We use this Wendy's regularly because it's right up the road to our apartment. Out of the 10 times we've gone they'll messed our order up 8 of them. This happened at 8080 Hwy 98, in Pensacola, FL. I wanted a single hamburger with no cheese. What I received was literally impossible to consume. The meat was burnt and extremely dried out. In addition to the pattie being beyond consumable, the center was icy (like it just came out of a refrigerator). To add more insult, the "bun" consisted of two extremely burnt bottom pieces of a bun. I've had some incorrectly made hamburgers from this location, but this seemed to be beyond "incorrectly made" it seemed like this had to have been intentional, there is no way possible that any human could have handled this "hamburger" and not recognized the condition of the meat or the fact that there were only bottom pieces in place of a bun. So literally just got a to go order the buns are hard as bricks. They didn't give us the correct amount of fries. Requesting a refund in the morning. Won't even be drinking the drinks. I made a drive thru order and usually you can tell that whoever is on the other end of the microphone doesn't want to be there (at other establishments). Here, I felt welcomed. It was honestly a pleasant surprise. I did have to pull up and wait for my food for a couple of minutes, but it was hot and fresh and delicious when I got it. Thanks for all the crackers my for my chili!!! The staff was all friendly and efficient, and that's so difficult to come by anymore that I just had to leave a review. Went to order breakfast and it says open 0630a to 1100p daily. Pulled up to the drive thru around 0915, nothing. Pulled around to leave and saw a women at the drive thru window on her personal phone. Pulled up at 12:20. They let me and one other car sit there until 1231 and they turned the menu lights off. Hours say they are open until 1. When this is one of the only late night options in the area and we arrive 40 minutes before closing, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect service. Imagine spending half your lunch or more waiting patiently to be shut out a half hour before they close. And these people want $20+ an hour wages. Very disappointing. read more

I tried the app tonight for the first time and thought it would expedite our order, but when I arrived at the drive thru window as directed by the app, after waiting in line behind 6 cars, I was told that I would need to go into the store to pickup my order. So, I go inside without any shoes as directed by the woman at the window and stand in another line to get my prepaid order, just to wait behind more customers. Long story short, I live 1.4 miles from Wendy's and after exactly 1 hr., I am back home with my order of cold fries & cold sandwiches. At least the drinks were cold too. That was the only good thing about the whole experience. Why do I need to us the app? It would of been faster just to go to the drive thru window like I always do, then I would not have had to make a second stop by going into the store. I think I'm done with this location. We placed an online order to pickup at the drive thru. It took nearly an hour from the time the order was place til the time we received the order. When we received the order the drinks were all the wrong sizes. The baked potato was the wrong one and was open and falling out of the container. Sauce was included but nuggets were not. You really don't expect much from Wendy's but this Wendy"a in particular is beyond a train wreck. Whether it's busy or slow the restaurant will always be dirty and employees will always find time to goof around, even if they mess your order up. Worst managed Wendy's on the planet. Went through the drive-through this evening to order two cold coffee drinks. Had to repeat my order twice because the person taking the order didn't know what I was talking about. Once he found it on his computer, I told him I would like one vanilla and one chocolate medium size. A couple of minutes passed and then I was told medium size wasn't available. So I said, "Make them small." I then drove around to pay and was then told I was getting medium-sized after all. Drove to the next window to get the drinks and was then told only the vanilla was available. The drinks were, in my opinion, trash. Never again!! read more

It sucks now! A couple years ago, this used to be the place to be. It sucks now! Guy in there today came in claiming their were bugs in his food. He was a little pissed after the second one, I was still in line, he took the big off of his lettuce, and showed it to me. My Quote, "It was a bug." Sitting right there on his finger. The customer showed it to the manager and me. I asked my family and we decided to leave. Even my eight year old who loves their nuggets. They just continued to serve food. Waited at the register for long enough before someone finally came to help us. When we received our food the fries were extremely cold, and the sandwiches had excessive amounts of mayo on them. Not sure why we couldn't get fresh food since they were not busy AND all the staff was just standing around playing not worried about how they were serving cold practically expired fries. Drink station was very dirty & the counter next to it was extremely sticking i couldn't even set my cup down. tables were dirty, bathrooms as well there was trash all over the floor in the lobby and they were slow enough in the dining room that the young lady could have cleaned up the trash from all over the floor. The trash was overflowing! This is a store that has been ran into the ground and management doesn't even seem to care at all as there was a manager sitting in the dining room near me and i know she heard the many complaints i had about my order and instead of getting up and directing her staff she continued to sit and sent someone else to do it. Solid service. Fast indoor ordering. Polite cashier at the front. Clean and quiet atmosphere in the dining room.The other customers are friendly too. And the manager actually comes out and asks for feedback. I love my neighborhood Wendy's. The ducks though, not sure who is feeding them. If i could rate no stars i would! Multiple times i have used Uber eats or went through the drive thru or even went inside it's always the same thing. Customer service is terrible! The wait times are usually on a good day 15-20 minutes. The staff and the management have no regard for their business. It seems like the customers are an inconvenience to them. This is the worst Wendy's I have EVER been to! They are always slow. A drive through experience can take 30 minutes to get through, even when there are only 2-3 cars. Every time I order I have to repeat and correct my order 3-4 times. Even then it is rarely right. Today the cashier was moving at turtle speed. We ate inside because there were 10 cars in the drive through. It still took us 45 minutes to get our order and only AFTER I went to check on it. We go here quite often, the ducks outside are awful and mean they really should have them removed. The service isn't amazing but it's adequate. My family of six usually orders the same thing every time we go. We order a LARGE amount of nuggets which forces them to make them fresh to accommodate us. However when we order the 4 for $4 meal and ask for a large drink half the time they up charge is, which is fine, and the other half were told it's impossible. I've tried explaining we've done it before can you ask someone else and I immediately get an attitude and told No. I've had the same person tell me yes on one occasion and no on another occasion. The seating area isn't the cleanest place so we usually take it to go. Update: went back on New Years Day evening and was helped by Gabriel he was amazing!
