They are the most unprofessional and unorganized McDonald's out there! 4 am lights on, drive thru menu lit up, drive thru not blocked, mobile up on - cars lined up.. no response when attempting to order.. pull up to window - employee says they are closed! She says hours are posted in Google so they are closed.. I recommended they may want to turn off drive thru menu light and block drive thru.. well they don't do that! Employees frequent outside quite a bit.. I witnessed one employee call a customer a Karen" because she was waiting in line at drive thru and he stood in front of her car saying they are closed! She had been in line, as we all were, for quite awhile! I wouldn't go there.. Don't do it, don't do it, don't do it! This was the most ignorant time I have had with any McDonald's EVER! We ordered and had to wait. Pulled over to the side. After 15 minutes, this girl brought our food out! I don't give any star because this store always have an issue, I'm a delivery driver, any time I went there to pick up a delivery, the manager change the rules to pick up the orders on line, even this morning the manager got angry and screamed at me, because I didn't follow her own rules, they never answer the phone, like they have to at certain time, plus she complain about how I talk at the drive thru, because she said she didn't understand what I said, and called me a smart mouth, I hope the corporation take care about this store. read more

A few things are guaranteed, death and taxes and this place will make you sit in the drive thru line needlessly. On at least two occasions when they have both drive thru lanes open, they will completely ignore one and take about five orders in the other. I have sat in the drive thru lane on many occasions well over 25 minutes. One one for sure 32 minutes (I knew because I took a call and noticed the timer). I have on every occasion told the person at the window about the long wait (they know, they have timers on all the orders) and have been ignored, and on one occasion the lady said she was going on break to her coworkers and walked away. They seem to have an issue with adding items on at the lay window, have added additional items, forgotten items and almost never add napkins. Unfortunately they are the closest McD's and I often work late and they are one of the only open places. read more

Mediocre food but that's kind of expected since it's a fast food joint. They constantly fuck up delivery orders which is why one star and not three. Every time I've ever ordered from them something is missing and/or wrong. A missing drink or missing nuggets or missing shake or something and half the time they don't even give you a straw. Fries are usually super limp and sad/not fresh or salty. I'd avoid this particular one if you can. Lord knows there are three others within a couple miles of here. read more

Ordered delivery through doordash. Two quarter pounder meals and an order of nuggets. The first burger had a bottom bun that was harder than a puck. On the other burger, hardly any of the cheese actually ended up on the patty and most of it was melted to the bottom of the box, and the patty looked like someone slammed it in a car door before ending up on the bun. Worst service and food It looks like it physically hurts for these employees to do their job. It's never clean The employees take their breaks 3 at a time during times of high volume. You can't even say fast food because you stand in line at the register and wait for 5-10 minutes to even place your order. Not one employee smiles and knows what polite service is. The drive thru can take you 15-20 minutes to get you stuff to only have problems with your stuff Then when you get your chicken sandwich it's on a burnt bun, with a piece of lettuce that's the size of a quarter, the chicken is smaller then the bun, dry, over cooked and thinner then the tomato placed on top. The cook refused to put more lettuce on it, argued with me in front of the manger, and the manager did nothing. She told me theirs a different manger in the back. The environment is a lot nicer than it was previously...no complaints other than the fruit flies around the open ketchup dispenser...tht was kinda nasty... This McDonald's has a very nice updated decor. I like how the furniture and the tables appear to come from IKEA. They now have Bar style seating with large red cushions that are smooth and made of some kind of leather like material. The wall tiles are very large giving the dining area a feeling of openness. My favorite thing about this McDonald's is that the menu is on large LCD TV screens as opposed to a chart. The picture quality is really clear and bright and the options are easy to read as opposed to before when they were dimly lit. The parking lot is a lot more open too giving you a chance to maneuver around cars that are backing out or waiting in the drive through line. This McDonald's is definitely an upgrade from the one that was there before. it's no longer on a sharp hill but everything around the restaurant is generally flat so that makes for a nice smooth trip going through the drive-through. read more

This is absolutely without question the very worst McDonald's restaurant or fast food restaurant I have ever experienced. I have been to McDonald's locations in 3rd world countries that have much better service. There is no professionalism or care associated with this restaurant whatsoever. The store is filthy from top to bottom. There is no organization at all. I have experienced this discourtesy every single time I have ever attempted to patronize this McDonald's. I stood in line today for over 10 minutes without being welcomed or even acknowledged at all. The employees are all very rude and very careless about anything or anyone that is present. I left without buying or ordering a thing or being asked if I would like to do so. I even tried to call to speak to management while I was still in the parking lot after leaving and my phone call wasn't answered even after letting the call ring nearly 2 dozen times. I will absolutely refuse to visit this restaurant ever again. I live in the neighborhood it is located in and will make sure I speak the truth to anyone and everyone about this very poor example of customer service, cleanliness and hospitality toward people who are trying to spend money in this establishment. read more

So... I ordered a Big Mac, a Big Mac meal to be specific. Before we get into all that, first of all, the woman that was taking our order sounded like off-brand Siri. And you know, here I am waiting in this long line because none of them know how to make a sandwich for goodness sake. It took us maybe an hour and some change to get our food. In reality, it should've took only 5-10 minutes but I digress. And then when we got to the window, mind you, that window was supposed to be the payment window, whole time the woman that was SUPPOSED to take our payment was there, and then she randomly left us, so we were in bewilderment. You would think someone would have the human decency and common courtesy to be like " oh, maybe we should tell them that that we don't accept payments at this window. We accept them at the window in front of y'all." But noooooo, they wanted to make it difficult and have us look stupid. Now, here's the absolute cherry on top to this whole ordeal. We ordered 2 Big Macs right, and correct me if I'm wrong but Big Macs are supposed to be 2 patties in between 3 buns. Waited 20 minutes in drive-in line to pick it up only to have the woman at the pickup window tell me that she's not going to give me both orders (even though both of them were ready), that I am ALLOWED to have only one of them and I have to select which one. She told me that she will only ALLOW me to have a second order if I go back waiting in line for another 20 minutes (for the total of 40+ minutes!) with food in a meantime getting cold.
