Epic fail on Curbside service--don't bother--you'll have to go inside after 15 minutes and then be ignored by the chatty clutch of employees (one had hair rollers in her hair) ignoring drive thru. Only to finally be served McMuffins that are ice cold and with the muffin tough as shoe leather. They did get the bottled water right... I have literally eaten McDonald's in virtually every state (including Alaska and Hawaii), in Europe, Japan and Korea and I can definitely say the Crater Road McDonald's in Petersburg is the worst in the world. We placed our order (of 2 #8 meals and a #4 meal - not an unreasonably large order) at 1:00PM and did not receive our food until 1:18PM. I went there and ordered a daily double and a 4 piece nugget and when I said I didn't want any mustard on my burger the workers gave me a nasty attitude. Unless you want to get sick don't waste your time at this McDonald's location. Tonight I went to get my daughter and myself something to eat. I ordered a double cheeseburger, double quarter pounder large fries and go home. 2 long hairs in my daughter's double cheeseburger my burger was greasy and fries half cooked. Ordered a small mocha frappe but naturally the machine was down. I've ordered many times but this is definitely my last time going to this location. I was thoroughly surprised with the quality of the meat as I had expected very poor quality ordering off the dollar menu. Now I understand I am reviewing a fast food establishment but to be fair ibve had more than one bad experience here. First off Fast is not in their forte. The drive thru is slow and employees are rude. They do not great you at the window when you go to pay. They actually avoid eye contact. After waiting longer than you should you food isn't even fresh.
