Extremely long, wait to even get the order in when all I had was a mobile order that was already in the person in front of me had to wait quite a while before ordering as well. When I got to the window arming the speaker. She said it'll take me at least two minutes and then kept the speaker on and kept talking and working on something. I just said well it's a mobile order. It's already in to myself and she heard me and finally took my order number. I moved up a little closer. This drive-thru is always so hard to get in and out of the way it is long getting out of the parking lot is nightmare because of the semis. You would think after waiting 15 minutes to get your food that you would at least have hot food the french fries were lukewarm at Best. I'm not sure what was taking so long because there wasn't that many people in drive-through and I suppose there were more inside but even my fish was not hot so what took so long? I normally don't go to McDonald's but since they had some new drinks out for the summer I decided to stop on by and give them a try. I ordered the Mango pineapple refresher and the sprite berry blast. Both of the drinks were pretty good and better than I was expecting. 10000% disappointed with the experience i had today. if i could give it zero stars i would. ordered through the app and got a notification my order was ready. i ended up sitting in the dining room waiting on it for another 7 minutes which was annoying but no big deal. then when it finally came out they didn't bring my large iced tea, which i can't get myself as it's behind the counter, my bagel was burnt, and there was A BITE taken from my hash brown. never ordering here again and will be having a chat with the managers. this is unsanitary and absolutely unacceptable! read more

I've given them multiple chances. About 5-6 chances to be exact. I ordered a quarter pounder and they put freaken buffalo sauce on the burger.... Like what? Today my husband went to get breakfast since the steak egg and cheese bagels are back. Stood in line for 10-15mins INSIDE and they took no ones over during this time only to be told at 10:35am no more breakfast. It was almost intentionally done to not take any others from 10:20 because it was 10 mins before before breakfast ends. Avoid them if you can they always mess something up and aren't the nicest employees when you go and try to explain to them what was messed up. read more

Drive thru is almost always closed. Supposed to open at 5am, pull in around 525am and workers are walking to their cars. What is the deal?

Service here does not deserve a single star. On Nov. 21, 2022, at around 11am, I lined up in the drive-through at this location. It is 20 Fahrenheit today in Indiana, and I had my daughter with me in the car. Since my daughter was in the car's back seat, strapped to her car seat, she could not see the menu screen at the drive-through. My daughter asked me to move the car a little bit closer to the menu screen, and I did. We determined what we wanted to order, and we were pleased. Everything went downhill from there. I handed my credit card to the man behind the first window at the drive-through. He told me I needed to drive back to the back of the line since I did not order through the microphone and speaker. He said that he knew I was in the line, but he complained that I drove close to the menu screen and missed the microphone! But he was very the person taking the order through the microphone. I politely explained that I had a little child in my car; she could not see the menu from the backseat and BEGGED for him to take my credit card. He said he would not! I stopped at this McDonalds' yesterday afternoon. Service was quick. food was fresh. The big reason I wanted to write this review was to acknowledge a certain employee at this McDonald's. This employee was working at the pay window. What I remember is she had a manager's uniform on. I believe she wore glasses and kind of had blonde hair from what I can recall. I went to put my card in the credit card reader but couldn't do it due to the fact I have a debilitating essential tremor. Without hesitation she told me that she would stick the card in the reader for me. She could tell that I had the tremor. I didn't know what to say. She was very professional and kind. This is not just a great McDonald's employee, but a wonderful human being. Whatever your name is you're a wonderful person. I will not forget this kindness and hopefully someday I can repay it. Ordered a number 1. Had two cars in front of me. 30-35 minutes later I get the food items. 12-15 minutes later I received the drink. The woman who took my money was pleasant, but the people who were at the other window were rude and had no sense of urgency. I've heard of this McDonald's messing up my friends orders quite a bit. But figured that is fast food generally. Today I went there and they completely forgot my coffee.
