This place is a mess. You can't even call them due to a loud buzzing in the phone on their end, yes I called from multiple phones. I received food I ended up throwing away it was so cold and stale after waiting 20 minutes in some hap hazard line they make instead of serving you at the window. I received no sauces I ordered and waited 7 more minutes when I went in at the counter just to be told they don't have any. Funny I later realized I was charged for them. My large fry was only partially filled with cold fries that fit into my daughter's small fry container once emptied of the same old discussing fries. read more

Literally the worst McDonald's in Pensacola. Every time I come here they are always out of Dr Pepper. Not sure why doesn't happen to any of the other McDonald's that I go to just this one. i come to this mcdonalds location because their ice cream machine works till close unlike the one in perdido, and tonight i decided to get the new 'Talladega speedway meal' that was advertised large fries and drink for $7.39..the same as the number 2 with medium fries. i got charged for the large upgrade and when i explained what the sign said, the cashier couldnt explain nor could the manager, or whatever she was.. she should be a busser. anyways, they couldnt understand that it said large fries and drink for 7.39. she tried to talk me into getting the medium. she couldnt even charge me for medium and just give me larges, at the cost of a mistake. one star because the cashier was nice. read more

Got asked to pull forward from the drive thru and wait, no big deal there. Was told it was because they were cooking new fries. Waited about 6-7 minutes and got out of the car to go inside and see what was going on. The fries we got were lukewarm and a little rubbery. Once again, the worst McDonald's in existence strikes again. I always tell myself I won't go back. They have a new method to make you wait, pull around the building, and they bring it out. I waited about 5 minutes, then I see a lady come out with 2 bags. She goes to the car in front of me where the lady in the car pulls everything out of the bag, only to realize, it was mine! She handed her the other bag, and she drove off. So some stranger just handled my food, and the employee looks at me, cause my look was one of awe, and she goes..."what?" i went there today. let's just say, i am not impressed. service, was horrible. i waited at the drive thru for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. I had to pull up to the first window to order my food. Then, i was told to wait for my food. So i waited about 15 minutes for my food to he brought to me. I walked into the Mcdonald's and i saw my food sitting at on the counter and I ordered milkshakes and they were sitting there melting. I do NOT recommend visiting this place.
