no chicken, etc. For a while they were trying to charge 15 cents for every packet of ketchup, salt and pepper, etc. Often, I just drive farther and go to a different location to reduce the anxiety and frustration of a visit to this store. read more

This McDonald's is far from Your average, the manager seems to allow the employees to act carefree words are spoken and mostly without filter. After smoking in front of the door way I see many employees return directly to handling food. The floor was filthy the tea was over sweet the chicken did not taste fresh the bathroom needed a good cleaning and despite the unfriendly service I find it to be busy by many patrons. I personally would not bring my family as a dine in. I rate this two stars only in hopes they buckle down with both the environment and food quality. read more
