The service at McDonald's is always good, especially from Beatrice, she is very attentive and very friendly.. My complaint is about the temperature in McDonald's when I go in there in the morning to get a cup of coffee and something to eat many times the air conditioner is on and it is so uncomfortable. Many times I told the staff and they turned the heat on. Why do they have the air conditioning on ???what I do now is I purchased coffee and some food and I have to take it out to my car and turn my heater on and sit there. I don't understand. Why the heat is not on in the middle of winter and why would the AC be on pretty sad situation there? And I also don't understand why it is so cold every single day in that restaurant are they trying to keep the homeless out? If so, maybe they should try another method ..because they're driving away the regular customers I hope someone can contact the staff at this McDonald's and instruct them to check the thermostat first thing when they come in in the morning and if the air condition is on switch over to heat... Went to go pick up an order and the worker gave me a bag without checking which one was mine. The food was not mine so I came back to exchange it for my bag yet he completely ignored me. I finally got his attention and handed it back to him. He rudely gave me another bag, which thankfully was my own. On Saturday during a road trip my boyfriend and I were starving and wanted something quick before we hit the road again, so we stopped here for breakfast. We went for the 2 Sausage McMuffins deal, which was good even if I forgot to ask for an egg and I come specifically for their Hash Browns, ba da ba ba ba I'm lovin' it, so of course I ordered one of those! They make the best around, with a nice crispiness on the outside and warm soft shredded potatoes on the inside! I do have 1 complaint, we came in the morning and the air conditioning was blasting cold air through the vents, we were shivering, so we ate quickly! Ok I decided to treat my daughter to one of her favorite places, McDonalds. Normally this is a treat and I have no issues...however that's not what happened. I swear they will hire anyone!!! It's been ages since I've been to a McDonalds. Maybe a year? Stopped in today for a quick breakfast. Nancy took care of us. We "may" have asked a lot of questions. Nancy was pleasant and efficient and fortunately no one was behind us. Our breakfast platter came out almost immediately. Coffee was hot and cheap. Platters are a better price than sandwich meal deals imo. The place was very clean and styled nicely. The 100% honey for biscuits are behind counter so ask if you want some. I'm not a fan of Neil Diamond so didn't like the music, but my spouse is a fan so thats a wash. The only thing that was annoying is the constant loud beeps indicating time to take stuff out of fryer etc. read more

Usually this mcdonalds is pretty good. I'd say better than the other one we have in town. However, the last 2 times I've ordered from here, I have not received my nuggets. The first time was through DoorDash. They substituted a soda which did not equal the amount of nuggets I ordered. The most recent time, was today, I was at the drive thru and it was my fault for not checking the bag myself before I drove home, but the lady at the window assured me that my items were in the bag. I rarely eat at McDonald's but occasionally I'll get a craving for a Big Mac. They had the 2 for $5 deal going on so went through and got my food. 2 Big Macs 2 pies and 2 cookies. Got my food, nothing was missing, and it even tasted great. The problem? I ended up paying OVER $18 for it. They ran my card twice. I didn't notice until the next day and when I came in and told the manager about it (calm, cool and collective) she asked if I just wanted them to re-make last night's order. HA, NO! I came back for my money. I'm not going to cause a scene, but she made me show her my bano statement on my phone too. Geez lady, you should be offering me my refund PLUS a free shake or SOMETHING for having to go out of my way to come back and get my own money back for their mistake. That's just poor business practice. The guy (non-manager) who charged me twice WAS friendly and super apologetic though, so nothing personal to him.
