The surprise were the french fries which appeared to be coated in flour or fish fry. They were freshly-cut potatoes that were crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Another extra touch was the "dipping sauce" which seemed to be a mayo, Catsup aioli with a hint of "crab boil" flavoring which was amazing. It is so good I saved some to use as a salad dressing. Lagniappe consisted of a small fried crab cake that made my New Orleans bred taste buds dance with delight. I am very pleased with this meal. There is no doubt that I will add the "Truly Cajun Market" to my once-a-week takeout restaurants. My next order will be the "Combination Plate" which is very similar to a New Orleans Seafood Platter.
