This is a road trip pitstop McDonald's. This is where you stop to stretch, use the restrooms, and get a quick bite. We usually stop here on our way to the Cape because it's what the kids request; McDonald's is a treat. It's fine for what it is though past due for some upgrades. The restrooms are very dated and not as clean as they could be. Dining area is fine. Service is friendly enough though we have had some order mixups. Horrible. The entire place was filthy. Every table covered in food and trash. It took 15 minutes to order with only one person in front of us. The manager and staff were all chatting behind the one little girl taking orders. Bathroom nasty nasty. We are talking puddle of blood by an unflushed toilet. No soap. Etc. gross. read more

I wouldn't normally give McDonald's 4 stars... I don't like McDonalds... but sometimes your in a rush and need something quick to eat. The ones in Florida where I am from suck... they really suck... cold food, bad service. This place was nice and clean. Place looks comfortable. Restaurant has a nice outside seating area with flowers. ATM inside, tourist information center. The people working here actually smiled and said good morning! I would love to say this was a good experience but it was not. I go years without eating here because its worse every time. This time I was charged 7.49 for a happy meal and then 1.30 for the drink (lemonade kid size). 9.62 for a Happy Meal!!!!! 4 chicken nuggets and fries then a lemonade so small I could finish it in 1 drink. WHAT THE HECK!!!! I was told they charge extra because they're on the highway Are you kidding me¿?? I am DONE with these people. Location: The McDonalds in the Plymouth MA service center on Rte 3 south. The receipt states at the top "This restaurant is proudly run by the McBee Family." They have a funny way of showing their pride. Or maybe they just fail at instilling any pride in their employees. I go only go to this location a couple of times a year, when I drive to the Cape or an visiting relatives near by. And there is a small problem every single time. This time, the employee called our number and put a bunch of bags on the counter. I went to the dining area, opened the bags--no drinks. I returned to the counter. The drinks are there now. I took them back to the dining table. My wife says, "No hash browns." I go back again, have to get the attention of an employee. They point to my receipt. They look at it; fetch some hash browns. Not a word. On the way out, I spotted a woman who appeared to be a manager. Related all this--including how there is always a problem. She just stared at me. No pride? Doesn't care? Can't even fake a customer-centric attitude. I worked fast-food as a teen. I understand it isn't easy; definitely not fun. And I realize 2022 is a tough time for everyone. Businesses are having trouble finding staff. Accepting that, however, doesn't excuse poor attitudes and not caring. Your staff and management generally reflect your pride or lack of it. read more

4.5 stars. A very clean, high volume McDonald's right before you jet to the Cape. Plenty of parking. You'll see tricks, semis, vacationers, locals and buses. Food of made fresh and very good for Micky D's. Clean, tables and bathrooms, they put a lot work into the cleanliness of this location. My sister in law and I went in the middle of the night to an all night CVS and then she had the great idea to go to McDonald's. I was excited because I was hungry and I haven't had chicken nuggets in a while. First of all, the first time we went through the drive thru we thought this 24 hour McDs was closed because there was no attendant available. So we went through another time and this time someone finally took our order. The woman was so surly and rude that I almost said to forget the whole thing. Well whatever, we got our food and returned home. My fries were ice cold. Like they had been sitting out for hours. My sister in law had to microwave her burger. I get that it was late night, but it is a 24 hour place. I'll not be going to this McDs any more. read more

We where on the road to cape cod and needed to eat so we were looking for fast food. When we pulled up to the drive thru we ordered a quarter pounder and fries, they told us to pull into the parking lot and they would give us our meal in 2 minutes, becauae they said the fries are not ready. 10 minutes later still no fries so we walk into the store and ask why our meal was not ready.
