I go in to get something to eat, look around at the new building. Alike and say about the inside it is very sterile and industrial. I see that they have for video windows set up or you play share orders. So much for customer service. To front cash registers one was open 1 was closed nobody was in front stood there for a good 34 minutes before somebody finally came up to see there was a customer wait . Food per usual subpar drive rolls And just barely adequate. See heaven nice shiny new building and have done nothing about improving customer service or quality of food even with a shorter menu. We simply ordered 3 sandwiches, 2fries, and 2large sodas, 20pc nugget and at the window the guy seemed like he was doing his job tending the mic and orders and the fellow employees in the back had us waiting up to 20 minutes in line till we had to finally honk to get whoever out of the window chatting with the customer at window, finally just when we receive our order and once we got there the order was still not finished, I saw about six people on shift that night June/1/19 at exactly 12:38 we finally got our food and saw three other employees leaving inside but the window guy was nice but if y'all can't hire people to do their jobs properly then I don't expect to go here anymore. It takes only 6-8 for mins to make chicken biggest in a deep fryer. Midnight with a full team and STILL can't get the "fast food" I pay for. Y'all employees need training all staff there aren't fully trained if this has still been going on and still management hasn't fixed it!? I'm sorry, that's crap!!! Each time I attempt to come to this location, I wait AT LEAST 30 minutes in the drive thru, while multiple employees are sitting right outside the entrance smoking cigarettes. I worked in the food service as a teenager, and let me just say, you guys either need a management change, or some serious training. went there Sunday 4-15-18 about 3:00 pm ordered a Big Mac Meal, got home and it was so bad I just threw it away. Had hardly any sauce on it very little lettuce, meat was way over cooked and the bun had to be so stale and dry it must have been sitting around for hours. The shake machine was not working, the Orange drink was not working, I asked if anything was working, and maybe that's why I got such a crappy meal. Will never go back there again. Went through the drive thru at the beginning of lunch and waited in the long line that had already formed. I know it's busy at lunch so this part isn't a big deal. Took forever to pay and got to the second window to get our food. The ladies were too busy talking about some personal bs to acknowledge I was even there. Finally came to the window and handed me my food. No greeting or anything. I guess this is the norm of the customer service. Took two bites of my mcdouble and bit into something hard. Not sure if the burger was over cooked or what. It was just the start of lunch rush so I would think it wasn't old, but who knows. It was gross and I tossed it. Went to the Panera down the street. This is by far the SLOWEST fast food restaurant I've been to. Waiting in the drive thru line is easily a 20-30 minute wait. The attitude of the employees makes the experience even worse, they act like they are being forced to work there. Very unpleasant and you're made to feel like you are inconveniencing them when you order. Forget trying the curbside pick up app at this location, the wait is even longer then the drive-thru. Ok...have lived in the areas for about two years. This McDonald's is the absolutely the worse one I've been to in my life. Harsh? Yes, but its true. Here are some of the issues that never seem to go away at this location: CONS: - Insanely slow service - sitting in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes is not unusual - Machines REGULARLY break down (at least that's what the workers tell us while in the drive through line. I'm not convinced we are being told the truth). - - Just today (2/16/2016) my wife went through the drive-thru and was told "our system is down...you cannot order any food". This is a regular occurrence. - Quality of food is unacceptable - Obvious the staff could care less about service - - this suggests leadership is failing at this location to properly train and motivate the staff Up until this point we've put up with this abuse because there hasn't been many competitors in the area. But Taco Bell across the street has MUCH better drive thru service and now they serve breakfast. So until McD fixes the problem, we are done with them. I just cannot believe how the corporate office continues to allow this. They have access to, for example, drive thru wait times. There is a standard by which all locations are to meet. This McDonald's always has the worst service and takes forever. If you have a 30 minute lunch break, go somewhere else. You will spend most of your break in line, regardless of how many cars are in line. When Chick-fil-A opened, I thought for sure it would get better. Wretched, is but just one word to describe this McDonald's, I have had multiple occasions I've overheard the employees talking rudely and the service is just atrocious! Like yes I understand you work at McDonald's but can you stop talking and looking at me like you hate me.. and then the food, don't even get me started, When they get your order correct you have a fifty fifty chance it'll be made the way it's supposed to or not, for instance I once got a half of a McRibon a McRib bread loaf, I once got a nasty thick white sauce on my steak egg and cheese bagel of which that sandwich doesn't come with sauce, and one of the last straws was tonight, I ordered a Double quarter pounder along with my families other food items and I come to find out that I don't have a bottom bun piece, like how hard it it to remember the bottom bun. Overall if this store could get a lower rating then one star it would be receiving one. Not to mention they're old drive through was perfectly fine the double lane one was unnecessary and they don't know how to run it properly. Peoples orders get mixed up left and right, and it doesn't help the teens working as the main employment don't pay attention to what they're handing out or if it's even yours or if the quality is okay. This is hands down the worst McDonalds in the history of McDonalds and that is saying a lot. I like to have an egg sandwich in the morning and since this place is almost right across the street from me, this is an obvious choice. I have stopped there every morning over the past two weeks, at varying times in the morning, from 5:30 am to 9am, and every single time they take FOREVER. Completely unorganized and unprepared for even a single customer at the drive through, and God forbid there's three cars in line. Today was the last day I will give them a chance. I was second car in line and after several minutes I got to the ordering speaker, they didn't take my order, but instead told me to pull up to the window. When I turned the corner I saw a traffic jam of cars everywhere waiting for their order. I left without ordering and drove to Dunkin Donuts where there was a line of at least ten cars. Took about three minutes to get through the drive through line, get my food, and get back on the road. read more

So, I get it, it's McDonald's, not a fine establishment or anything, but usually it's a decent, quick experience. Not here! It started out normal, we placed our order (which I'll add was just two apple pies and an iced coffee, nothing complicated), we get to the window and the guy hands us the wrong sized drink. He checks and corrects the mistake. Then we're told that they didn't have the apple pies that we ordered, that it would take ten minutes and they continued trying to get us to take strawberry pies, ice cream cones, cookies, you name it. No, we ordered apple pies and that's what we wanted. We continued to politely decline, and finally asked for our money back. Then they only gave us part of what they owed back. Needless to say, the process took ten minutes (long enough to get the pies anyway). Will not go back to this McDonald's, and I'd advise you not to unless you're looking for your order to be messed up with a side of terrible service. I'm not loving it! read more
