One thing about this McDonald's, is that they always get the order wrong! I placed an order at around 9:50, I came to the McDonald's at 10:05 and got into the drive thru, this girl made us wait the entire time while in the other part of the area, they were all going ahead of us. The manager was yelling at one of the workers over a simple mistake. The worker charged someone in the drive-thru for the wrong item. The situation was handled poorly, and the lobby was full of people. The manager told the worker to clock out and that she didn't want to hear any complaints. She said she didn't need the worker's help and could handle it by herself. I definitely won't be going back, knowing they treat their employees like that. read more

I placed a mobile order at 12:00 and checked in for it at 12:11 by 12:45. I still had no food. I went inside to check on my order. They hadn't even started it yet after telling me it had already been delivered to my car. MickeyD's has once again rescued me when I frantically searched for WiFi options. Chairs are comfy and staff seem okay with my plugging away at the laptop. Free WiFi and delicious caffeine options--oh, yeah. Pitifully, I now hold a French Vanilla Latte, yet I cannot stop eyeballing the amazing image of a Peppermint Mocha posted at this McDonald's. They called us liars at the Pineville McDonalds they did not give our sausage egg and cheese McGriddle and 3 has grounds and no syrup for the hot cakes and no salt and no spoon and fork I ordered through door dash and the bag was not open. McDonalds just stole my money. I left my food bag at home with what little I had because our home burned and we are living in a camper and cant cook. So I left the kids with their hotcake plate so they had dry cakes no hash rounds. I know you all think you are a big company and losing one customer doesnt hurt but it sure hurts your reputation in a small town where other members of the community know a familys home burned and have to door dash because they have 4 kids and cant leave like a normal person. In large letters the statement was "I really don't care" I would not have thought to much about the statement if only one employee had it on the hoodie!! Very nice new facility. Don't care for them making you use the kiosk to order but that's just me. The way they have built the new building doesn't allow for much parking close to the front door which has been moved closer towards the front of the building so if it's raining you may have to park a good bit and walk before you get in. It's an open concept versus the way it was before which doesn't allow for you to have closed in conversation without everyone else listening in or without you being able to hear over everyone else. read more

Not liking the new McDonald's upgrade. The attendant pushes you towards the kiosk to order. Interior seating very uninviting. I guess it's intended to make you hurry up and eat and leave.
