The workers are always extremely (not exaggerating on the extreme part) friendly and take your order, fulfill it quickly and even come to your table to refill your drinks, all with a smile on their faces. I always go for their spicy chicken sandwiches and the waffle fries with loads of their Chick-fil-a sauce. Their lemonade is also pretty good and their ice is like Sonic ice! I already gave a review can't do negative stars so I'm doing one never thought Chick-fil-A would stoop to McDonald's level and get messed around at the drive-through. They got three things wrong when I went through the drive-through this time instead of one or two. I specifically asked for them to cut up the grilled nuggets for my downs/autistic daughter so she would not choke while I had to feed her on the way home. We are on a strict schedule and I had to drive 45 minutes back home. They also put the regular amount of ice in her cup and I specifically asked for a little bit only. They also never gave me the Chick-fil-A sauce that I asked for for both combo meals. Some of the fries were also overcooked, some floppy and not cooked thoroughly; When I went up there to the drive-through window to pick up my order, the gal that was handing me the food was very polite and nice. There was a lot of cutting up going on back in the kitchen, though; I could hear it and see it for myself. No wonder they didn't do what I requested. I don't mind having a little bit of fun when you're working at a fast food place that's not an issue, but clearly they weren't paying attention to what I asked for after they took the order at the window. If the gentleman taking my order on the intercom would've said, " I'm sorry ma'am. We can't do special things like that." I would've understood.; but he said that they could do those things that I requested. I took that as yes, and I wouldnt have to pull over once I discovered they didn't ! There was not even a plastic knife so I could do it myself. Just a fork in a cellophane wrapper. So I had to pull over and peel everything apart myself and then get back on the road . I usually don't worry about Chick-fil-A workers because they're always so polite and very nice and usually get everything right, not this one though! I'm never going there again. This has happened to me a few times here; not specifically those same mistakes, but others; it's the location by the airport in Wichita. I gave them one last chance, but I'm never going there again. I recently had a gender reveal party and I ordered two medium trays of the chilled chicken sandwiches. They come with 12 sandwich halves for $46 each. After all was said and done I spent about $120 on my catering order. My husband picked up the sandwiches for the party, and when we got them there were only 8 per tray. I ordered spicy and regular. Chick-fil-A shorted us 8 sandwiches total!! We didn't have enough food to feed all of my guests. It was embarrassing. I love Chick-fil-A, they always provide excellent and accurate service, which is why I thought I could count on them to cater my party. Very disappointed. I usually am stunned by the great customer service from this establishment, but that was not the case with my visit today. My salad had bacon when I clearly ordered it without meat. Then my diet lemonade was rang up as a regular lemonade after I repeated myself to the lady taking my order twice. I was given a regular lemonade TWICE. They gave me the "right one" but lo and behold, it was regular. Very disrespectful to ignore my simple order and disappointing. I will not be returning to this store anytime soon until these teenagers are kept in check. Not to mention, there was lemonade all over the cup when it was handed to me with the lid coming off because the cup was damaged. Overall not a great visit. Have never came across a Chick-Fil-a I didn't love. This one is no different and does not disappoint. The staff was super sweet and patient. The gentleman in the dining very helpful and attentive. The music not to loud and was able to carry on a conversation without yelling at each other. The food was great. My chicken sandwiches were cooked just right not to crunchy. Love, love, love their famous combination of a savory pickle marinated fried chicken sandwich and crispy waffle fries. But this particular visit wasn't the case. I went with a friend and we both ordered the combo no.1. After placing our order we were seated and less than 3 minutes our order was delivered to our table. My chicken sandwich was hot but my friend's chicken sandwich was not as hot. Instead the breading on his chicken sandwich was drenched in oil and it was crispy but soggy. Maybe sat under the heat lamp a little to long? And the waffle fries weren't fresh. Just room temperature and not crispy. I don't know if it was the timing. Maybe they were preparing for rush hour. Well this was a very pleasant visit. We came in We ordered we redeemed some rewards, got to the counter thought we had paid for it ended up we did not. I approached the owner Mr Kane about the situation was more than willing to take care of it come to find out they They put a free promo on the lunch therefore causing a zero balance on the ticket. You'll never find a better place to eat with fresher food, norwill you find a place with employees that are extremely courteous and very friendly and always have a smile on your face proving to most that they enjoy their job. No matter how long the line, the employees always get me through quickly, efficiently and with smiles on their faces -- even the ones standing outside taking orders in inclement weather. Wichita had a "boil water" order until 8am today when it was lifted. Went to this restaurant at 7:15pm for food. Dining room was closed so got in long drive thru line. After ordering a meal from the employee, he informed me that they had no drinks due to the order that ended almost twelve hours ago. Every other restaurant and convenience store was selling fountain drinks all day. When I asked what the price would be without the drink, he quoted the same as with drink...no reduction. First and last time at Chick-fil-a. Grilled chicken sandwich was just okay. I have been told how juicy the chicken is. No mine was dry. The waffle fries were cold. I could not hear our counter clerk. I had to ask him twice to speak up. We were only his third customer so was trying to give him the benefit of the doubt. My husbands chicken strips were also just okay. They brought the food out quickly but without the drinks. Had to go back to the counter to get the drinks and also had to specifically ask if there was sauce for the strips. That could be because out clerk was new. Even taking the bad service out of the equation the food was just marginal. Thought I'd never have to do this cuz this is chic-fil-a, but by far the only bad experience I've had. First of all, they don't have cheese sauce, which is the only reason I wanted to go. Decide to go anyway, cuz whatever, they have a ton of other good sauces. Go anyway, get there and order but I like my fries crispy and well done. They told me that don't do that at that location and that they quit doing it. I'm like wow!! I never had an issue at any other chic fil a. But I'm from Missouri, food there is really hard to top anyway. So whatever, I'm like whatever, just give me the sandwich then and a lemonade. Get my food, and the bottom bun is hard as a rock!!!! I was pissed. The lettuce looked old and it was dark like it has been sitting there for awhile. So I literally took the bottom bun and the lettuce off! I had to eat half a sandwich. So disappointed.
