Unbelievable! The drive-thru service was incredibly disappointing. Despite only one car being ahead of me, it took over 10 minutes for a single small bag to be handed out. I ordered a free item through the rewards program--a beef burrito with beef swapped for beans to make it vegetarian. Four minutes later, I received my order, confirmed it was vegetarian, and drove off, only to find that there was no sauce included, even though the sticker on the bag indicated it. I parked, went inside, and mentioned the missing sauce. The employee handed it over without a word. Back home, I discovered that the burrito actually had beef in it. I ended up throwing it away and will stick with my usual choice at Chipotle. Very disappointed with the service and the lack of attention to orders. read more

My sister was craving Taco Bell so we placed an order via UberEats. The food was mediocre sadly, but didn't expect much given that this is a fast food chain. I know... this is not authentic Mexican food, but I figured why not give it a try since it's been a long time since I last had Taco Bell. The menu selections weren't impressive and a bit disappointing... they took out the apple empanadas from the menu! I was looking forward to ordering it again, but they no longer offer this on the menu! I ordered the nacho fries, chicken chipotle burrito, bacon and chicken chalupa, chicken Doritos locos taco and my sister ordered the steak crunch wrap supreme and the steak chalupa supreme. I used to be a fan of the nachos fries, but this time it was not as good as the first time I ever had them. The chicken and bacon chalupa was ehhh... the shell outside tasted like old oil and the bacon bits were too hard. The chicken Doritos locos taco was the best out of the items I ordered in terms of flavor and appearance! The chicken chipotle burrito was the most disappointing item. It was the tiniest burrito I ever had. It reminded me of taquitos but soft. I guess that's why it is on the value menu! My sister is a fan of the steak crunch wrap and always orders that! I don't eat beef so maybe that's why I did not enjoy my food as mush as my sister did! She also got the steak chalupa was was disappointed as well. She ordered the wrong one... she wanted the one with the cheese on the outside. Any Taco Bell fans know what she's talking about? It would be 0 starts if I could. Todays date 09-03-2025 Time- 11:40PM I had the worst service experience ever and I'm a daily costumer. I ordered a combo #9 Mexican Pizza with 2 Tacos and a the new Steak Ranch Burrito all items had barely any meat. The pizza was literally falling off its tray sauce was coming out it was a mess. They only cut the pizza in half which is normally 4 pieces sliced and only one of the Pizza had meat. The burrito had more lettuce and tomatoes than steak I counted 6 pieces of steak. Tacos were stuffed with lettuce a small slab of beef. What was the issue today ? Shortage ? Please don't ever put that cook back there again make them go to register. Never been so disappointed with this Taco Bell. Didn't even take a picture with how so disappointed I was I just threw all the food away. So I was contemplating writing a yelp review but hopefully this can be used as a tool to be better. I arrived here to get some lunch, came inside instead of going through the drive thru. It was not busy inside just a couple people waiting for there order. I decided on what I wanted to get and walked up to the counter. There I am waiting as the clock is ticking minutes go by and the workers in the back see me. Do they come up and ask me what I wanted to order no but they sure looked at me. The longer I'm waiting with no acknowledgment the more irritable I get. But instead of lashing out I leave. That business lost today. So there grade is an F. Training your staff better on customer service is a must. So I would recommend the Taco Bell on 23rd I've never had an issue with there service. Maybe it's the day crew here or bad leadership my guess probably both. read more

Mom loves Taco Bell, so that's where I took her. When we walked in, my first impression was that the store looked clean. There was only one other couple inside eating. I ordered six soft tacos and a soft drink. When I got the cup and started filling my soda, dark and light liquids powerfully squirted into my cup. The chalupas that I got were cold (I live less than 5 mins away) & barely had any meat in them. The nacho fries that I ordered barely had any seasoning & looked like they have been sitting out for a while. I asked the person who helped me at the window for fresh ones, but instead they took the ones I had & just added more seasoning to them. Whoever was taking the orders at 11p on 7/31 she was absolutely amazing. First off, I don't normally stay up late enough anymore to be able to get fast food as that time of the night. Second, that line was absolutely atrocious so I'm sure the pressure level was high. I'm vegan and of course my orders weren't basic and a breath of fresh air. Everything I asked, she double check, was able to see if it was available and treated the order numerous times to make sure she didn't screw up. The line was long, the wait was long, but her attentiveness and care for what she does definitely made everything bearable. In fact, there were no screw ups and it made me very happy late at night. I went into the drive through here at 12:30 today. As I paid I let the lady know can I have hot sauce she said yes. I drove off and had to call to inform the manager that the lady that handed off my purchase do not use active listening. I've been going to this Taco Bell for well over 12 years after a rough day of work. Once in a blue moon I'll pull into the Taco Bell when there's nothing else I feel like eating. Yesterday I went through the drive thru, hoping to shave off some time. Unfortunately my order was incorrect. I pulled back into the drive thru and asked if I could have my correct order. The cashier sounded as if he was on the verge of a mental breakdown. If I had to guess this worker must've been no older than 17. Never have I been treated so badly by a fast food worker. I'll never forget, I had a terrible experience at a Wendy's that ended with me getting BANNED from the restaurant because of another worker that refused to give me sauce, but these workers were worse (especially the cashier)! This disgrace of a fastfood worker decided to neglect my order and left me in the dark for the next five minutes. I pulled up to the order window, I heard screaming and shouting going on. The worker opens the drive thru window, tells me they're on break and I quote "leave immediately", whilst a customer and that cashier worker on the verge of a mental breakdown are having a shouting match. Good grief, get a grasp on your workers Taco Bell. TLDR: Workers are impolite, constant arguing from the workers to the psycho customers. The food is decent, they got my order wrong and refused to correct their mistake. I'll stick to making homemade tacos from now on. read more

When I placed my order I was very specific about what was to be included and what was to be left out. I even had the order taker repeat it. When I got home the order was incorrect. It removed things I paid extra for and included items that I have allergies to. This was a $13.01 order so it's not as if it was pocket change. I wrote to the manager with a full explanation and a copy of the receipt. I didn't expect compensation but that would have been an appropriate response. The lack of stars in this review is the result of what appeared to be a total disregard by the manager/owner to the politely written letter I sent. A simple apology would have sufficed but absent that, I have little choice but to go to Phase II of my conflict remediation options. Shame on them. After looking at the reviews off to the side here I'm seeing recurring trends: --They seem to have a difficult time getting the orders straight --management doesn't respond to complaints ******************************************** I recently wrote a review about how badly the staff messed up my order and continued about the lack of a response from management when I wrote a polite letter to them about their problem. As a follow-up, here it is several weeks later and I've heard nothing from the management--not a letter, a phone call, an email or a text. It's like terrible service is what Taco Bell stands for and this comes from the top down.
