Came here due to seeing a commercial that BK now offers Have-sies which consist of onion rings and fried. Unfortunately they were out of onion rings so I couldn't try it " bummer" so I got one of my teenage go to meals lol! Which is the #8 add tomato, and onion. It's normally really good! I tried the ghost pepper chicken fries (4piece count) which appeared to have been warmed up in the microwave and I only got three. Whoever prepared my sandwich should be ashamed of themselves. The chicken patty was soggy and cold! Luckily the fries were fresh out of the fryer so they were spot on! BK has the best fast food fries and burgers! Sorry not sorry! The people were nice but everything about the food was awful. First time they got my order wrong but every BK usually does. The fries were so salty and I didn't bother asking them to make more. Definitely a bad batch. I had to wipe each fry off with a napkin because they were coated in salt. Not sure who put the sauce on this but why would it ever be okay to put like a 1/4 cup of sauce on a burger. It tasted like a spoonful of BBQ sauce every time and it's all I could taste. In the pic you can see how much sauce just poured out into the bag (after dripping onto my pants). Really upsetting experience as someone that's healing from malabsorption in the gut and on dr orders to finish all of my food that I could only eat like 5 bites of this awful lunch. I frequent their drive thru after hours and I have never been disappointed. I usually don't order much more than a Whopper Jr and fries or a couple of chicken wraps, but the food is always hot and fries nice and crispy. Been wanting to comment on this for quite a while. Saw a BK commercial & social media review about the new "melts" and wanted to give it a try. I ordered the classic melt meal w/fry & Dr Pepper using the drive-thru. Service was courteous and fast. More importantly my food was fresh. Unfortunately, the burger left little to be desired; it wasn't as good as I expected. The double cheeseburger is still my favorite BK burger. read more

Probably the worst Burger King I have ever been to. The place was dirty. Employees standing around leaning on counter while customers had to wipe down their own tables before using them. Trash was overflowing. Even a big spill on floor and top of trash receptacle that I noticed when I arrived, it was still there after I was done eating and walking out the door. The burgers were so greasy they even soaked the wrapper. I don't expect much when it comes to fast food quality but there are still minimum standards of cleanliness and edible. Mind you this was well after lunch rush was well over. If your not busy and employees and managers just standing around, maybe they should do a better job of cleaning up. read more

On the 2nd of July I pulled up to the drive thru ready to order around 10:50 pm. A person answers the speaker and asks me to please wait. So I wait. A few minutes pass and then rather than take my order they turn the sign and the speaker off and just pretend I was never there. Rudest thing that has ever happened to me at any restaurant. I didn't appreciate it but I'm sure the owners of the new Whataburger being built a couple blocks away do. I'll never go back. read more

We visited the drive thru on a recent visit to KC. It was just after 10:30 on a Saturday. The gentleman who took our order was friendly and the order was delivered quickly and correct. It took long enough that the food was fresh but not an outrageous amount of time. The burgers were fresh but a little dry and the fries were your and delicious. Great Burger King experience - highly recommended! I have visited this Burger King multiple times since June 2018. Both their in-restaurant and drive-through service are fast and efficient. The restaurant is always clean (I cannot speak to the bathrooms--I've never used them). Employees are professional and the quality of the food always meets expectations. Ive been coming to this BK ever since I got my new job and every visit has been awesome! The employees are friendly the food has always been hot and fresh. My grandpa and I were going to burger king to get my little brother some dinner, when the window guy dropped the bag of food for the person in front of us. They told them to go park and they would get their food. I am still sitting here right now, we've been waiting for about 15 minutes now. We found this Burger King to be very clean, it has a wonderfully efficient staff. The food was great and delivered quickly. The manager, Michael was very accommodating and had a great sense of humor too! (Something you don't see much any more) We ate inside and it was about an hour before closing and a Sunday night. came here in 2012 then back again in 2019 and just now in 2022. probably getting better with time like a fine wine. at first i thought i was getting preferential treatment cause the manager back in 2012 told me i was cute and gave me free fries (small) and asked if I was free later but i wasn't trying to have some dude smelling like fries back at my hotel no thank you. then in 2019 they forgot to charge me for a shake. Coincidence? i'll let you decide. okay fast forward to 2022. probably my best experience yet. i was hungry and tired hadn't eaten in like 3 hours. just arrived in KC. I go, hmmm, just got my rental car (mustang you know it) and I'm like let me hit up the BK. Good move by me. They gave me a free soda and extra mayonnaise packets just like i like. the chicken fries fresh and crispy and they gave me the big size by accident. Went in hungry with four kids, cashier was nice and patient with us and our coupons. She did take our order right, it was on the receipt that she got it right. The people in back got it wrong we asked if they could fix it. The cashier took it back they added what was missing and left in what we specifically asked not to put in. It would have been nice to get new burgers instead of having more stuff just thrown in. Manager was on hand but he seemed to trust that his employees knew what they were doing. Finally hunger took over, picked stuff out of my food and ate. Better me pick it out then them which at that point figured that's all they would have done. Not going back kids agreed. read more
