Phone doesn't ring. Meaning it's not busy. I check order in the car...because, history... They forgot the side of spaghetti. Check receipt. Yep, charged me for it. Went back in. Demands to see receipt...I have to go back to car to get it...I was the ONLY customer in there for ten minutes prior. It's not a large or complex order. How does this happen? Then took another ten minutes to make it. As in, they didn't forget to put it in the bag...they didn't even make it! Somebody isn't paying attention... Get home. Open food. Fried mushrooms are nearly charred they are so over fried. Inedible. And the horseradish dipping sauce was not a creamy dipping sauce as one expects. Nope, it was literally rough ground horseradish root in a watery liquid. Disgusting. Some of the spaghetti in the parm meals is CRUNCHY! WHAT! Chicken parm is also very CRUNCHY! Again, WHAT? What were these clowns doing? They certainly weren't paying attention to the quality of the food they were making. Absolutely pathetic attention to quality. Shameful.

Plus wings were also overdone. 1hr wait time and I get they were busy - we were chatting during this time as well. Noise volume was ok and not really has changed throughout the years but definitely might need a new chef. Also saw the kitchen violations - should've checked the seating too. One of us almost got hurt due to a broken chair. Someone else had a wobbly chair as well.
