Really disappointed with my experience at Habitat. The food looked nothing like what you'd expect for the price. I've never seen paper thin chicken breast until this sandwich... ridiculous for how expensive the food is compared to other places nearby. The sandwich was sloppily put together, messy, and honestly not very appetizing. Ingredients were unevenly distributed and the overall quality just felt careless. For what we paid, I expected much better presentation and freshness. The meal didn't feel worth the cost, and the experience didn't live up to the reputation. I went in for lunch today and had such a great experience! The staff was friendly and quick and the manager Alma was helpful and helped me make my order. The location was clean and the booths were comfortable. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with grilled onions and fries. The food 10/10 and flavorful. I went to this location to redeem my free burger via my app. You could download the app sign up and they were supposed to be sending you some free offers via your rewards. For some reason, I was not able to redeem the offer on my so I went inside of the restaurant to redeem my offer. They make the food for us to order and they will call your number and or name when your food is ready. They do have condiments section on the side that you could use with peppers and other items and a drink section as well if you would like to have their special lemonade that's also available with the fountain drinks Overall, the service is usually quick friendly and depending on what you order a range anywhere from a kids mail from six dollars all the way up to $15 or more depending on what you order. In the beginning, they did have a family mail which was very reasonable for a family of four for 20 or $25. I would love if they bring that offer back up again. read more

I love The Habit burgers but my experience at this location was terrible. My husband and I thought the entire staff was high. Their pace was slow never once looked at us or any of the customers that were waiting forever. So 20 minutes later we get our char burgers and the patties were over cooked and massively shrunk in size. Love the availability of chili peppers at the self-serve counter to give a kick to your burger and fries. Clean, airy and well lit. Order the grilled chicken sandwich and the bbq chicken salad. They delivered a wrong Chicken salad. Brought back the chicken salad to counter and showed receipt for bbq chicken salad. Staff initially debated both salads are basically the same thing. They are totally different. They made a new bbq salad and said they could not take back the wrongly made salad. Again good & tasty. However since customer clean their own tables of trash--the tables need to be wiped down. One staff cleared a table of tray and wrappers but nothing to wipe it with. I skipped four tables with remnants from prior customers. Please please just wipe the tables or if you do not want to leave some wipes for customers to clean themselves. read more

This establishment is ridiculous. We pulled up to go sit and eat our meal inside, however there are no spots to park as they all are handicap, which is fine or curbside pick up. Initial reaction is they don't want our business. Then we go inside to find only one actual person to take an order and multiple kiosk to do your own order. We don't typically support places that do this, eliminates jobs and why should I have to do the work for overpriced fast food. We finally order and the employee really has no clue what she was doing and it was a struggle for her to take our order. No clean tables in the place, had to wipe down a table so we could sit. It had been about 15 minutes of sitting at the table and still no buzzer going off. The people that orders in front of us were about done eating as they got their food quickly. I had to go inquire on our order only to be told they had curbside orders to fill in front of ours along with multiple food prep employees standing around. Got our food and the $2 to add a pinch of bacon crumbs was a joke on the burger. Fries were cold as could be. Such a disappointment and will not go back. read more

Haven't had one of their burgers in forever and decided to finally go. Employees are the worst. Especially the two guys making the burgers. Backstreet Boys wanna be's! One has a full sleeve tattoo, the other dude, Angel I think his name was. Not sure what their problem was, but they would laugh at me for no reason. I had asked if there was someone working the register as I had been standing there for almost 10 mins. with no help. So they just laughed. Interesting. Wanna be boy band dude with tat then laughed at an elderly person who came up to the counter and was talking to me about how LOUD the music was. So I asked for a manager. They started this restaurant with a drive-through and removed it to be only used as mobile pick up. Won't be eating there much anymore as somebody who's on the road a lot Having a drive-through is such a basic yet desired thing. This morning I had a catering order to pick up at Habit Burgers @11 am. I arrived about ten minutes early. I saw three people preparing food and said with a voice loud enough to be heard. All three of the employees looked directly at me and ignored me, flat out. I asked again two other times. They continued to ignore me. I walked behind the counter to the back of the restaurant to find the manager. I could hear the three employees saying, hey, can you believe that guy just came behind the counter. I found the manager and asked if she could help me? I told her about her three EXTREMELY RUDE employees and their behavior. I will never as a customer or a catering or food delivery driver ever accept, purchase or step foot in this restaurant again. I would suggest you do the same. Had no idea what to do next, so finally a young lady come to help me and she knew nothing about the app. Kind of knew nothing about nothing and after 15 minutes of fighting with the app that I already had and I already had downloaded the code would not come up. So as I said, after 15 minutes with fighting with it, I decided I wasn't hungry anymore and this brand would not be anything I would ever see again. The first time I went here, 2 days after opening was terrible so I decided I had waited long enough and decided to give them another chance. It was great. The burger with teriyaki and pineapple is great and let me tell you about the tempura green beans. They are FANTASTIC. Even my picky no veggies son likes them. I've always been a die hard Habit Burger fan but I held off trying this new location because I heard they needed some time to get their "stuff" together, to put it nicely! My bun was slightly soggy in a couple of spots from burger grease but overall that was a damn good burger. Definitely what I remember from other locations and pretty high quality for a fast food burger. The fries were fresh and crispy, but the sweet potato fries were limp and lacking in seasoning. Their ranch is good, too! It's definitely not a packet of the premade gross stuff, which I always cringe at. Also, everything was very hot and fresh. Excellent new try for us! From the time we walked in the customer service was excellent. They answered our many questions and took our order. The burgers were amazing ! They had ad the backyard BBQ taste. Was all beef patty and the toppings were tasty. We had the strawberry limeade and it was delicious. I think I found my favourite new hamburger spot.
