Number 1 went through the drive through. Why taking our order guy cuts us off and starts waiting on car in next line. Yelled hey your not do with our order yet. Ordered 6 hamburgers 2 which we wanted plain. 2- got up to window paid and than to next window to pickup. Guy at pickup window says they don't have any hamburgers on grill yet Told us to pull in number 1 spot. 3- mistake paying cash. 4- mistake sitting there waiting in spot 1 as they continue to serve hamburgers to other customers. So I went to window and asked where are my hamburgers at? 5- mistake there were 4 employees standing around talking not doing anything. Husband went inside no one working at counter as all gapping in window area. 6- than didn't get order right supposed to be 4 regular and 2 plain. 1 of the plain came with cheese and other plain with onions. I'm not usually one to rate fast food places since a lot of them are usually the same, but I feel the need to give the staff here a shout out. I have yet to experience a single employee who wasn't friendly, happy to help, and funny! The staff goes above and beyond for customer service and make each visit a pleasant one. I was in a hurry to get to a big event in our town so I thought of Mcdonalds for my family dinner while on the way to the event. I ordered 2, 20 piece chicken Mcnuggets, 3 large fries, 3 large cokes with bbq and sweet n sour sauce for the chicken Mcnuggets. Our order was ready very fast, and we were off to the event. We scored a perfect parking place very close to the stage of the event and began to eat our meal in the car since we were a little early to the event. Upon pulling out our order I firstly noticed there was no receipt since i wanted to double check our charges (it seemed a bit high for what we ordered). There was no receipt at all. Then my son noted that we only received ranch sauce, not the two we had orderred. Then upon further inspection, we only receied two "10 piece" nuggets not 20! so the kids ate while I had none. I thought ok, well I will just message the store and get a gift card or something to recoop the money they charged me while not providing all of the food I paid for. So i got home, and pulled up customer service for mcdonalds to file my complaint. OH guess what...no receipt, no possibility for a complaint or refund. So my recourse is to write this review. I had to repeat my order several times as the kid at the window couldn't seem to remember more than one item at a time. So over all, mcdonalds sucked this time, and for me there will not be a next time. I'm tired of these big chains getting rich while stealing literally from my family. McDonald's was our go-to fast food place here in town, but we will not be back to the Pierre McDonald's because of the experience we had earlier this evening (6:32pm is time on ticket). We ordered our usual on mobile and parked at curbside 1, and another vehicle that had pulled up in drive-thru spot 1 was given a bag of food that would have been about when ours should have come out. We could see others in the car passing fries to the back seat and going through the food while the server went back inside. The server came right back out with a milkshake, then stood by the vehicle she had given food to for a minute while the food was packed back in the bag. Then, the food was brought immediately to us in our vehicle. I would like to point out a few things here: The order was not confirmed (or glanced at, because the name on the ticket doesn't seem likely to be the name of the person it was handed to), nor, obviously, was the order confirmed verbally with the other customers before the server handed our food to them. No customer's food should be in another customer's possession AND handed to someone else after that. I know ya'll are busy there, but risking our safety so you can save some time and not have to admit an error? How can you do us like that, really? So, we confronted the server about it, and she didn't seem to know what to do since we wouldn't accept food that had been given to someone else first. We told her a stranger's hands were in our food, and she said she didn't know that, yet she was standing there while they packaged the food back up into the bag. Regardless, if that bag of food even goes into another customer's hands or car while the bag is closed, the server should have, on discovery of that mistake, gone back inside immediately and asked for a remake of the order so she could bring us something fresh. Instead, she lied to our faces and sauntered away. If they were going to do that to save some time, there was no reason for us to trust that they would remake our order, rather than simply repackaging the contaminated one. SO, we just wanted a refund. We called a manager (took many rings) from our car, tried to explain the situation briefly, and asked for a refund on my card. Her response was, "I made your order fresh, and I'm staring at it right now." TIP for businesses: If the customer says he/she wants a cash refund, it really shouldn't matter that "the food is ready," even if you did remake it. So, I had to further explain what had happened and why we can't trust what they say now. Then, the manager told us we'd have to go in to get a refund. Now, keep in mind, we did curbside for a reason (and good reasons), so we felt it was McDonald's responsibility to make this transaction easy on us, since they already wasted part of our evening. We said we didn't dress or plan to go in there and didn't want to. The manager said we'd have to go in to get a refund on our card, and she can "only give cash" to get the refund out to us--Okay, I said, we would take a cash refund. I heard part of a word, and the manager hung up. Then, confused, we waited...too long, it was starting to seem. So I had limped in my ankle brace halfway to the building when the server came out to deliver us our refund: a penny short, but whatever. I am just really disappointed in how this situation was handled at every turn. At the very least, the manager should have apologized, asked what she can do for us to come back...We won't, by the way. I know this is a small town with limited options, but you cannot take your customers for granted in the ways that we were tonight. read more

If I could update my review of one star to less, then I absolutely would. This isn't inflation. This is just greedy. Everything in the Pierre McDonald's is marked up a dollar from any other one I've been to. Subpar food for almost double the price. Don't know what has happened to this restaurant, but having not eaten there in some time, I had a craving for a quarter pounder with cheese, formerly my go to burger here in town. It was not goOd at all to my surprise! The bun was stale and no where near fresh and the burger itself just didn't taste right. I honestly I took two bites and threw it in the garbage. I'll give them another shot next year but very disappointed in the product I received. Back to Burger King for me. Also no ice cream products for months??? Clean McDonalds. Always nice. It was a coffee stop for me. I do miss my homemade and my Dunkin on this trip, but this was good coffee.

The food is ok, if they get the order right. Almost every time I go and place any special order they get it wrong....then they give me coupons for free meals, then they get THOSE wrong. As long as you are going for a simple meal off of the menu with no special requests, you should be fine. read more

The food here is okay most days. The thin patties used on cheeseburgers are usually dry. Make sure to check your fries before you leave the drive through, most of the time they dont fill them all the way. The staff are wonderful though. read more

Me and my boyfriend went in today and ordered a DQP meal with NO onions add mayo as he is allergic to Onions. On top of a 15 minute wait we received the order and brought it home. When he opened the box he found onions and no added mayo. We proceeded to call about the order and after removing the onions he took a few bites and the BURGER WAS RAW. I have a picture of the burger that I couldn't add. Having worked at McDonalds for 2 years previously myself, I know that thought tedious the job itself is just not that hard. read more

The line at lunch was super crazy. The lady working the drive through seemed a little frazzled on the PA but had a smile for me at the window. The food was good and presented fast enough for us to not receive a free bigmac past the 30 second mark... given the line I was sure we would get some mac action for free. Oh well. Multiple times we have stopped here and they sent us around the corner "waiting for fries" and we had to wait longer than 25 mins. This time we sat there and watched 9 cars leave around us while we sat there. They need to be more organized with who they send around the corner to wait. Total time of waiting was 36 mins to receive 3 meals; not only did we have to wait long they behaved as if we were lying about not receiving our food! read more

Time and time again the staff fails at the MOST basic tasks. Orders are not correct. Food is sloppy. The demographic of the employees live up to every stereo type you can think of. Management concurs they are aware of the problem but refuse to resolve it. Despite having a family and needing a quick meal here and there I WILL NOT be returning!! This McDonalds is always clean and well staffed. There are times when the line is long (and so is the wait, but that is to be expected), but they always seem to move the customers through pretty fast. I love the fact you can now order Egg McMuffins any time of the day :) read more
