I frequent this McDonald's location often, as well as the McDonald's in North Quincy. Both are 24/7... really until 3am if you want burgers & fries. Menu changes to breakfast after 3:30am. Always a line for drive thru but wait isn't too bad. I usually get a double cheeseburger, mcchicken, sprite with less ice or sweet tea depending on the day, & sometimes fries or nuggets. Food is always hot. Only issue I have had is I am always missing an item in my bag so I used to drive off and then realize it & sometimes I'd go back. Lately, I just check my bag before driving off to make sure. Not really a big deal though, usually they just forget to put the sauces I asked for in the bag, or if I asked for creamer for my drink... little things. Overall, not bad at all. Better than other McDonald's in the area & 24/7. Cannot hold McDonald's to too high of an expectation lol. It's as good as it gets. read more

Terrible staff they wouldn't provide any refunds after not giving me my food. I waited patiently for my food for at least 10 minutes. It was a pick up order which I ordered 20 minutes in advanced. When I confronted them about my food they said they were closed all day and wouldn't give me the food. Further more when I asked for a refund they wouldn't allow it and just slammed the door on me. read more

This is a nice location. The people at the counter were pretty friendly and I got my food quick. The food was good and did not seem like it had been sitting around for a while like I've seen at other locations. Everything was fresh. The seating area was clean and the self-service beverage area was well stocked with straws and lids. The parking lot was big and there were plenty of spaces even though the restaurant was pretty full. I liked it there and I would come back. read more

I went here last night around 10:30 pm and ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes. When I pulled up to the window to get my order, I noticed 2 of the young men huddled up while making my sundaes. When they gave me my sundaes I noticed that the topping looked like liquid, as if they poured coffee on it. I went yesterday morning to get a steak, egg, and cheese on a bagel, and 1 order of hash browns. The drive-thru line was extremely long, so I walked in. The nice young lady took my order, and I waited, do you know, I received my order. As I drove up the road, I pulled out my sandwich to eat it. And as I chew into it, it was a sausage, egg, cheese bagel, I just ate 2 bites, then folded it back up. I called them over 7 times to tell them there mistake. The next morning I went there with that sandwich, and my receipt, and the Supervisor, a young Puerto Rican Woman was so rude, never apologized for the mishaps, and the fact, I didn't get to eat my Sandwich on Saturday, February 18, @ 10:27am. If McDonald's keep up this Customer Service, they will loose a lot of Service. If a person working at McDonald's don't know the difference between Sausage, and Steak, they shouldn't be working at McDonald's. read more

Sitting around a friend's house, pondering what to do next for the night. . . the thought of soft serve ice cream filled our heads. Let us travel! Into the car we hopped and drove to the nearest ice cream stand. Unfortunately it was late night, and the place had long since closed. Damn! What now. . . . McDonald's! Open late night when you need 'em. Drove the extra distance to this Mickey D's because we knew that we could get some cheap yet delicious soft serve here on a warm summer night. Drive-thru was very efficient. The Oreo McFlurry I purchased was chock full o' Oreo crumblies and vanilla ice cream. Hit the spot! It is safe to say, I can't think of any other time I have stopped at this particular location. Convenient, fast, service with a smile. What a McDonald's should be. Ran in here today for a very quick breakfast. The place was almost empty, but the drive thru was very busy. We ordered and our food was ready very quickly. I ordered an Egg McMuffin, but wanted bacon in it instead of the usual meat. No problem, so I was happy! The hash browns weren't anything special taste wise, were fresh, crispy and hot. The iced coffee was the best I've had in a while and my husband's coffee was fresh and hot. Overall, for a McDonald's, our experience there was good. This is a very poorly run location. I know good help is hard to find but the folks they hire are just rude. No manners. People at the drive up window on their phones and give you blank looks when you pull up. Then you ask them questions they go "huh?". Just ignorant and rude. Half the time they get the order wrong or you have to wait for it at one of their designated parking spots. Good location and its busy. This gives them the excuse not to improve. read more

