Service was quick and received what I ordered. The employees weren't very outgoing as far as being friendly or having good attitudes but they weren't rude either. All in all it was a good experience. The staff is very ratchet! The girl that took my order was rude and I just asked for extra mayo. This is what I got. Half of the meat is on the burger. The second burger had the cheese on top of the burger and no mayo. It's a mess. It seems like they put more effort in making your day horrible than offering customer service. Conveniently situated right next door to the adult video store so location, location, location!!!!!!! This was determined to be an appropriate pit stop and/or restroom break on the road just outside Baton Rouge. The parking lot is littered with signs about how "customers" mean people inside Mickey D, so apparently that leads one to conclude that the sex store you park up against is a bigger draw of business in this 'hood than the McGriddles that I was in line for at this business. The entire place needs a good cleaning inside. If you only swing through the drive-thru that might be preferable. You wonder about the food when you see how dirty it is inside. read more

The service was a joke, they all had attitudes and when we went up to the counter to order because we payed cash and the kiosks only take card, the lady in the back said "just let them sit there because I'm not taking there order." Then after I ordered at 6:11a, and paid, they told me to pull to the side, and now I couldn't leave because I already paid. The WORST McDonalds experience ever. All the people working were very rude and acted like it was a huge chore to get us ketchup when they didn't even bother to keep the ketchup dispenser filled for the customers. They were out of iced tea too (and the water out which is just baffling). The food took about 20 minutes to come out and they were mad at the fact that I was standing there waiting for my food (fast food). And there were about 10 people working VERY inefficiently and joking around. We asked for a paper bag after and the lady literally grabs it and just flings it back at us without even looking at us (basically tossing it to us). No courtesy or kindness. I was going to give a very good review. But one thing I hate more than anything is you take my money and don't give me what I ordered. So first off service was awesome and quick. But I ordered a burrito meal with extra hash brown. When I get to where I am staying they only gave me 1 hashbrown and 1 burrito. WORST and I mean WORST MCDONALD'S ever. It's supposed to be 24 hours says so right on the door. We did stop kinda late(3 am due to traveling) I understand that but the little guy in the a blue sweater and nose piercing had the worst attitude about us walking in he was mopping literally he stopped mopping tossed his head back and rolled his eyes and just watched us... was standing in the same spot when we came out. We go over to the drink area because I'm assuming the cream/sugar are over there. The drink area was a MESS and lids thrown everywhere. We walked back up to the counter to see if we could get a lid and also some cream/sugar. We waited for a minute an older lady then came from the back and rudely said "we are closed", my mom stated we just needed a lid and creamer/sugar... she walked to the drive through window got a lid tossed at my mom and walked back to the back saying again that they were closed. A worker was pulling the garbage out on a dolly and he leaned over and his pants was passed his butt and all you saw was his under wear. How disgusting!! When we got to the window, they had no idea what we ordered. We had to pull to the side to wait.
