Walked into LOUD horrible, annoying rap music! The young man at the register was not helpful and bouncing to the horrible music. Elevator music would be preferable. This is the third time I've made an order from this location and it was either wrong or I didn't get it at all. 30 minutes when I am a mile down the road is absurd. No one wants to hear how you have one driver and one person in store. I am sorry for the supply and demand issue but take down your ability to order online if that is the case. Not only is this place insanely slow for delivery (an hour +) but our sandwiches were so 'light' on everything. My husband ordered the vito and it literally had 2 slices of meat on the whole sandwich and a sprinkle of lettuce.... after calling the store, they explained that they had a meat shortage... seriously? Don't sell the sandwich if you don't have the ingredients to make it... we literally paid $18 for 2 sandwiches that had 1% of meat on them combined... do yourself a favor and skip this place!!! read more

I just ordered food and walked in and no one said a word to me. I was really early so I knew I had to wait a little. They put me sandwiches on the counter but never asked my name to see if the order was mine! The servers were all talking about soccer! The manager did hand me tops for my drink. Wow, how many times can JJ screw up my sandwich. I ordered a sandwich for delivery with no lettuce, they screwed it up. I called and they apologized and sent me 2 free sandwich cards. The free sandwich cards are not valid for delivery so I used the drive thru and ordered a #9. I drove back to my office and what I received was a roast beef. I then drove back to JJ and went inside. They said oh, did you get a roast beef and was supposed to have the Italian Night Out? So that was 2 more free sandwich coupons I got. I've been to this location since it's near to where I live. Needless to say, I will no longer be giving them my business. A worker with long hair was incredibly rude to me. He went as far as raising his voice and throwing his hands in the air when he got my order wrong. My husband drove here after I got home and told him what happened, went in and talked to someone else and was told he would be contacted by a general manager. When I walked in I was greeted right away, friendly enough place. The gentleman taking my order couldn't hardly hear me over the employees talking and the music so he misheard my order and had I have it corrected. Went to the pick up side for my sandwich and noticed the gentleman behind me that ordered after me picked up his sandwich first and physically left the building. I waited another minute or two for mine, at this point the guy walks back into the store with MY sandwich that he had taken by mistake and gave it to an employee. The employee then brought it to me and said here's yours sorry about the wait. I asked the employee if it had been opened (which it clearly had as the sticker was pulled away from the wrapped and it wasn't wrapped tightly) and the employee said no and then quickly walked away. I think anyone would have expected them to give me a new sandwich instead of the one a random customer left the store with, opened and then brought back. Also they put onions on it, I ordered a #2 which doesn't have onion on it. The 1st time I went there it was great! Service was wonderful and staff tryed real hard and effort really showed. The last 2 times it has been far from good at all. In the drive through, the clerk droped my debit card in the lot and thought it was a big joke. I had to drive foward while people were honking and yell at me and the clerk still thought it was a Joke. When Told I din't think it was funny all I got was " Sorry Dude." Then today while there was nobdy in like at drive through I order a sandwhich and get back to my office. It is no where near what I ordered. It was mixed up and there was hardly anybody in the store.
