I am so pissed. Went kinda late to eat as my teenage son said he was hungry at 11pm. When I drove up there was only 1 car ahead of me. So it should have gone smoothly right???? WRONG.... took the car ahead of me 10 minutes to get their food and they had a small ass bag so not much fit inside. I then finally get to the window. I had ordered a Nachos Bell Grande and a Cantina Chicken Quesadilla, both nothing spectacular and super easy to make. I ended up waiting at the window for another 12 minutes with the cashier and I making that awkward eye contact. I asked what was taking so long and she said she didn't know. They didn't have mild sauce so I asked for medium and only hot was in the bag. I then got home, opened my son's food as it felt kinda light and this is what I had in there. I'm sorry but I've ordered this before and quesadillas are one of the easiest things to make. And one things for sure it's supposed to be almost the size of the bag. The only concern we have with our local Taco Bell is sometimes they go through staff changes a little more often than normal and when that happens, you get the wrong order in the drive-through you get no sauce things aren't normal sometimes But overall, we love the food read more

If I could give a 0 I would, the works are always so rude, dismissive and rejects helping customers by redirecting them to the kiosks. Ive seen time and time again where an elderly couple comes in to the counter and stands there waiting for over 10 minutes to order. The place is relative clean, tho ive never seen the workers wipe down any of the tables. The food is mediocre then again it is taco bell, we've waited sometimes 20-30 mins for 7 items while the employees all just stand around talking or yelling across to one another from the kitchen to seating area out front. The soda machine is either off with the syrup ratio or never has ice. Definitely not pleased with this locations service. read more

Upon I entering I go to counter because the 2 kiosk are pre occupied by customers who are having a little difficulty using the device . The guy at counter who was knelt down stands up and says if I can use kiosk I said I would but it's occupied so I continue waiting on guest who are using kiosk. A girl from mountain mikes comes in and must be a friend of Taco Bell employee who is smiling as they talk he takes her order I said oh now your open. He then offers to take my order now that he opens for the young lady I decline . I think if your kiosk are occupied cashier need to be readily available to customers. They had a smirk on there face after discussing my issue .Maybe since it's the 2-5 day part they are not worried about it. Coming off a late flight from OAK, Hubbers and I decided on late night eats. Something fast, something quick and easy and something closer to home. So many fast food joints around this area, but Taco Bell won out. We were anxious to get home since we were both drained from the day's activities, so we figure food via drive thru would be much faster. But then, SURPRISE! A long line at this hour?! (It was almost 11pm!) There were at least 7 cars ahead of us. We were both too tired to complain, so we just let it be. And another surprise? It didn't take more than 10 minutes for us to put in our order, pay and hauled outta there. They were incredibly FAST. Needless to say, we were impressed. We both got a few crunchy beef tacos. One thing we both noticed when we got home to grub? Not one single taco had tomatoes in 'em. I was okay with it, Hubbers kinda wasn't... thinking back, this may be due to the haste. Otherwise, the food is what you expect from Taco Bell. But getting people in and outta there was impressive; even more so for a late-night rush. Can I rate it ZERO stars? This is easily the worse customer service of any of the Taco Bell locations. They are terrible. There are no signs indicating that the dining room was closed when I got there at 4:54 PM, 6/19/2022 - on Father's Day mind you. On the app, I ordered to pick up as it's easier to get in and out of most locations with a pickup as the food is usually there waiting to get picked up. However, I was forced to wait nearly 30 minutes in the drive-thru. Additionally, the app doesn't have root beer as an option. So I asked if I could have a root beer, and the cashier said, "Sure, thank you." I picked up the food at the window but they put away the breakfast salsa that I requested. No other sauces were recommended or in the box. And my drink was a Pepsi. I am never coming back to this location. EVER! They just look at you looking at them and it doesn't cross their minds to ask what the customer ordered after they've been sitting in the lobby for a long time. I was 1 of 3 waiting inside and all orders were not prepared until the whole lobby went to the counter! Over 20 minutes waiting on a combo 2....
