Super frustrated I've given them a chance a couple times every time I order through DoorDash, the bag comes sealed therefore it's their responsibility to put everything in the bag that I order however, that is not the case every time I order a meal for me and my family it comes without a straw. Went thru the drive thru and ordered an egg McMuffin and hash browns. The food was not even warm to the touch. I had given up eating inside long ago because the tables and floor are not clean and too many flies. The money they pay their employees you should have people who care about the job. So we have been trying to give the McDonalds here in Post Falls Idaho a chance to redeem themselves selfs! However, they keep shooting them selves right in the foot! We stopped in there today to get some lunch and like usual the food is old, cold and tastes like well CRAP! the hamburgers were very dry and you can tell they have been sitting for longer than the time they are to be! When they put the food together they put no effort in the quality of the food and the McFlurrys were so sloppy that they leaked all over our car! Went through the drive-through and got a couple things of ice cream for me and my fiancé. Got vanilla and a vanilla caramel sundae. As soon as we got home, we started eating expecting a tasty dessert. Ended up sitting over the toilet for about 35 minutes with the worst bout of nausea and vomiting I've ever had. I called the restaurant and the girl said OK I'll look at the machine no offer of a refund and as I'm writing this, My Fiancé just ran to the toilet and has began vomiting. Once again I don't know what they're putting in their ice cream or how often they're cleaning it. Holy crap it's really bad I highly recommend not getting anything frozen from this restaurant you will get sick we don't know what it is, but we will be going to urgent care in the morning to figure it out. The food here is great, like any other McDonalds, it really deserves a better rating. The service is great and even when the line is to the road you can get served in less than 15 minutes. I had an unfortunate encounter with the "manager" on duty today. I had misunderstood the pricing of a sandwich and meal. The "manager" decided it would be good customer service to hang up on me. I did not yell, I did not use inappropriate language, but this person simply decided to hang up. Had this person been a real "manager" of people and had any talent at customer service, they would have suggested I come back and look again. Because I am a reasonable person, I did that anyway. I found I was incorrect in what I thought was the price. However, this "manager" exacerbated the situation by hanging up on me. I want to congratulate this McDonalds on their choice of "managers" . Why does this Mickey D's have a shitload of poor ratings? The food is always the same, which is why the drive-thru and playground are always BUSY. If the horrible reviews held any water, this eatery would have been out of business years ago. This busy McD's is in the middle of town, it has the indoor kids playground which is the grounds for huge birthday parties full of stinky footed kids all jacked up on orange drink and nuggets. This fact is probably the reason the bathrooms, floors and general housekeeping has been a target from the bad reviews. I've avoided the dining room for years, as this place has a high traffic and low-upkeep from staff. The food is why people keep coming, its the American way! The meat on the cheeseburger is my guilty pleasure--its salty and beefy covered in the traditional "cheese" slice which really isnt cheese and the funny diced onions that remind me of cafeteria food during my school years of the public school system. The nuggets taste like a chicken's nuggets. The salads taste like...wait, I've never ordered those--and some of you havent either-dont judge haahaa. One of the more notable QUIRKS for this place is the one drive-thru employee that talks like a clown/carnie. His voice is amazingly odd, creative and funny. He reads the orders in a escalating tone with a scripted introduction...you'll never forget it once you hear it. read more

I think this is the best McDonald's I've been to. They are friendly and fast, and the food is yummy! I love it that they have orange Hi-C; some places have stopped carrying it. I love their french fries, and their tartar sauce is great as well. I like pretty much everything they offer. I'll for sure go back there, but can't make it a habit because I might turn into a whale. However when I went to eat some mcchickens and it was quite apparent the mcchicken Pattie's had been sitting in a tray for quite some time , they were unbearably dry and hard . They have trouble getting orders correct nearly every time. If you go outside of peak hours (lunch, dinner) do not ever expect your food to be fresh or even hot. They usually have friendly people working though, so that's a plus, but they just can't seem to ever be remotely consistent. read more

I'd give them zero stars if I could. My husband and I were going to eat here after working late. We walked up to the door at about 9:50pm on Saturday night, as we did they shut off the lights.
