They never open on time, need to hire more employees. They have the drive thru lines open however no one is taking orders. A lady is inside but refuse to take orders. When I proceed to the drive thru window she then state "you have to come in, I'm working along. I can respect that however, close off the drive thru lanes so people will no not to waste time waiting on you to take orders. Yes; it cost you nothing to place a sign up saying order inside. Just giving you a clue, thought or suggestion. It doesn't take a genius to make the customers happy. read more

I'm giving this Mc Donalds an actual 0 stars but since i can't 1 star will do. I ordered 1 big breakfast w hotcakes and 1 order of pancakes with sausage. I make it a point to check my orders from this Mc Donalds bc there has been multiple times it has been wrong. Why do i keep returning to this place you ask? Because it's 5 min away from my home. But now i will make it a point to drive further if i need to at this point. Now basically the order of pancakes with sausage did not have a sausage. So i told the lady. Then i noticed i didn't have my 1 hash brown that comes with my big breakfast. The lady then asked for my receipt and said "you don't get a hash brown for the pancakes and sausage". which i then responded with "i know. however, i do get one with the big breakfast and that she what im referring too." She then went to go get me a hash brown. When i arrived home i then noticed that my big breakfast w pancakes did not come with the English muffin! This has had to be the simplest order and yet there was 3 things missing from my order...that is absolutely crazy to me. I don't remember the last time I visited a MacDonald's. But I'm definitely not going back for a Sundae. The ice cream, or what they pass off for one, had the consistency of creamy mashed potatoes. This fake ish is so weird; is there even any milk product in this thing? Or is it all carageenan and a whole host of protein extracts and chemicals we can't pronounce? So I've finally learned my lesson and I will no longer use the app to order any McCafe items from this location. This is the third time I've ordered something through the app only to find out when I got to the location that "the machine is broken". I know there's a way that they can coordinate this through the app so that those items are not available to order because i've seen that other locations in the past. Today I went to this McDonalds at about 1030am with my niece. She order a number three that comes with fries. I ordered a big mac and when the drive thru attendant gave it to me I felt that the burger was cold. I requested another one or recently made burger, regretfully she gave me the same burger back. This McDonald's really needs to get it together, that's as a former worker of McDonald's a few years ago. They WILL always be out of one thing you ordered, don't count on getting sweet tea. At 4 in the morning they won't have frappes. There has been one time I came here and the lady working by herself and the cook was so much nicer and customer friendly. However when I go this morning there's maybe 2-3 workers + cook, as soon as I pull up to the speaker it's on and all I hear is laughing ( ok cool fine! People need to be able to laugh at work) but no, this went on for at least five minutes before I was able to get asked "what can I get for you" . Don't waste your time coming here. Morning , or afternoon. The noon crew is the older crew because all the younger people are still at school, and the older crew has more common sense and you don't have to deal with an attitude or horrible customer service. Management needs to get someone better counting their inventory since they're always out of stuff. Unless your employees are just being lazy and not serving everything you have to offer. read more
