I ordered 2 Hot Honey McCrispy Chicken Sandwiches. The crispy jalapeños were a nice addition. The chicken was served hot and the Hot Honey sauce tasted great. Not many people in the restaurant, and when I walked to the counter to order, there was a smiling and pleasant lady standing there waiting for me. As soon as she gave me my change, another lady walked from behind the counter and handed me my food. For any restaurant that is Exceptional but for fast food that is unheard of. The sausage and egg sandwich was perfect. Looks like it was assembled like an A-type personality. All the edges of the ingredients lined up perfectly. One of the best fast food restaurant visits in a long time. Maybe there's hope. I suppose I'd give this visit a five, but I did use the bathroom first and the stainless steel on the urinal and faucet were covered in what looked like Ajax that was not removed. We had the worst experience at this location because of the smug, condescending young person named Gabriel. Won't be back. Me: "I'll have a quarter pounder with cheese." G: "Which one?" There is always a problem at this location. They never have pies ready, they code all of a sudden doesn't work, or the burgers are just cold and raw. I always order 'made to order' with hopes that it will be fully cooked. For better or worse, there's a new McDonald's in town. Better, because I love the convenience. Worse, because I really shouldn't be eating McDonald's. But this is a very nice one. Like all of the newest locations that I've visited, this McDonald's is very modern. Trendy seating, for large parties, or just for two. The hanging lighting fixtures were lovely, and added to an already chic ambience. Wi-fi seems to be a given with all of the McDonald's restaurants, but this location had something that I haven't experienced much at a McDonald's...good service. The order-taker was very pleasant, took my order with a smile, and pointed to an overhead screen, which would post the number of my order once it was ready, so I didn't have to hang around and wait. Later, while I was enjoying my meal, that same employee stopped by to see if I needed anything else. Wow! This service was something I'd expect from another (unnamed) fast food restaurant, but not McDonald's. What a nice treat! Since it's the closest McDonald's to me, I know I'll be back many more times...for better or worse. read more

I am actually pretty surprised at the bad reviews. Then again - keep in mind a lot of people either review because they really like it or they really hate it. I visit this McDonald's quite often. Probably at least once a week (I know, I know, I'm not proud of it). So I think I am a pretty good judge of the service. One thing I will say is that they have never messed up my order. I always order items that that require a little modifying - so they've done a good job so far. In my experience the line has always moved very quickly, and I have never been asked to wait for an order. Overall this location offers one of the better experiences I've had with a McDonald's. read more

Rotten creamer in my iced coffee just about 15 times now and I am literally never going to come back now. This place has horrid quality and the workers are rude. I have tried to give this place a fair shot over and over again. My sister in law used to manage a McDonald's in Ca. She ordered a Carmel mocha and we watched the guy make it wrong and hand it to us. She told him it was wrong and he and all three other employees admited they had no idea how to make it. Really?!?!?!!!!!! This makes me beyond angry. I just got off work and went by to get a iced coffee and again rotten creamer and it taste horrid. I will dump it down my sink again. The place is slow and the food is not worth it. Avoid this place at every cost! Once in awhile, I understand getting something wrong or missing an item. Not here! Every time I have gone to this place they have gotten my order wrong. When I ask them to fix it, the managers are extremely rude and blame the issue on me. When I explained how this was not my fault, they blame the employees and call out their staff in front of me. Extremely unprofessional management! I would absolutely hate to work here!! Don't go if you don't have some time to spare because you will spend extra time trying to fix your order. My son visited last week. Ordered hamburger and fries in the drive-thru. Paid at one window and went to next window get his order. When he was handed the bag, it contained the hamburger, but no fries. When he asked for the fries he was told the order is complete. He proceeded to ask for his money back for the fries and they told him his order is complete and there would be no refund. We checked the receipt that evening and it did include the two items. My wife and I have since complained to the manager and the corporate offices. They offered an canned apology, but have never offered a refund for my son's money. In my mind, this McDonalds is guilty of theft. In the past, my wife had two separate instances with this McDonalds, where the order was incorrect. She had to park her car, go in the restaurant to get her order corrected and they never apologized. I live approximately one mile from the place and I will NEVER go there again. My advice is to keep driving if you are ever thinking about stopping. read more

I got home from out of town late and this McDonald's is one the few restaurants open near my home. I got there at 12:30am and there were a few cars in front of me in the drive through. It took nearly 20 minutes to get my food and when I got home I realized they got my order wrong.