TOTALLY INCOMPETENT MANAGER. Sad to watch a grown man struggle to perform basic functions on the computer system. Could not ring up our mobile order for the life of him. Window lady pulled her mask at least 3 times when she was chit chatting and then with her contaminated glove wipe down all the lid and a drink cover. Terrible customer service. I'd gotten the caesar sald with crispy chicken. When I got home I found there was no chicken. I returned to the restaurant. Three staff members joked among themselves...one told another, "you said you'd eat the salad if the customer returned." Took several minuites for them to get the order right. The shrt blond self-described manager finally said "sorry". I asked for compensation, and the self-described manager said, you can have the salad no, or refund but that's it. I used to go there at least once a week, I will not return for at least a month. This short, blond, person who claimed to be the manager, it turns out, wasn't. So she lied about that too. This is a 24h restaurant. Well last night I drove by (drivethru - 3am) and there were employees inside but no one was helping. About five cars were just in line waiting for someone to ask us what would we like to order and nothing. We all left one by one. This is the second time I had a bad experience there. First time the employee taking my order who seemed to be a manager (around midnight - drivethru) was just on his phone and not paying attention. Most likely I will never go back to this location. So, near the end of a week off and decided to grab some McDonalds for lunch. Now, I have been to many different types of places to eat over time. Sometimes I want something more highbrow, and then just something quick and easy. That is the way Ray Kroc pictured it way back when. After all it's McDonalds. You're going to get the same meal no matter where you happen to be. With all that said, I have never had a problem here with any orders. The people have always been friendly. I will continue to go unless I ever have a major problem (and I have been in this town for 15 years as of the writing of this review). The cheeseburgers are always fine, fries usually hot, and soda, well it tastes like soda. I get no compensation for this review and have never personally known anyone who works there. Also, please do compliment the workers if they do right. We all deserve praise and respect as human beings. read more

I have gotten coffee twice at this location in the past week and they messed it up both times. Firs time, I ordered a Hazelnut Iced coffee and it came out with cream and sugar - they never asked me if I wanted that. Second time I was more careful and said "black". Not pleased with this McDonald's at all...... DIRTY. 1. Go in here at least once a week to grab breakfast on the way to work. Every morning I've ever been in here I notice little flying BUGS around the drink station and the ice station in the lobby. I've mentioned it to management at least twice and they don't seem to care. I just reported them to the Board of Health. They will HAVE TO care now. 2. Ordered hotcakes through the drive through one morning. They have me and charge me for hotcakes & sausage. They did not ask me if I wanted sausage and I did not order hotcakes w/ sausage. I made them re-do my order and give me a refund. When I pointed out the manager or supervisor in charge that they should not be charging me for things I didn't order she just gave me a half-hearted "Sorry" and a goofy laugh. I would not be surprised if they "upcharge" on drive through orders without customer's knowledge since it is easier to do it this way since they drive thro moves along faster. Shitty place. Even by McD's standards, this place is below average. Although clean and easy to get to (location-wise), the prices were high and none of the current McD promotions were offered/honored. Came for breakfast - the sausage burritos were dry and made long before I arrived. The hash browns were cold and the coffee weak. Go elsewhere. read more

With McDonalds, I don't expect much beyond your typical fast food. Tonight we went for a quick dinner that would be easy. I got a Big Mac. When I got a few bites in, I found a long hair. I have long hair that I tend to find all over the place, so I assumed of came from me. Then, I found another embedded in the sandwich. This McDonald's usually has a busy drive-through but it doesn't mean they should neglect customer service inside. Ordered 2kids meals n a double cheeseburger meal and got my orders at a separate times. Not sure why but orders aren't suppose to be handed out unless the entire order is complete. Not so happy about the customer service. I placed my orders on the kiosk and it did not give me the option to customize my double cheeseburger. I requested just mac sauce on my double cheeseburger but the employee who was making my sandwich got upset and loud with me, I explained that I didn't have the option to customize my sandwich and her manager had to explain that it doesn't allow to customize it on the kiosk. The fact that there wasn't enough communication or training for this caused her sandwich maker of that day to flip out for their own miscommunication. Don't argue with paying customers because we are the ones bringing you business. read more
