Drive thru, ordered on the app. Service was friendly and she asked me if I needed anything else. Yes, as a matter of fact, a cup of ice and extra napkins. But when I parked to start eating, I had two hot mustard sauces for my nuggets instead of one hot mustard and one sweet and sour. So I drove back through the drive thru. It was a different girl who gave me the sauce and then a manager type came over and didn't look happy. Drive thru is one of the top jobs and only the most experienced staff should be doing it. After running early morning errands with my daughter, I figured she want a play break. Since it's on the way home, we popped in to McDonald's for their play structure, Our purchase included a Sausage Egg & Cheese McGriddle, OJ and coffee. For the girl who rarely eats, my daughter actually ate her breakfast sandwich. The McGriddle was freshly prepared and the perfect temperature for her to immediately enjoy. My coffee was a good temp for sipping and the creamer was added for me. The self order kiosks are easy to navigate. The tables were clean upon sitting. Service to the table was fast. Stopped by McDonald's and tried their $5 value meal, which includes a choice of a McDouble or a chicken sandwich, McNuggets, and a fountain drink; a great deal for the price! The restaurant was clean, food was what you expect and service was quick, even with the restaurant being busy--which is always nice to see. One thing I'm still getting used to is ordering through the self-serve screens instead of talking to a cashier. This location's food portions are terrible! The large fries are given in a bag instead of the normal box. The large fry is just a little bit bigger than a normal small fry portion. The drink size of a medium is smaller than usual. The cup at this location is paper and is given with a paper straw. Other locations give plastic cups that are bigger along with plastic straws. read more

The food needs to improve! McDonald's would never sell food past it's time, but guess what? They do now! My steak bagel meat was so dried out like leather it infuriated me for the simple fact I paid over $11.00 for this breakfast combo & I was already @ work in Oakland & couldn't take it back! Wouldn't have thought to review a McDs before but I actually had excellent service today. Plus the Shamrock Shake is back finally!! Which I'm a huge fan of--the bright green and creamy, slightly minty shake that reminds you yay, it's time to celebrate leprechauns and the like. Oh and also the renovation this McDonalds did was definitely the right call. It was worth the late nights of showing up to a darkened McDs still under construction, letting the horror of a closed drive thru sink in while debating my loyalty, deciding if I should starve that night or spend my coins on some other subpar burger shop. Now thankfully it's up and running and the service is better than ever. I mostly use the driveway, but I still get a cooler and more satisfying experience overall. Now they have a two-entry drive thru which (usually) makes ordering much faster. And bonus, the food comes out hot! Drinks cold. Fries deliciously salty. read more

Ok this Mc Donald did a huge renovation and it's so nice and updated!! Super clean and more modern looking and they have the self kiosk wear you can order and don't need to wait in line! The cheese is an extra charge for a typical McD's burger! I think Koreans CANNOT make burgers . . . My twin daughters only eat McDonald's at this area because the fact they can eat, and then play inside a secure facility while I can study. The food is always done fresh every time I've been here, and quick as well as correct. It's your typical burger fast food restaurants that anyone should try. Breakfast is now served all day so there are choices of breakfast menu you can try including sausage & eggs mcmuffin or biscuit, fruit 'n yogurt parfait, hash browns, and Big Breakfast with hotcakes are some example. Try their value meal or McPick 2 for $5 are a good deal. You can eat inside or in a hurry, drive thru are available. Haven't had any problems with customer & food service.
