Ugh. The foods fine, but the employees are terirble. I went there this morning, they forgot my biscuit so I asked for it and the employee Becca was complaining, she thought i couldn't hear her . went to mc donald's sunday the 24 th at 12:15. we're about 12 cars in drive thru. went inside and there were 4. families waiting in line after ordering thru kiosk. i stood at counter for 5 min and no came to take my order there were 3 teenagers trying to wait on the drive thru customers evidently not knowing what to do a young youth asked me to do the kiosk and everyone was waiting for their food so why bother i left. management should get older more experienced help if they want to keep in business. thumbs down for today dr j perkasie read more

Its a Mcdonalds - so as far as the foods concerned there isnt much to say... Why 5 stars then? Because compared to the other Mcdonalds in the area, the staff here is top notch! I was prompted to write this review because of Wyatt. I came through the drive through today at 3:40 pm and was greeted by Wyatt. He was just so friendly and polite and a lot of times I have to ask for a minute to look at the menu and for some reason that makes people salty, but he was so nice about it. I can't imagine why this McDonald's only has one star reviews. I've been to this one multiple times, and in each occasion the service was great! Drive thru was quick, my order was right every time and the food is always hot. Fast food chains get a bad rap but this one is really good. Some people may find it super weird that someone is writing a good review but I feel if they do a good job why not share it with others. Finally a McDonalds that has hot fresh food and fast service. Pay, drive forward and your food is there within seconds, and its hot, at times I have to wait a minute until the fries are cool enough to eat. A giant improvement to the Pipersville location. read more

Every time I go through the drive thru somewhere between 12:00 & 12:30 at lunch time I inevitably am told to pull up & wait because they have no french fries. Now, it being lunch time one would think they would be dropping fries constantly. Not only that, but I always have to check because they forget the sauces. I've been to this McDonald's numerous times and each time it has gotten significantly worst. When ordering in more cases than one I have to deal with them forgetting my order so it creates a strain on me having to turn back around or sometimes I don't have time to and am left unsatisfied. I believe this is because a majority of the time the manager of McDonald's is rude and poorly treats his employees. Using his authority inappropriately. Creating stress on the teenagers that work here. I think there should be some sort of limit here. No authoritative figure should use his power this way. It should be addressed immediately. read more

ZERO STARS!!!!!! Never again! Stopped here last night, after my kids were still hungry, and we all ended up with GI problems all night.....terrible stomach pain and diarrhea for hours on end. Couldn't be a coincidence, since we all ate, and all started getting sick at the same time. My husband did not eat anything, and was the only one who didnt get sick. Lucky him. It was Easter evening, and we ate our family meal at an odd time of day, so on our long commute home, passed by this McD's and decided to stop. Whatever manager was on duty needs to make sure employees are washing their hands. We were violently ill. The only good thing that came out of this experience, was finally getting my kids to realize fast food is CRAP! Anyhow, don't go here. They obviously don't wash their hands. The food tasted fine, so it had to be hand washing. Just gross, and you will regret it. Still have stomach pains this morning, but at least not sick. But one of my kids had to stay home today because they were up so much last night. If you eat here, don't be far from a bathroom soon thereafter. Oh, and btw, the drive through was RIDICULOUS. No one eating inside, and ten cars in the drive through, all waiting up to ten minutes to be handed one bag of their crappy food. Slowest McDonalds I have ever been to. That, and the nuisance of avoiding all the teeangers from the skate park across the road, that were just loitering and making it a challenge to drive around to get your food. They were there as we pulled in, they were around back STANDING against the menu sign near the intercom, crossing in front of you at the window after picking your food up. A complete ZOO!
