McDonald's location at 91st Ave and Olive is horrible. I've given them so many chances. They are consistently SLOW... they don't come out to deliverer food when you mobile order., I've had to walk in several times to get my food after waiting on my car for at least 20 minutes.... and then they are very rude when i go in to get my order and I show frustration. I'm currently in the drive thru and I've literally moved up one spot on the past 20 minutes ​ *** Update*** I finally got up to the pickup window and they handed me my drink. And wanted to pull me around the side of the building to wait for my order. So I asked the girl, so what 25 minutes wasn't long enough to get my order. Ready? And she said, unfortunately no. I then told her, this is the absolute worst McDonald's. I've ever been to and that this sort of thing happens every single time I go there. And she said, well, I'm sorry. But there's nothing I can do about it. So then I went ahead and asked for a refund, which took another five minutes. This is by far the worst McDonald's. They didn't give me my offset &Carti b meal bag or cup .They took 1 hour to make the food and they didn't even have pies and they tried to scam us for 1 cookie when that's not how much the pie even cost ,and they had terrible customer service because they were rolling their eyes and the customers. read more

I usually drive to a farther one on 67th and peoria instead cuz every time i come here, they mess up the order, are hella rude, and there machines never work. i ordered something and waited in line for the girl to tell me at the window their machine didn't work then roll her eyes. i worked at taco bell so i always try to be nice to the workers because i know how rude customers can be but damn. this mcdonald's is ass and if u go here, just go across the street to jack in the box cuz they're nicer and have curly fries. read more

If I could give this location zero I would. This location used to be my favorite but now it just sucks. The kids that were working on 10/29/2021 were rude and messed up my order and took a very long time. They were having personal conversations instead of taking care of the guest. The fries were cold and they didn't give me the right sauce and when I asked for the right one the cook who touched his hat and his head and didn't bother to wash his hands let out a big sigh as if I was bothering him to do his job. read more

I recently went to this McDonald's for breakfast as it's walking distance from my apartment complex. When I walked in it smelled not so great- it was obviously the McDonald's that smelled, but which ones don't right? There was a line of 2 people ahead of me which I didn't really mind considering it's in a Walmart so it's usually busy. The line moved a lot slower than expected but nothing absurdly long. When I got to the counter I wasn't greeted with a how can I help you or how are you or anything, the counter attended lady was silent and looked tired of working (it was only 7am). I just went ahead and ordered 2 hash browns, a large iced coffee, and 2 breakfast burritos. Original total was $7 something, I used my free McCafe reward and that set it to $5. However when I asked if I just scanned the code myself and pointed to the machine, the attendant irritatedly responded yes. This wasn't necessary as some places have preferred to take my phone and do it themselves because the machine it closer to them, but I didn't acknowledge it. I didn't wait long for my order and everything came out decently fine, the burritos were actually heated up and not crusty and hard, the iced coffee was sweet enough but the hash browns didn't seem to be cooked all the way. It was an okay experience verging on an annoying one, so I won't be ordering from this location anymore. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 since the food was mostly good and they actually accepted my Reward for the coffee, as some places will try to tell me I can't use it. read more

Absolutely disappointed! I asked for the manager multiple times but the employees said no. My kids were starving and we got the wrong order this was on purpose I want a refund but they didn't give me a refund which is really disappointing and I'm really mad don't go here I am very disappointed I will be contacting my lawyer to get my money back. Worst McDonald's ever. Ordered food and a beverage. They cam in a short time. Went to get a coke and the machine spit brown gross at me. I dumped it out and got a differant beverage, same thing. So I went to the counter and explained. The guy said ok and went to the back room and came back a couple minutes later and said the machine is fine. I asked if it looked fine. He left and again came back and said the machine is fine. Would not even walk over and try the machine. Rude unhelpful and disgusting. read more

I know McDonald's has its haters, but I love this location. The staff is always polite, the restaurant is clean, and now they even have excellent Styrofoam cups. Sadly enough, they don't sell ice here--probably a conflict of interest because they are in a Walmart.they don't have a drive-thru either, for the same reason. Nonetheless, this is still my all-of-the-Valley favorite McD's. They have a spot in the back where you can park your baby stroller or an elderly persons electric scooter. The restaurant is tucked just inside the east door, across from the deli. They have booths, regular tables and café tables. Cute pendant lighting over the cafe tables. Now I think I need to go back and get 2 fruit parfaits--one for now and one for my breakfast tomorrow! read more

The girls working drive threw were very polite I placed a few special orders and they were very good about making sure they had everything correct and even made sure that the cooks did everything right. Because I asked for fries with no salt I had to pull up and wait. I had my daughter with me. They gave us a small drink for her as we waited. When they brought the food out to us they apologized for the wait. When we got home all the food was make just as I had asked and everything was made fresh. read more

This was a nice clean resturaunt. The staff was friendly and not preoccupied with being more sociable with other staff than helping customers. There were some kids acting like the dining room was the playground, which I can't really blame on the facility, but wanted to smack their parents for. It chaps my ass that as a manager, people have gotten too afraid to tell other people to control their offspring or put them on a leash. I almost tripped over the chair fort they had built in the middle of the isle while mom was on the phone and they were jumping hurdles. read more
