We did the drive through... we were told of to go to the penalty box and wait for our food. Almost 25 minutes later someone with food shows up... She's not sure what the order is, so she starts to rifle through the bag of food. 2 quarter pounders with cheese 2 medium fries 2 plain hamburgers. Doesn't get much simpler. They served over half a dozen folks behind us. I know, I counted as we were forgotten about.. When they came out with the food, she was uncertain it was our meals. So I went in. It's been so long I know the food is cold!! So much for fast hot food! I bring the food in and again another employee rifles through the food checking the order... By now my foods been looked at and handled by at least 2 separate people! Not only cold, but overly handled! Now I want fresh meals. They did oblige... but we least 50 minutes in our travels because of this stop. It's simple .... There was nothing memorable about the food stop. read more

Worst McDonald's I ever visited. No toilet paper in the lady's restroom, trash everywhere. The trash bins inside and outside are all overfilled w trash. Service was terrible, forgot my chicken nuggets. The McRib had sauce only on one side. I was almost afraid to eat the food, might not be handled properly. Everyone working looked like zombies. Double drive-thru, which is what I used. Ordered a happy meal - and I thought they asked 'apples or fries' vita apparently they asked if I wanted 'double apples or fries'. First window where you pay, guy said ''$11.78'. I said 'WHAT!? I got a happy meal!' He said " yeah ohhh I mean $4.98' (which I paid but was thinking it was still expensive, Then I saw I got TWO kids fries (why wouldn't they just give a small fry?). Floor was soaking wet due to employee mopping. No one told her to wring the mop out we slipped and slides our way to the restroom and out the door after we got our food. Well I saw someone wearing jeans and a cut off sweatshirt leave the kitchen in gloves, go out to the parking lot, and then come back into the kitchen with those same gloves. I'm mortified. Four of the bathroom stalls didn't have toilet paper. The baby changing station had a bunch of ripped up rolls sitting on them. The paper towel machine is busted. All of the hand sanitizer stations were empty at the kiosks and dining area. read more

When first came in the entrance door of McDonald's I could smell a bad awful smell not sure what it was. The employees ignored the smell and not sure if they noticed it or not. The service was some what slow due to having to wait to order. The play area for the children's was dirty and some of the tables needed to be cleaned. They need to also watch over the play area there was a girl about seven or years of age playing on the play thing for the young children. Overall could be better. read more

Came here with on a class trip, about a rush hour amount of kids plus the regulars. I ended up waiting 45 minutes for my food, a quarter pounder and a medium fry. A lady came in saying she had been sitting at the window for 10 minutes without anyone showing up. A manager was asked for and never showed up. This is the worst McDonald's ever! They screw up the order and when you complain to corporate all the "franchise" owner does is send a form letter. They have given me a completely different order than what I ordered and instead of getting my money back they send me this letter and a coupon for an extra value meal. We were a bit rushed this morning, so the wife popped by McDonald's to pick up some breakfast to bring back home. She got me 2 sausage & egg McMuffins. I'm not sure I've seen, touched or tried to eat anything more disgusting in my life. The muffins were soggy; the pieces of sausage were cooked just enough to get them sweaty (hence the soggy muffins), and the little egg hockey pucks were so severely under-cooked that one still had runny, uncooked egg in the middle of it. Yuck. I strongly recommend you look for breakfast elsewhere. read more

This McDonalds has been recently renovated. Most importantly for travelers down or up I-75, it has tons of stalls in the restrooms, and the bathrooms are all very clean. You can be in and out in a jiffy, unless of course you stop to take advantage of the Coca Cola Freestyle machine. read more

Driving through to get breakfast on our journey from Atlanta to Tampa. For two lanes during the 8am breakfast rush, the service was VERY VERY slow. It took at least 15-20 mins just to order a coffee, apple juice box, egg white delight and a mcgriddle. Food was good. Just not an on-off the interstate experience. Would recommended hitting the Chick-Fil-A almost next door for a faster drive through experience. read more

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. My husband ordered a large black coffee through drive thru. It had creamer in it. I went in to get it replaced. There were three drive thru employees, 2 taking orders (one was eating a cookie, pretty sure this is a health code violation), and one handing out food. I ask one of them to replace it and she informed me that I had to talk to the lady taking orders in the front. There was a line 4 people deep. I then got firm with her and demanded my coffee. She rolled her eyes and walked to the coffee and told me I would have to wait for it to quit brewing. I then watched a manager pour brewing coffee for another drive thru customer in which she poured half regular and half decaf. Somebody got a half decaf coffee that they did not want. To be honest, I've had problems with this Mc Donald's in particular over others in the past. And even today while it wasn't exactly exceptional, they did pretty great for a restaurant that has to deal with so many customers. People are constantly in and out of this place and their double drive thru windows make service quick and pretty painless for the most part. The employees are friendly and the food was great. There aren't many ways specifically that my experiences here could have been better! A huge thumbs up! :D read more

I went to the drive thru earlier today to order food for my daughter. The guy who took my order was very nice. He actually carefully listened to my order without cutting me off. The lady who took my money was very nice, and the lady who gave the food was very nice as well. I appreciate my order being made correctly especially since my daughter has a food allergy to onions! I asked for no onions and there were none. The food was hot and fresh and packaged away nicely too. I appreciate the workers! read more

I ordered a number two (2), no onions extra pickle. They put onions on both burgers and only one had extra pickle. The fries were cold! This will be the 3rd time they have messed up my order. I will not go back to this location. I work at one of the nearby hotels and will tell everyone to steer clear of this "restaurant." I am thoroughly disappointed. My husband and I went to the drive thru and ordered oatmeal, hashbrown, juice, fish sandwich light tartar sauce and no cheese, large fry and drink. We received our receipt which indicates the time as 10:41 am. The girl at the 2nd window asked us to pull over to wait for our food. We were waiting 10 minutes, no food. My husband went inside and over heard a cashier say they weren't serving lunch for 10 min. My husband then inquired because 10 min earlier we ordered lunch. The person helping him said they should have told you we weren't serving lunch yet. Then he comes out with our food and we were given a fork to eat our oatmeal, the fries and coke were medium not large, the fish sandwich had cheese shouldn't have had cheese and last but not least no napkins. To add to this experience I went into the ladies room and everyone in there was complaining about how filthy it was (water and toilet paper all over the floor) and several stalls had no toilet paper. I find this all unacceptable and I will not be visiting this branch again. What I don't understand is these are the same employees wanting $15 an hour! No way! Lazy and poor supervision. This McDonald's is horrible. I live in Perry and go to this McDonald's sometimes and I always have horrible customer service not only do they take at least 10 minutes after 10:00.to get your order they sometimes don't do anything at all. For instance tonight I was sitting at the box waiting to get my order taken I said hello several times no one responded, then I drove around the store to see if they were open cause it was only 10:30 and they close at 11. I saw the workers inside drove back to the drive thru box waited again thinking ok maybe my car didn't trigger the thing or they didn't see me last time. I don't know what happened. I had to drive up to the window to get my order taken. This is not the only time they have had poor customer service I have also waited at least 15 min between the window and the box. Also they always seem to mess orders up. I always get no pickle and I always seem to end up with pickle on my burger. Its absolutely ridiculous and this store needs new management. Go to the other McDonald's in Perry they at least take your order there. I honestly have nothing good to say about this store. read more
