Rude customer service, lady with pony tail (older) and glasses who was wearing a vest (3/23/26) sighed loudly and said "ugh they are so needy" when me and my friend ordered a sweet tea with no ice. We continued to be nice to change her perspective but continued to be so rude towards us and two younger girls. They were hanging around outside and when she came out and asked them to leave, then they started dangerously tearing around the parking lot in their vehicles to which she came back out and stayed till they left. This place is royally messed up. There's never been a time I didn't have to go in after waiting forever curbside. I even started going through the drive through to avoid curbside and they end up asking me to go to curbside anyway because they're so incredibly backed up. Then what ends up happening is someone is in the curbside space they told you to go to (so you have to park in a different one) and they end up giving away your order to the person who was parked in the space you were supposed to be - and you end up having to go inside and ask about your order. In essence, you end up going through all 3 entry points - drive through, curbside and finally walking inside. Messed up!!! read more

My 8 year old daughter had a softball game and I promised her if she had a good hit I would buy her a 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal. Well, she got her first double and so we drove a little out of our way to McDonalds in papillion by highway 370. We went through drive through. First they got the order wrong so the cashier had to change the order. Had to change from a 4 piece to a 6 piece chicken MCnugget happymeal. Then after a few minutes a rude manager told me that they couldn't take credit cards and asked if I had cash. Of course I did not so I was stuck in the drive through line with no food and a disappointed girl. Had to wait until cars moved through the line until I could leave. We had to order twice, and the people in the shop we're obviously less interested in providing service and food and then they were in showing us what a horrible attitude they could have. I mean, don't get me wrong, I ADORE breakfast food options all day, every day. For what ever reason though, it literally takes 16-18 minutes to get through the drive through in the early mornings, when you're literally the only car in line. Now don't get me wrong, I'm a patient person especially in the food industry (no one likes their food spat on), but I just feel it's "drive through" for a reason, and should indicate quick service. The food is what one would expect from McDonalds so no surprise there. What was a surprise was the condition of the french fries. They were either cooked too long or cooked in old oil because they were brown and limpy. I took the fries back to the counter and asked if I could have a fresh order. The friendly staff agreed and advised there would be a 5 minute wait. The "fresh" order of fries looked and tasted the same as the first order so I knew right away they would be tossed as soon as I got home. Anyway, since all Mickey Ds serve the same food made the same way, I use sweet tea as the single determining factor of whether I will return. Examples: you'll need a fork and knife to eat a tall burger or McRib, since it looks like the box containing the food was put in a paint mixer; chicken nuggets usually burned; fries probably cold; patties are usually sticking half way out of the burger. Drivethru: This restaurant always reminds me of Joe Pesci. "They **** you in the drivethru!" I have learned to not pull ahead when I get my order, but instead check the entire order and demand corrections. The staff will suddenly be faster and more accurate after they realize that you intend to hold up the line until you are FULLY satisfied. True story: I naively pulled ahead into a parking spot when asked to do so in the drivethru. 20 minutes later I phoned the restaurant to remind them I existed. I went to McDonalds for lunch on Christmas day. I ordered a quarter pounder meal at the drive-thru and paid $5.66 at the first window. At the second window, I received a hamburger and a large Coke. A family friend's 16 year old son was fired from this McDonald's at 10:30 at night. The manager forced him to give her his shoes. Business shoes from McDonald's that he paid for. From there he had to walk home with no shoes. At 10:30 at night! His mother was working, and he wasn't able to reach her. If she wanted to fire him, fine, but for her to take his shoes and make him leave with no ride, was absolutely uncalled for. I am absolutely disgusted, and plan on being an advocate for this family. The GM did not fire her, but she needs to be. It is an abusive workplace. I called and spoke to the manager and she admitted it, then hung up on me. I never cursed her out. I told her what she did was wrong! I tried to call back but the line was busy. I have lived here 15 years, and unless that manager is fired I will never go there again.
