I noticed a sign at the window asking for patience with the crew as they are all training and offering an apology for the inconvenience. Look, I don't take back my opinions from the first reviews. This crew was beyond bad, and the waiting times were ridiculous. After reading this sign, at least I feel as if management was aware of it and accepting responsibility. First off, the wait time is absolutely reasonable now. I also want to point out the friendliness of the people that I have dealt with at the window. It has been a pleasure doing business with this crew these two trips through the drive-thru. I am glad I went back and I am glad that I can write a better review. Give this new location a try.
