The best tea options and the owners are great people! I will definitely be returning and making them my primary place for tea!

Personally, I think a lot of this stuff is kind of hokey. But my wife is really into it and swears by it. The staff were very helpful with her and made some recommendations to help with her issues. It does feel clean and smells great inside the store. That's an added bonus. I wouldn't be back on my own, but I respect the service they offer and highly recommend it for anyone who's into tinctures, tea's, oils and the like. read more

Great little gem in downtown Puyallup. I'm a food spice junkie but had no idea this place existed, come to find out it's been here for 7 years. Shelves are stocked with popular herbs/spices, a bunch you've never heard of, teas, bitters, chocolates, sauces to name a few. Anyway, the place is clean, cute, and well merchandised. The owners are friendly and informative, willing to google anything they are unsure of. The prices are fair and comparable to "typical" grocery store. This is my new go to shop for tea and spices. Had a real hard time finding Savory for a stew I'm making. Trove had it in small packs. I chose those so I wouldn't have a whole bottle in my spice rack losing flavor as the months went by. Very thrilled I discovered this beautiful locally owned tea/spice shop in downtown Puyallup! This store has a wide variety of products to offer and I checked online to get a feel for the prices before going in person. Ordering online/store pick up is an option as well. Everything is priced very fair and the quality is amazing. You can get little sample packs or whole jars of certain spices which is nice if you only need a little. They also offer a refill discount if you bring back your empty jar to reuse next time. The customer service was amazing too. I definitely plan on returning in the future and I am happy to support this shop! read more

We stopped into Trove during a walk with our puppies. They are dog friendly and welcomed us in without pause. Trove offers a variety of spices, seasonings, teas, and so much more. Do yourself a favor and stop to check out all they have to offer. My wife and I picked up a handful of things we needed and a few items we are excited to try. I know this place will be a frequent stop when we are strolling through downtown Puyallup. read more

Fantastic shop in downtown Puyallup with organic tea. They have some amazing smelling creative tea blends like a peach pie tea made with kernels of popped corn and a blackberry bergamot (the stuff in Earl Grey that smells like Trix cereal). They also have a nice selection of chocolates, spices, and sauces. Today I learned that you can now bring in your knives on Fridays and have them sharpened over the weekend. I look forward to seeing what else they add in the future. read more

Tea people (and foodies in general), we have a little slice of wonderful in our downtown. I went in today on a search of Oolong Tea, and found that the owner Audrey, had just made a fresh pot (BTW they have 5 kinds of Oolong). Her knowledge on tea took you to the mountains of China and India. The spice selection is like New World...you can almost imagine the spice peddler coming in with the finest from all over the world, They even have little pinch bags, so you don't have to buy a whole bottle for a new recipe. Trove creates their own bottles/containers, so it is all unique and original. Audrey even encouraged me to bring back my cute container for refills; so they are eco-conscience as well. Free smells galore! The inside of the shop looks like something from Pike place or U-village, very classy. I am so excited to go back! Check them out as they have events like chocolate sampling coming up on the calendar, They even sent me off with a full size cup of freshly brewed tea to go!!! read more

This is one of the best things to happen in downtown Puyallup. Great selections and almost any bulk spice, herb or tea you can imagine plus wonderfully delicious specialty items you may want to share at a potluck, picnic, special meal or family gathering. I am obsessed with this store!! I live in Seattle but come down to Puyallup all the time to see family. This is my favorite tea and spice shop in the entire North West. Not only does this place have great items (the Ogre sauce is amazing and spice selection is great), but I did an online order and received all my items on my doorstep the next day with a sweet note from the owner. Can't wait for the store to open again so I can browse, but until then I will definitely do online ordering. read more

Trove has a delightful variety of tea and spices. The bulk tea comes in beautiful jars. The owners are friendly and welcoming. I own over a dozen of their loose-leaf teas. As an avid tea drinker, I daily make myself at least two cups of tea from Trove. read more

Once again, I have to say I just love this store. They totally "Get It". I reordered a spice that I get in bulk from them and a new jar of tea online expecting they would ship it. I am so excited to have a great tea shop with a huge selection of teas, spices and specialty items (chocolate, yum!) here in town. I had been a regular at Teavanna for its loose leaf tea until it closed, then switched to an online company. This shop has competitive prices and the full range of teas ( including organic) that you would ever want. And they do custom blends! I don't like chai tea because it is usually just an overpowering flavor of spices but their custom blended chai had the flavor of the tea with the gentle taste of spices as top notes. So good. I also tried sumac, a spice I had read about but never been able to find. I was able to buy a small sample to try, and found I love it's light citrusy flavor. Of course this was all pre virus, but now they will take orders and ship. read more
