We had a disappointing experience at this Wendy's today. We ordered two Biggie Bags and fries, which was a pretty simple order. We received our drinks and were asked to pull forward, but ended up waiting over 13 minutes for our food. During that time, there weren't any other cars in the drive-thru, so the long wait was confusing. I understand that delays can happen, but it would have been nice to receive an update or explanation while we were waiting. Hopefully, they can improve their drive thru service and communication in the future. read more

Ordered Dave's single and a nugget only. Receives nasty ass spicy nugs that were like cardboard. The Dave's single was the worst I've ever had at a Wendy's. I tossed it all in the trash. I ordered my food on the Kiosk and food came out pretty late. I asked for a receipt and they told me that the receipt printed from the kiosk. The kiosk did not have a printer. I asked them if they could print a receipt from the register and they told me it wasn't possible. I asked them if they could write a receipt for me and told me it wasn't possible, even though I've done that several times at other restaurants. I told them by law a restaurant needs to provide a receipt, and they told me it wasn't possible and walked away. I sat down and overheard them mocking me for telling them that a receipt needs to be provided by law, even though that is common knowledge. Wasn't a great experience spending my lunch break being mocked when I was not trying to be rude. I just wanted a receipt. If you can't provide one, let's try to find a solution instead of blowing me off and gossiping when I'm still in the restaurant. Eventually, they figured it out and gave me my receipt and I was very appreciative, but I didn't love the service. Food wasn't fantastic either but looking at other reviews, wasn't surprised that other people have had negative experiences there, for food and service. read more

Staff tonight (Friday, May 3rd 2024, 8:30PM) didn't seem to care about their jobs at all. They were rude, made us feel extremely rushed in the drive thru, and messed up our order, as well as gave us drinks with virtually zero syrup. The food was cold, even though we ordered at the restaurant, not online. These people really don't know how to run a restaurant, and should close down until they are able to train their staff on how to treat people with respect, not talk down to them, and take charge in situations. The poor girl at the drive thru register told us that her coworkers were screwing around and being so loud that it was impossible for her to hear people placing their orders. I don't typically review fast food places or chain restaurants unless something stands out. In this case it was a young gentleman named Carson. I was having a particularly rough day, and it showed, and he managed to put a smile on my face. This is, I will say with all honesty, the best customer service I have received in a long time even though it was ever so brief. He greeted me promptly with a smile and waited patiently for me to make up my mind without making me feel hurried. Before he even asked my order he inquired how my day was going with direct eye contact. I'm not one to make false statements or lie just to follow typical social protocols...so I told him "not well". Not only did he apologize and seemed truly concerned but inquired to know more. He was excellent at light banter and I appreciated his wit and light joking. By the time I left, he had managed to make me smile. Worth every penny for the comfort food fix I so badly needed and didn't expect to leave with more! Thanks Carson, keep it up. Right off the bat I want to warn everyone they are currently doing a full on indoor remodel, so if you have dust issues you may want to go elsewhere. Having said that, the place looked pretty clean for what is currently an indoor construction site. Staff was very friendly and smiley, so that was welcome. My order came really fast too, which is never a bad thing. Wendy's across the board are pricier than I think they should be. But sometimes I just have to have a Baconator. Sad, I know, but I am comfortable with my bacon addiction so don't judge me. At any rate, despite the current remodel this location is doing a good job getting the burgers out and being pleasant while they do it. Well done, Wendy's. read more

They tell you their soda machine is broken, no root beer or Dr. pepper, however it works for Fanta and sprite??? No, if your machine is broken it's broken. Drinks were in drinkable. Order a sandwich without ketchup, I am allergic. Get all the way home only to find out there is indeed ketchup alll over it. And when I say all over. Stopped by today on my way home. drive thru only due to current conditions. Ordered Cheeseburger Combo. At pay window was asked if I would like military discount (was wearing my U.S. Navy ball cap) to which i replied yes. Very juicy 1/4 lb burger w/lettuce, pickle, tomato, onion, fry sauce (that I'm guessing at) and no ketchup/mustard. Anyway a gooey, fresh burger for sure. Fries not that special. If I were to choose between theirs and Paul Bunyan, I think I would choose the Jumbo cheeseburger combo at Paul Bunyan for these reasons. 1) P.B. cheaper 2) more fries and better ones as well. Just those two reasons alone would send me to Paul Bunyan every time. read more

Ok, I understand that there is a labor force shortage for some unknown reason, but I don't believe that the people that do show up should be any less than professional, especially in the food service business. I went through the drive through tonight and all went well until I got to the pickup window. Luckily I wasn't getting a drink because the next thing I witnessed is the reason for this review. One of the young ladies at the window dropped the ice scoop onto the floor. With no more than a "NOOO", she picks it up and puts it directly back into the holder to be used on the next drink, I assume. The 2nd young lady opened the window and handed my order to me. I said "she needs to wash that scoop because she dropped it on the floor". She responds with a "ok, bye" as she is closing the window. I knocked on the window and when young lady #1 opens it I say "you need to wash that scoop because I saw you drop it on the floor". Without any sort of acknowledgement of why I was saying this, nor any action of taking the scoop to wash, she simply closes the window and tells young lady #2 what I said and they start laughing. I will be calling tomorrow for hopefully a manager. If they are this careless and see no importance of dropping ANYTHING on the floor, what else is happening that we don't see. The other reason for 1 star? The food was marginal. I had a pecan chicken salad and chili. The chicken breast was not cut - just the whole chicken breast laying on top of the salad. Have I been spoiled by our local Burger King? Half the price and fresh broiled . Wendy's was a disappointment. We ordered the standard combos, and that was about $17 for two of us. Burgers tasteless and greasy. Tomatoes and lettuce limp and skimpy. Fries were half full in container and they were cold and inedible .. really bad. My wife and I got our lunch here today. The baconator fries had burned not crispy but burned black bacon on them. The spicy chicken sandwiches that we got were terrible. They were rubbery and dry. When the food came, the bun was cold and the fries were luke warm and seemed old and soft.
