Stopped on a Saturday night and there were some college kids working. They are very nice and courteous and professional. Took my order asked if I wanted anything else and made sure I have everything I needed before I left. I got double cheeseburger and onion rings The double cheeseburger was great. Could you use more ketchup but maybe that's the way Zips makes burgers. The onion rings for the most part were good. The breading was awesome and most of the onion rings were nice and crispy on the inside but some of the onions are a little soggy and fat. I didn't care for those too much but otherwise they were pretty good. I definitely will use zips again. I enjoy their food. read more

Food is good but they almost always mess up the order. Not just once, but more often than not. The latest was a pickup order. I specifically asked about the sauce I asked for when ordering and was told it was in the bag. Got home, no sauce. Time before that, my sister was here for Christmas and crazing Zips. We sent the kids for a couple of family meals. All of the Papas were missing the ham. Not only do you need to check in the bag, you need to inspect the food! My girlfriend order dinner for us 2 meals, Got home to Coeur d'Alene from Post Falls only one meal in the bag. Ok, people make mistakes we can figure this out. I tried calling goes straight to voicemail and to top it off voicemail is full. So I drive down there, I get there Ethan the young behind the coumter handled it well and was polite. The manager was not on site. They called her because not only did I have to drive down there to figure this out you are now wasting my time to spend with my family, and time is the only thing we can not get back. I wanted a new meal and full refund. I do not think this is tall ask since I drove back down there. I was told they only do one or the other. Again if the phone worked and I knew this I would have had them refund my money and go to the zips by my house where the service is a little better. Then the manager says she is coming down and says she has called the owner. I now what ten minutes in her. Mind you this whole time I have been nothing but calm and collective not raising my voice just standing firm on what I want. The owner of this location should look closer at who is running their store. This is not the first time we have had problems here. This is proof no one takes accountability for their own actions or the team the run owner included. read more

Gross! IDK what kind of food safety or food preparation procedure they have in this place. But the fancy pepper jack double bacon cheese burger I ordered had a long @$$ hair imbedded in it! It was nicely intact in there like it was purposely placed in there, OMG never again! I asked for the manager, and I was told that the manager is not there? No management??? , they offered a free burger... I'm like HELL NO! Want my $ back as the whole family was grossed out, and ruined our meal! I'd love to leave zero stars but unfortunately that's not an option here. I literally just waited almost 40 minutes for a chicken strip basket, two hamburgers, a super deluxe burger, chicken sandwich and waffle fries. The first car waited about 20 minutes for their food before getting their small bag of food. Then we waited about another 15 for ours, and an extra 5 minutes or so for forgetting the waffle fries. I don't know about you but no one I know wants to wait 40 minutes in a drive thru line for already mediocre fast food. Absolutely unbelievable considering there was like four or five employees with only one order before us. Two younger boys are literally doing nothing but walking back and forth and one guy cooking. So, today I order a simple burger in a meal and the menu cost was 9.29 on the menu board, and then I upgraded the soda with the meal to a shake ... and bill at the window was $18.90!!! I didn't even order this as a large. This was a medium meal. I looked incredulously at the server at the window as if he made some kind of mistake, and when I inquired he said the shake upgrade was $6.00! What a rip off man! No where that I have ever gone have I been charged full price for an upgrade from a soda to a shake. In fact, if you look at their menu a medium shake is $4.29 if I ordered it by itself, and a medium soda is $2.29. Shouldn't the price of the medium soda be deducted from the price of the shake maybe making my meal be $2.00 more? Instead of doubling the price of my meal. I'm so pissed right now, I'm never going to go back to Zips again. If I wanted to pay $20.00 for a meal, I'd go somewhere nice, not some hole in the wall. read more

I think this is my first Zip's - a pleasant surprise for sure! The menu was new so I asked "what's the best..." and she suggested the Papa Joe - so that's what I had. Very friendly and the dining room was sparkling clean and comfortable. My order was quick to come and was really hit the spot. And the price was right too. I'll be back and will probably try another Zips in my travels too. read more

Not the best Zips. Customer service was very good, but our orders were totally screwed up! Burgers were all sloppy, messy, cold fries that were obviously sitting out for awhile. The associate made good on the botched and sloppy order, however this location only warrants 3 stars. read more

This location is so hit and miss- most recent visit the bun was really dry on my burger and I had to throw part of it away. The french fries were WAY over salted, yuck! Also, the large fry I ordered was more like a small :/ I have tried this location multiple times because it is close to home, and it is new and clean, but I may just drive a little further for more consistent quality. read more

I love Zip's. Having moved away from the PNW for over 10 years, I was glad to be home, albeit for a short time. Zip's was mostly how I remembered it - but my palette has changed. It was still decent fast food, but was just that - cheap fast food. This location had great service the handful of times I went. They also have the "good" chicken tenders. I don't know what it is about Zip's locations, but they are not all created equal. Some locations have really terrible tenders. Nothing major to review here, typical fast food, but above average service. read more

My family and I moved here last June just over year ago I've been to zips three times I just don't do fast food twice at this location once at another location which I will not go back anyways made a big order with family that are picky a Family of six it will get confusing they did an awesome job there was just one ordered that they screwed up on and was very polite and they were very polite back even with being teenagers I was very impressed and I am basically putting this up for those young teens that work here an hard they are doing a good job specially when it comes to respect as long as you give respect back to them I would recommend this place!! But most importantly the food was extremely fresh and for fast food delicious if you want a delicious meal that's quick and fresh come here The fish and chips are sooo good n fresh if you don't want a burger!!! read more

This is the one you go to during lunch hours, and avoid after 3 pm. After 3 the food is always cold and mushy.

The new location is brand new and beautiful. They have tables outside with umbrellas in the summer and the dining area is clean and modern. This is not your typical fast food chain. Everything is cooked to order (that does increase wait time...so worth it)...so it comes out hot with juicy beef and melted cheese. A North Idaho staple with another good location. read more

I have been to many zip's Drive in's and found them to be a great place to dine with always fresh food and friendly people. I stopped at the zips in Seltice Idaho and was served raw hamburger, I asked for them to correct it and they billed me twice for our lunch. I have called numerous times to try to resolve the issue and I am still being ignored. read more

The best Zips my husband and I have been to!!! Awesome!! The gal taking our order and the gentleman at the window were very nice!!! Usually love Zips, but I question the service here...went through drive through today, and I had to repeat my order 4 times, because every time he repeated it back to me, the same item was wrong! He finally got it right. Then we got home, and an order of fries were missing! I went back, and sat at the drive through speaker for 5 minutes before someone addressed me. They gave me the fries, and I went back home (to finally eat my cold burger!)....only to discover my son's burger had the pickles and mustard on it that I had asked them to omit, but mine was missing the pickles and mustard!
