I waited, and waited, and while waiting, I saw cars going in and out through the drive through. It was clear that the drive-in customers were being prioritized while walk-in customers were an afterthought. Finally, after about half an hour waiting, my order was ready. Everything was well prepared and tasted good. The soda was nice and bubbly, but most of the selections weren't available. If in a hurry, best use the drive-through. If not in a hurry, dining in is fine, just be prepared to wait for a while. Staff were all friendly and polite.

The service in Plymouth is always not the greatest, they act as if they are so annoyed with everyone for it to be a small town place, we ordered through the drive through so didn't sit down but I'm sure I would have been annoyed getting any service from them.
