The food is really good. The only complaint I have is we had to wait a long time to get fries. Which wouldn't have been a big deal if they would have given us both the fries we had ordered and payed for. The customer service was excellent though. read more

I wished I could give no stars this place. I had been to worse McDonald's restaurants. This one is horrible. I should have know when their golden arch sign is damaged that this place was bad. I ordered my food on the McDonald's online app. I arrived at the drive thru and was told to hold on before giving my order code. A few minutes later, I was then told to pull forward to the last window without asking for my code or order. There were cars ahead of mine. I get it. It was busy. 30 minutes of waiting for my family meal. I assumed my food would be hot and fresh. My food was cold. It was big disappointing for my family. Whoever owns this spot needs to seriously read the customers comments and make some changes. I blamed myself for not looking at the reviews before ordering. This establishment should be Closed. Had the most rudest employee I have ever dealt with did not get anything except attitude tried to order a big Mac, which is what they are known for. Didn't have any I wanted a quarter pounder didn't have that either then I finally got what I wanted kind of and wanted an iced tea didn't have iced tea. We ordered a green shamrock shake, and it was half red. My Dr Pepper tasted like dirty water. My fries were cold and my burger was gross. My husband and I would like to thank the blonde lady with a braid for handing out a frozen coke that was spewing everywhere through the drive through window this morning as we head to a funeral. It was so nice having that handed to us spilling all over our clothes our car and floor board. We won't EVER stop there again. F for service and F for trying. They don't open there lobby when they don't feel like working I drive a truck i spend in the motel I can't take my truck through the drive thru I know they have a bad habit of not opening there lobby so I watch and I see a pickup truck stop go inside get there food and come back out I'm 63 and I walk over there in 20 degree weather and they lock there doors. The people at this restaurant are so rude. I usually do everything I can to avoid going here but this morning I drove through and ordered two breakfast burritos. The person at the window basically throws the sack to me and as the window is closing, I ask for 8 hot sauce. She walks across the restaurant and comes back with 4 hot sauce in a bag, which she gives to me and closes the window quickly. I wait for her to see I'm still there and she finally comes to the window. I ask her for more hot sauce. She said "I already gave you some and there are two in the bag." I said, "ok, can I have a couple more?". She looked at me disgusted and said "ok, drive up and I'll bring it out". I said I wasn't going to drive forward for 2 hot sauce. I have been asked to drive up before from this location for ketchup, jelly, you name it and what happens is I'm left there until my food gets cold and they have done everything else before they bring it out. She tells me the hot sauce is "all the way over there" so I need to drive up. 1. it's not my fault they don't keep condiments by the drive thru-to me this is drive thru lesson 101 and 2. she could've just given me what I asked for in the first place when she walked 'way over there' to get it the first time. So, I told her I wasn't going to pull forward and have to wait for 2 hot sauce. She turns around, goes and gets two hot sauce, walks out the front door and makes me drive forward to pick it up from her! This is unbelievably hateful, rude and terrible service! I couldn't believe it! It's laughable! The whole staff needs to be fired and people rehired that want to serve the public. read more

There are no reviews for this, and that makes sense, since this is McDonalds, but hey, I go here frequently enough, I decided why not give it a review. It will most likely be short though. This McDonalds is an average McDonalds. The serving time is really fast, the food is usually pretty good (I love McDonalds to be honest), and the facility is cleaner and nicer than most. The first guy who ordered (who only ordered pies) was the last to get his order too....what in the world is this place doing?! How is it staying in business? After sitting in the parking lot for 25 minutes, watching 7 cars go through after me and get their food, I was brought out the wrong order,He went back inside, then the gentleman came back outside and asked me for my receipt and said he would get my food. A little bit later a young lady came out handed me my bag of food and there was no fries in there I stopped the girl told her I was missing my fries so she brought them out. weird - i went in there a little after 10pm -- and nobody would wait on me. there was nobody else at the counter, but none of the three employees behind the counter would even make eye contact with me. there was nothing unusual in my appearance, honestly! after several minutes of patiently waiting i gave up and left. This particular location has almost never got an order I placed right. Unfortunately it is the closest to me and late at night sometimes I dont have a choice but they tend to irritate me so badly i usually end up driving off in the middle of my order. The more simple the order the more they will screw it up. I never order anything complicated. I ordered 2 fish sandwiches and a strawberry shake. They give me 2 chicken and a strawberry smoothie. At breakfast order one sausage mcmuffin they give me a bacon one. Order orange juice they give me a coffee. I have learned at this location if they ask you to repeat your order just drive off because nothing will come out that window correct. I have even placed orders and had them come back and tell me "If your having trouble finding what you want......" I dont ever go to this McDonalads unless its necessary. I understand that fast food isnt a dream job but it is a Job.Part of the pay is to give a damn. Ive gotten tired of most fast food places where the employees barely care. Choosing to serve subpar food, food that is old and just all around not caring about what they are doing. I mean seriously How do you screw up frozen food? Its impossible unless you dont care. This is what makes a job suck. They always tell you in advance how much you will make an hour and what the job entails. If you say "I accept" then that should instantly turn the give a damn meter up to max while on the clock. If giving a damn is difficult then dont accept the position. I am not much of a fast food guy and even when I do bite the bullet and try I end up wasting more fuel just because patience for incompetence does not exist with me any more. Granted I may just be going at the wrong times but regardless if the establishment is 24 hours then the food exiting the window should maintain the exact same quality at Midnight that it does at Noon read more

New, modern design was very nice. We used the kiosk ordering with a little help from an employee and it was kind of fun for the kids to be a part of. The food was delivered to our table. What made it top notch was the customer service. The employee that helped us was kind, informative and made us feel welcome. The only suggestion would be to somehow cover the little book holding the mopping supplies - maybe a short moveable screen. It was just a little unsightly while eating. read more

This is the worst McDonald's location that I've ever been to. I have visited enough times to know that my experiences aren't isolated, and to know that this store is severely unmanaged. They make mistakes just as frequently as they don't, the fries are usually barely warm and soggy, and they frequently take forever to get your order, likely due to the fact that the employees are goofing around right in front of the customers instead of working. I will say, things are far worse in the evening that during the day, but there are still more problems. The drive-thru has been under construction for at least 6 months, and there are still screens missing. And if you go through the drive-thru and want to pay with a card that has a chip, you're very likely to confuse them. On two separate occasions I had to walk the employee through how to use the card. At the end of the day, I just can't continue to give my money to this franchise owner, so I go out of my way to visit a different store for my weekly fix. read more
