We pulled into Hilton to try the diner and stumbled across Jose Joe's. Definitely a fast food vibe to the place but with somewhat higher cost (about $10 for a burger.) The store looked new and was spotless... So off to a great start. Service was pretty standard for decent fast food... No real interaction beyond taking the order but they got it right which is more than we can expect from many chain restaurants. We were definitely impressed with the food. We're so used to seeing a delicious, juicy burger in an advertisement then receiving a sort of squashed down, sad version of it on a tray... Not here! The burger actually looked delicious... And was! I can say the same for my wife's black bean burger and the fries. Very satisfied. Cost was a little high by comparison to other better quality fast food joints but other than that a great find. Will definitely stop in again if the opportunity presents itself.

It gives more of a lively, social vibe than an intimate one. I also noticed that the staff can come across as having a bit of an attitude both toward customers and sometimes with each other. I wouldn't take it personally, it just seems to be the overall tone there. I would highly recommend it for a fun night out with friends girls' night, boys' night, casual group dinner. But it's not the place I'd choose for a romantic dinner, and if top-tier customer service is a must for you, this may not be your favorite spot. Requesting if the outdoor seating is available, the staff happily obliged. We started with a few appetizers which include their lobster bisque, potato skins and crab cakes. The lobster bisque was fantastic, and I was pleasantly surprised to see chunks of lobster meat throughout the soup. The crab cakes were packed with crab and had a crispy exterior and tender interior. Although I personally prefer my crab cakes pan-fried and these were deep fried, I actually found them very enjoyable. As for the potato skins, these were pretty standard and nothing to write home about. For mains, I opted in for one of their Mother's Day specials which was their prime rib. I found this to be incredibly tender. I did however find this to be under-seasoned and 30% of the prime rib to be pure fat, but nevertheless this was tasty. For dessert, I opted in for their vanilla creme brulee which was tasty. The consistency of the custard, I found to not be as smooth as I'm used to, but again nevertheless it was tasty. I have to point out the service and hospitality from Audrey (our Server), and Declan (helper) was impeccable. Audrey was professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
