Forgets an item every time. They take their time only to mess up every time. Ive been 5+ times now

This is probably one of the slowest McDonald's to order from. When we came here, the online ordering was down and we didn't know that until we went through it twice before they told us their system was down. The drive-thru was backed up and we heard customers complaining at pick up why their orders were taking so long. Not sure we will be back to this location. read more

Waited about half an hour in line just to get a quarter pounder with cheese ,no onions, extra pickles. What I got instead was a burger, no cheese, nasty onion scraps, 2 pickles, and ketchup. Unfortunately, my experience at this McDonald's was extremely disappointing. I've been in the business for over 20 years, and I can only imagine what the owner would think if they witnessed how this location is being run. There was clear disrespect shown both toward customers and among employees, which created an unwelcoming atmosphere. I sincerely hope the owner takes the time to observe what's happening on the property. Cleanliness and sanitation were also major issues. When I went to wash my hands, the restroom smelled strongly of urine and was in such poor condition that I had to leave without finishing my visit--even after paying for my order. It was simply unbearable and unsanitary. I've visited many McDonald's locations over the years, but this one has been the worst experience by far. I would not recommend bringing your family here until significant improvements are made in cleanliness, professionalism, and customer care. I truly hope the management can step up and hire hardworking people who take pride in representing the McDonald's brand. read more

Just ordered through Uber eats and they forgot part of my order so one person didn't get dinner. When I called, they could care a less and said I need to contact Uber, even though it was McDonalds that forgot to include the items. I was given the option to reorder, which I'm not going to do because we don't feel like waiting. If they are going to use Uber, they should check the bags before they go out and take responsibility if they make a mistake. If there's a line wrapped around the building, don't do the drive thru- unless you have 20 min to kill. Otherwise, I've never had a problem getting what I ordered (except for a few unsweetened sweet teas bleh) and fast otherwise. But I also don't order customized items. Make sure to pay with card because cash is difficult here for some reason- they struggle to have bills/change in all denominations. Also the area isn't great, which subtracts from the score. Beggars will sometimes approach your vehicle while you're in the drive thru line asking for money/food. read more

First off it's McDonalds, so one can't go in here expecting a gourmet experience. That being said, it's not bad as far as fast food goes. The service is usually pretty quick, and the people that work here are accustomed to it being busy and handle it well. They've always gotten my order right, and the foods been hot. My only complaint is that there's been more times than one when it wasn't busy, that the trash in the dining room was overflowing or pretty close to it, not really nice to look at when you're trying to eat a meal.
