The staff is very ratchet! The girl that took my order was rude and I just asked for extra mayo. This is what I got. Half of the meat is on the burger. The second burger had the cheese on top of the burger and no mayo. It's a mess. It seems like they put more effort in making your day horrible than offering customer service. All the people working were very rude and acted like it was a huge chore to get us ketchup when they didn't even bother to keep the ketchup dispenser filled for the customers. They were out of iced tea too (and the water out which is just baffling). And there were about 10 people working VERY inefficiently and joking around.
