Lazy employees. Every other McDonald's that I go to, and put in my order through the mobile app, when I ask for "extra butter", the extra butter is put on the item when they're making it.However, THIS McDonald's just throws in one butter and gives me a dry piece of bread... Which giving me one butter and a dry piece of bread is NOT offering me "extra butter". Also, none of the McDonald's are consistent when it comes to trying to get your receipt. You go to the first window and they tell you you have to get it at the second window, then you go to the second window and they tell you... you have to get it at the first window. It's ridiculous! Why can't a customer can't just ask for a receipt and have that receipt given to them without having to go around and about to try to get a freaking receipt?? These people are a waste of time. They want more money, but they don't want to be friendly or helpful to the customer. No more 'cashiers'... You MUST use the mobile app or the kiosk.. So, The mobile App DOES NOT offer the substitutes I want, The kiosk DOES NOT offer the substation I want. So what they tell me is, when I put the order through on the mobile app or the kiosk, I "then" have to go to the 'cashier' (that doesn't exists anymore) and advise them to make the adjustments. How stupid is that? I can't use the cashier to place my order, but I have to go to the cashier to "adjust" my substitution order..... This is just plain stupid, laziness and terrible Customer service.!!!! If this is the future for all McDonalds... I can easily get my food from other restaurants willing to take care of me as a restaurant should. Come on automation and AI.. remove these humans that are lazy and still can't make an order correctly... !!!! At least with an AI, I won't get some foreigner that can't speak the USA language! Mickey D's So, like most McDonald's restaurants, everyone should know by this point in their life what they serve, so I will avoid the food descriptions. This is my usual morning drive-through location when I am heading into the office and didn't have time for brekkie. It is, for the most part, a quick on and off car ride if you are heading north on 95, and a hair longer if you are on the southbound side. The entrance off Northlake is somewhat interesting as you have to slam a hard 90 degree right and then a quick 90 degree left - but it works. There are two order lanes available although they tend to use only one in the morning. The nice thing about this location is that they have not messed up my coffee order yet - and that happens all too frequently when I get coffee at other drive-throughs. My breakfast is always hot and fresh and although this may seem like a trivial thing to mention, they always put napkins in the bag. I cannot tell you how many times that does not happen with other chains. All in all a quick stop to refuel and head on in to the office so that your stomach is not roaring at people during morning meetings. Parking available in the event you want to go in. read more

They are following Covid rules. Masks for employees and for guests. Social distancing. Tables marked off. We ordered a bacon big mac with no sauce with fries and diet coke. We sat outside and we social distanced. The drive thru was very busy so we parked and ordered inside. The employee was very nice and told me to keep the receipt as I can order a free burger if I fill out the survey. I find that using McDonald's gift cards are a great way to hand out food to homeless people, instead of money. I purchased 10, and each one has to be run through separately. I timed my visit for mid-morning so as not to be disruptive to the flow of things. The manager was available to help, and was super helpful and professional. Thanks McDonald's! read more

Manager customer service is horrible. I had an order from the wrong McDonalds which had enormous amounts of mayo and tarter sauce when asked for none. The server at the cash window was very nice and agreed with me, it was too much and they would make another. I said the store is in Royal Palm and its far to drive back. Part of my order included a 4 piece chicken nuggets. Upon pulling the box out of the bag, I noticed some sauce smeared on the side of the box. I included photos- it looks almost like marinara sauce. There was no open sauce packets in the bag so it didn't come from inside the bag- it was like this before they placed it in the bag. I then opened the box and took the nuggets out only to see the sauce was also right beneath where the nuggets were. So disgusting. I didn't even eat them because it appears that this box was used by somebody else and possibly pulled from the trash. Very unsanitary. This location is living up to its poor ratings. read more

McD's fast-food, what else can you say. This one has a big play area for the kids that is fenced in so they don't run out into the parking lot. The inside was clean, very busy everytime I have stopped there. It has so of the best people behind the counter that I have seen in a McD's in a long time. They can speak English, quick to take the orders and keep the customers moving. Someone is also out cleaning off tables and restocking items. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I placed an order via the McDonald's app at about 11:25 pm. I arrived at the McDonald's just to pick up my order at 11:30 pm. Waited a couple of minutes by the drive thru speaker and finally said hello, as no one was saying anything. The lady say "we are closed" so I mentioned to her that I placed an order on the app. She tells me to drive up to the last window, where she tries to speak to me through the closed window. I tell her I can't hear you, and she pulls on the bar that closes the window and yells she can't open it and they are closed and that they close at 11:30. On the McDonald's website it clearly states their hours for the lobby is until 12:00 am and the Monday through Sunday and their drive thru is open until 2:00 am Monday through Wednesday and 24 hours Thursday through Sunday. The rude McDonald's employee yelled back at me that they were closed, so I asked her to provide me the number for corporate so I could submit a complaint and she proceeded to turn around and walked to the back never to be seen again. Evidently the employee had no desire to work, which is what she's supposed to get paid for and is very rude with very poor customer service which is also part of her job. You don't want to work, stay home! I will be calling corporate and I will be speaking to a manager tomorrow! Once an employee insisted that there was sweet tea in the lobby dispenser when myself and another customer both told him there wasn't, this at the same time they had no ice. Another time an employee told me they sent all their sweet tea to another location that was out...... So now you're out? Another time I was charged $3.00 for sugar in my coffee. This McDonalds was the worst. Our order initially took twenty minutes to be delivered to us at the counter. Everything was incorrect which for McDonalds is really surprising. My kids no onions came with onions, no drinks and water was given with our combos. Then we were told by the server there were no onions on the burgers so they weren't redone and she spilled my mother fries and scooped them off the counter right back into the fry holder thingy and handed them to us. Showed up w a party of 3 for a couple of breakfast sandwhiches and hasbrowns and coffee after traveling. Waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged at the counter. Workers were unkempt, hungover, and had dischieveled uniforms, no one was tucked in, cute, showered or even smiling for that matter. The Gothic TWEEN at the register's black lipstick scared my daughter so much she cried. Water on the floor, no "wet floor" signs. Straw wrappers on the floor. Arguments heard from the kitchen with curse words, please, we were headed to church and curse words are not cute. 5 customers in the store and we waited 15 minutes for our meal. I asked where our meal was.. was told 10 minutes for sausage. No one smiled at me, no one looked me in the eye, whatever happened to service with a smile? After 25 minutes I demanded a refund. And got one. Not ONE APOLOGY or I'm sorry. Hell no, this was a sketchy scene for us. We got the refund and left immediatley. It was 10:30 am! I just wanted a quick hot meal and that seemed to be a hard stretch for this team to make happen. I will never be back, won't recommend it and WON'T be back. My daughter still is upset about the vampire black lipstick from out unshowered and unkempt cashier (she hated her job).
