a box of fried chicken nuggies

I ordered DoorDash from this location today and ordered. 40 piece nuggets with 2 large fries, 6 sauces, 2 burgers, and a smoothie. Not only did they not give the delivery driver my 2 large fries, 6 sauces and smoothie, but our nuggets were burnt and super dry. Terrible service and I would not recommend going here. Just spend the extra on delivery or drive a little further to not be disappointed.

The McDonald's at Broad and Girard is ideally located within walking distance from the Metropolitan Opera House where you could get a great show and at the same time have a wonderful snack. Temple University is right down the street And this is such a beautiful, walkable area that McDonald's gives you the good starting point with a wonderful breakfast and then you could spend the rest of your day out in the community, serving God. Easily accessible via SEPTA'S Broad Street subway, Girard exit the route 14 bus and the route 15 trolley. Be inspired by the quality of the coffee and the deliciousness of the meals. As soon as you walk in the door, the smell of the coffee hits you and you know you're in the right place. If you're waiting for the bus you already smell McDonald's so give in to the resistance and come on over to have a wonderful meal. Nice company, nice people and the employees are the most beautiful brothers and sisters that God could have created. Enjoy!

An Egg McMuffin that's just egg and no ham. Also came in a sausage McMuffin packaging.

Terrible customer service, restaurant is usually unclean and they ALWAYS GET ORDERS WRONG even if you walk in. Ordered a egg McMuffin for my son and got an egg sandwich that looked like it was chewed on.

My no mayo chicken sandwich had tons of mayo and worst of all it was completely raw! I ate so much of it and have been puking for a while now. Also no one had there masks on, no one, not even the manager in his collared shirt , it seemed like they were closing, tons of people out of uniform, gloveless, chilling, munching. I don't think I'll ever recover from this.

The kind of service you'd expect from a McDonald's in this part of the city. Awful staff and dirty as hell.

This chicken sandwich was SO good. SO crispy and flavorful. Even when I reheated the rest of it for lunch today, it was still so crispy. The tater tots aren't really my style. A bit too crispy for me and not enough potato going on inside, but the side of honey mustard with it was great and was it's saving grace. I of course got a cornbread muffin and that was good too, but the honey butter really made it great.

We ordered a chicken quesadilla, chicken burrito, vegan tinga tacos and shrimp tacos. With tip everything came to about $50. I really don't know if that's good or bad these days. This scoring included in this review is squarely based on the taste of the food. What I appreciated is that every item came woth pico de Gallo, salsa Verde, crema and guacamole. We thought everything was just okay. The burrito tasted more like a grilled cheese sandwich with guacamole to me. I wanted more cumin or paprika or oregano. There wasn't much beyond spice on the tacos. Not that they were bad but they didn't have unique or nuanced flavors. This feels like a good spot for late night tacos maybe but it was just okay for us.

Staff was nice and noticed my Poe hoodie. Not sure if he knew the artist Poe but we couldn't talk much cause he and the restaurant was busy. I paid attention to how the staff would handle the situation. After helping the current customer, the cashier gave him a cup of juice. I didn't see any payment, so I assumed it was offered to him. As he stepped outside, I asked my husband to check if he wanted something to eat. When my husband came back, he told me he had given him money. While that was kind, I honestly would have preferred to get him food myself just to make sure he actually ate. A few minutes later, the man came back in and sat at the counter. At first, I didn't see anyone approach him, but shortly after, the staff brought him a bag with food. I'm not sure if he ordered through the take out window then came in, paid the waiter, or if it was provided to him, but either way, it meant a lot to see. He took his food and left. What stood out most was that the staff didn't ignore him, rush him out, or treat him like he didn't belong. At one point, I even heard a staff member ask if he had received his juice, which made me think this wasn't their first interaction with him. In a world where people are often overlooked or dismissed, it meant a lot to see a business show simple human kindness. Treating people with dignity and empathy shouldn't be rare--but unfortunately, it often is. For that alone, Honey's Sit 'n Eat deserves recognition. Oh... and the food is always great!

