I ordered a sandwich around 10:50pm and was made wrong so I walked in kindly letting the workers know and they were very nice and apologized about it except the lady at the back who had to remake it. She was very rude to the staff. She had the audacity to start cursing at them in front of a customer. The burger was made wrong which she did but started blaming the staff at the front for handing out the wrong order. Everything I ordered was right except my burger. I am allergic to cheese and she still put the cheese on after the fact that my order specified exactly what was needed to be customized. Every single staff came up to me and apologized while she was at the back running her mouth cursing at them. She needs to take responsibility for her mistakes instead of putting the blame on the rest of the crew. I went to this McDonald's this evening. A nice young lady helped me at the first window in the drive threw. Waiting behind the car in front of me took forever. Thinking he ordered a lot. NO. The girl at the first window was also working the second window. While I was watching her three other employees stand around behind the counter chit chatting. Team work makes the dream work. Give this girl a break. Working way too hard while her coworkers slack off. I called to complain to a manager. I'm sure was one of the employees chatting away the hourly pay. I hope the girl running both windows sees this. Because they said it couldn't go to a franchise owner. It was run by corporate. Now, McDonald's is a very good place to eat. It may not be the healthiest option, but it most definitely is some yummy food. There a couple of downsides at this location, though. Let's begin with the fries. The fries, first off, are quite salty. They also get soggy really fast, which makes them horrible to eat. That's basically the only bad food at this McDonalds. I've seen way better fries at other McDonalds. Second, sometimes the nuggets aren't completely fresh, which is a bit of a downside. The nuggets are still really good, but I prefer the tenders over the nuggets. They don't have too much of a wide variety of drinks, and this specific location has been getting rid of some desserts, and also rid of the bacon. It could change in the future though, but last time I went, none of the items with bacon were available, and you weren't able to put bacon on a burger. I usually like getting special burgers with bacon on them, and it bums me out that there's no bacon. Let's hope they bring it back. Now, with the pies, I haven't had one for a bit, but they're really good. Especially that sugar cookie pie. Let's hope they bring that back soon, because it's pretty good and I definitely recommend it. Just like the name, of course, it tastes like a sugar cookie with sugar cookie like filling inside of the pie. It has sprinkles in the outer dough of the pie. About the Big Mac. Hands down the best burger McDonalds has to offer. Only one slight downside to it--too much lettuce. You should probably ask for light lettuce because they definitely put way too much on there. Sometimes I open up the Big Mac box to see my burger absolutely overflowing with lettuce, and that's not an exaggeration. Other than all of the stuff I mentioned, the McDonalds is definitely good if you're looking for a midnight snack, or just a good lunch. read more

I was here at six pm, during the dinner rush. The drive thru was backed up to the street so I parked and went inside. On the way in I counted SEVEN people on their break at once, one of whom was wearing a purple button down shirt and seemed to be the manager. Four of them, including the manager, were smoking by the front door. That is gross and unprofessional, not to mention illegal. The line inside snaked out the door but went quickly. I overheard someone behind the counter mention the drive thru line and ask if the drive thru team needed help, which they clearly did. The boy refused the help. "No," he said. "We're fine." They forgot my drink, but I got it and my food surprisingly quickly. The drink station was nasty and the garbage was overflowing. When I went back to my car the same people were still waiting in the drive thru. For a store that teems with workers, it is extremely inefficiently run. I've never been so appalled by any place that bears the McDonalds insignia. read more

Busy, noisy and rowdy at this McDonalds. We don't usually eat inside but today we were walking from the pioneer park, so we did. They messed up on our order (hey it happens) but they fixed it immediately after I told them the error. The fries we received were old, cold and soggy. The inside of the restaurant hasn't been updated since the early 90's probably, so it's kinda filthy, as is what happens when furniture is over two decades old. Probably won't go here again. The drive through is split into two order consoles. Whatever is in charge of switching the intercom from one to the other is screwed up. Car after car went by on the right while our order console stayed silent. We were only there for ice cream anyway so we left. Fix It or go back to a single line, or we stay away. read more

You can't use the restroom without an employee walking you back and punching in a code (that you can't get), and then the restroom is grimy and the hand dryer is bad and there's no mirror. On top of that, there are signs posted everywhere that say, "Time limit: 30 MINUTES while consuming food." It's like they don't want you in there at all. On top of THAT, they're understaffed. My low two Star rating is about my wife and I both having to summons a worker from behind the counter to unlock the bathrooms. I actually feel bad for the Owners, and Managers, and all the Workers who work there. I blame the City of Puyallup's Administration who have allowed this town to deteriorate with rampant Homelessness to the point of a McDonalds having to put Locks on their bathrooms. The nice young girl behind the counter said that "people were caught washing their dog, and clothes" there. Really a sad situation. I went to this McDonald's today and ordered a McChicken plain in the drivethru . I waited in line for 10 minutes and I got up to the pickup window and I had to wait another 5 minutes there. I asked the lady for ranch and she looks at me so confused. Then she's like ok??? She turns and is joking around with her coworker standing behind her and then gives me the ranch, then my bag and says here's your McChicken plain. Went here this morning to get breakfast to go and the guy could not get a simple order right. I repeated it five times. Here is the order: Homestyle breakfast, which is three pancakes and a piece of sausage. I said can I have ham instead? Where do I Begin ....We were behind in line with 4 cars ahead of us Got to the order speaker in good shape Then everything from there on was horrible. Spent over 13 minutes to get to the pay window. Then when the car ahead was at the pickup window for over 7 minutes she was told to pull into slot #1 to wait for her food. We pulled to the pickup window and the person handed us an overfilled soda. He handed us some napkins to wipe up the mess and tol us to pull into the slot #2. We had our driver window down and the lady in slot +#1 she hollered to us and said she ordered her food on the app 35 minutes ago and still had to wait. She was quite upset. Mean while there was another car that pulled to the right waiting for their food. After another 6 minutes we got our food and came home. Washed my sticky hands from the pop and sat down to eat. Both the wife and I ordered quarter pounder cheeseburgers. Both had way over cooked Pattie's, 1/3 of pattie had cheese, I ate 2 bites and threw the rest in garbage. The cooks also had 7 pickles on mine. Very little ketchup. My wife's was so dry and so was mine but she ate most of it. Now I do eat here at least once or twice a week. I don't make a habit of bashing food places but this is totally unacceptable. Two weeks prior I had one of the best double cheeseburgers there. I think it's all who manages the particular shift of the crew. I still think the district managers should make unannounced visits and order food in the lines to see what their stores are doing. Drive to other locations and taste the difference. Just sayin! read more

Every time I come to this location, or order on Uber eats from this location, my experience and quality of food and customer services keeps getting worse, I've order from here twice in the past week and both times they have messed up my order and forgotten items, and had me wait both times in the same week 2 HOURS to get my food on Uber, they refuse to cooperate with me, or communicate, there is nothing I can say positive about this place. It's a McDonalds so it is what it is. Most of the food is ok except I like their fries least of anyone's. My biggest complaint is that when you come here during off hours they only cook a couple of things on the menu? 3:45a.m. rolled in there the other night and they were only cooking breakfast burritos and the biscuit thing with sausage. No cheese, no bacon no egg, just sausage. They were cooking one thing as well but forget what they said. This isn't the first time this has happened to me there. Two reader boards of food and they are only doing three things......yeah, went a little way out of my way to Jack's and they had it all going. Mickey D's should just roll it in after midnight and reopen for lunch or something. No point in going to this place off hours. read more
