It was very inconsistently cut, a lot being very thin and mixed in with the pasta. So it had an appearance and almost texture of the pasta? Which was weird. But very chewy and stringy at the same time? It was just plain gross. With a dish so heavy, a nice grilled, pan fried or even blackened chicken placed on top of the pasta would make a huge difference. My 10 year old loved the pesto. He also had problems with the chicken and said the bread was stale and cold (it was). I'll probably be back at the 10 year old wishes. I'll stay away from the pasta and try the pizza next time.
