By far, this is the slowest McDonalds I may have ever been to. Of course, it's always busy, but they're having people order and then pull around the building to wait for their food. At that... what's the point of the drive through? Overall, I was sitting at this McDonald's for OVER 30 minutes. But, once you're in the line, it's impossible to get out of it. The people at this McDonald's are very rude! They never seem to be able to handle being busy. I asked the girl at the window for my receipt she literally said "we don't have receipts" what?! She had to get a manager to print my receipt and when asked what I had the girl couldn't answer so not only did she not know how to print a receipt so she just says "we don't have any" she also didn't even know what she handed me and had an attitude. I went through the drive through asking for a medium M&M McFlurry and a Medium fries. When the young lady repeated it back to me she said mini Oreo McFlurry and Large fries. I figured it was an issue talking through the speaker so I clarified at the first window where she ran my card after "fixing" it. I was still charged for large fries and a mini Oreo McFlurry. The guy at the next window handed me those two items and not the two I asked for. I went ahead and kept the large fries I'd been charged for but was able to swap my McFlurry for the proper one. Fries were warm, somewhat fresh. Where was the customer service on fixing this before I was charged or the communication to the next window handing me my food? I've been to this McDs about 5xs. Never had any problems. The food is always good and the employees are good. I love McDs. It's an American staple. Advice: Download and use the App. It is one of the best fast food apps out there. It's easy to use and you get pretty good rewards. You can pay on the app so no hassle inside the store. read more

Half the time when I go to this McDonald's, it's the best McDonald's I've been to. Their fries are usually hot, crispy, and fresh and most of their employees are really nice. The other half of the time they forget to put half my order in the bag or they forget that I ordered no mayo and I get home only to find mayo lathered on it. Everytime I decide to go to the drive thru because there's nobody there, I sit there waiting to order for 1 or 2 minutes and then someone pulls into the drive thru on the other side of me. They never fail to help the customer that got there after me first and then give me attitude when I say "Hello?" Into the speaker to make sure they know I'm there. Overall, I've had many more pleasant experiences at this McDonald's than pretty much any other location so for a fast food place, their customer service is pretty alright. read more

I've never had a problem with the food. It's not gourmet but you know that. My problem with this location is the cleanliness. It's common for the floors to be dirty in the bathrooms and kids play area. Tables have spill marks that have dried. Old food is sometimes underfoot. The kids play area is cold in the winter (bring a jacket and extra socks) and hot in the summer. The location upgrades were nice but the basic management of the staff to keep the store clean while also creating food is lacking. read more

The worst McDonald's in the world. REALLY! And I've been to McD's in at least a couple dozen countries. Most recently I was sitting in the outer drive through, they were taking the order from the inner, then pause, took order from the next guy in the inner lane. This is not the only time, the first time I was in there I used the kiosk to order but they pay machine was down, it resulted in me standing a line to be serviced by a racist old lady who was busy chit-chatting with all of the customers. Horrible. Really, I could open a McDonald's next to this one and this one would be out of business in a month due to their horrible service. But with a location close to the interstate they'll probably keep stumbling forward since most of the customers will never have cause to return. Try Taco Bell, Burger King, Sonic, or Wendy's. I've been living in Missouri for about a year now. And by far this is one of the worst McDonald's I've been to. I try to avoid this place but with 3 kids who love this swill I find myself here way too often. My biggest recommendation for everyone is to check your order and do it before leaving the window. Whether it be a wrong or forgotten drink or the absence of a sandwich I have almost never had to correct my order. According to another McDonald's manager it is my job to check my order before I leave. And they want $15 an hour. Try actually getting an order correct first. Do no tell me to pull forward to park either. Especially since I've been forgotten on multiple occasions and that will not happen again. Also everyone knows it's just your way to cheat the clock. One last thing, I'm glad that you guys have learned how to say, "I'm sorry". It took a couple months for you guys started apologizing for your screw ups. But when you apologize it's supposed to mean you'll do better. That hasn't happened yet. read more

I'm not really a fan of McDonald's, but have kids who are so that means we wind up here quite often. Recently this McDonalds has undergone a complete renovation and added a playland. The playland is more suited for kids 3 and up in my opinion with only one little slide for kids who aren't into climbing. A few light up tables that change colors and game computers also make it fun for kids. A few years ago, I would frequently have wrong food/food missing from my order when going through the drive through, but lately I haven't had any problems (although I would still recommend double checking before driving away). When on the road with no other option quick option please realize (unlike me) that missing a meal might be a better option. I will attempt to follow this advice next time. We went to eat at McDonald's tonight. It was probably one of the worst experiences I have personally had. I am a former McDonald's employee I worked in Ashtabula, Ohio and I can tell you my boss would have yelled in our faces if our store was ran the way this one was. I did not see anyone there that looked like they were over twenty years old. When we got there the place looked an absolute wreck. (It was by no means busy). There were no lids for our cups they had not been stocked. There was unsweetened tea in the sweet tea container and the unsweetened tea container was totally empty. My husband waited almost 15 minutes for a McFlurry and the guy next to us had to wait almost 10 minutes for coffee creamer. The workers were not really caring about cleaning or stocking and it looked like every time they had a chance to do either they were joking around and talking to each other. I used to always drive through, maybe that's an issue in itself. I no longer visit McDonald's, if I am the one making the choice. This location never once got my order correct. I was always missing food, getting the wrong food, food was not prepared properly to order or it was cold and nasty.