I do not know the names of different types of seafood, and whenever I dine out, almost every server asks if there are any dietary restrictions or allergies. As I read through the menu, the dishes sounded new and delicious. I said, "This sounds great--can I try this tilapia thing?" I specifically referred to it as "this tilapia thing" because I did not know it was fish. I don't eat fish, I had no idea people eat fish for breafest and I don't know they name of any seafood. Well I know bass and salmon :-) When our food arrived, I saw that my dish contained fish. I immediately informed the waiter that I could not eat it because it was seafood. His response was, "What, you didn't know tilapia is fish?" Despite his obnoxious tone, I replied respectfully, "I had no idea that was fish."He looked at me with clear disdain and said, "Well, I still have to charge you for the fish, so what else would you like?" I replied that I did not want anything else, just the bill.I will never set foot in Honey's again. I am deeply disappointed by the way I was treated and I am not a fan of privileged individuals who believe they can treat others with disdain and disrespect. Never Again!

This, however, was my first taste of a full Wendy's meal. Type of cuisine: Burgers. Fries. Frostys. "When Dave Thomas opened our first Wendy's restaurant in 1969, he opened the door to a new gold standard in quality food. His words "We don't cut corners on quality," affected everything from our hamburgers to our customer service. When other restaurants were using frozen beef and mass-producing food, Dave developed an innovative method to prepare fresh, made-to-order hamburgers, allowing us to quickly serve high quality and variety to millions of customers daily. He coined the phrase, "Quality is our recipe." Every day, we honor his legacy and continue to live through his values and fresh philosophy by using select, premium ingredients and serving food that's made fresh with every order. That's the way it's always been and that's the way it will stay." Ambiance: Being in a rush to make it to our Thanksgiving weekend destination in the beautiful village of Warwick, New York, there was no time to go indoors. I imagine that it resembles the likes of other fast food chains: plastic chairs and laminate tables, a walk up counter with registers and the kitchen beyond. The drive-thru, similar to others, gave us pictures to enjoy while placing our orders through the two-way speaker, as we drove around the manicured grassy mound hosting the displays. What I ordered: I ordered the Bacon Deluxe Single (but ended up with a double), as did one of my dining companions: "Three strips of Applewood Smoked Bacon piled high atop a hot 'n juicy beef patty, made to order every time. Add American cheese, cool and crisp veggies with a little condiment love and you've got a hamburger to satisfy your senses." He also ordered the Double Stack: "Two junior hamburger patties topped off with American cheese, ketchup, mustard, pickle and onion. Made fresh when you order it. Big on taste and small on price!" My second dining companion chose the Triple Cheeseburger Deluxe (minus tomatoes): "Our delicious hot 'n juicy beef patty topped with all the essentials: American cheese, pickles, onions, tomatoes and lettuce." We each also enjoyed a 5-piece Chicken Nuggets: "Eat with your fingers. Crispy outside, juicy inside, Wendy's® Chicken Nuggets are all-white meat. You choose the sauce: barbecue, honey mustard, sweet and sour, ranch or honey." And our meals were each accompanied by fries: "Let's face it--everybody's got fries. Wendy's has got something special. Naturally-cut from whole Russet potatoes, cooked skin-on, and served hot and crispy with a sprinkle of sea salt for a taste as real as it gets. You've had fries. Now try some Real fries." My meal came with a small soda, Sprite; Samyar enjoyed a large Coke and Chris substituted the soda with a vanilla Frosty, made with fresh Grade A milk and rich cream, thick enough that a straw and strong slurping muscles could hardly handle it. What I loved: My favorite part was the fries, as it nearly always is with fast food. I enjoyed the somewhat less salty, soft, doughy natural cut strips of delicious potato. The chicken nuggets were also juicy, tender, with a crisp outside. The bacon, abundant, crisped to perfection. The Frosty a thick, vanilla cup of delicious. Why I loved it: Quick. Easy. First time at Wendy's, celebrated with two of my favorite people. I am also sort of excited about my next trip to Wendy's (though not any time soon), when I can sample one of the baked potato options. Yum! Cost: Low to average ($5.49-$7.99 per burger combination meal)
