As I stood there in line waiting to place my order I was filled with immense amounts of joy as I saw the Huntrix Girls and the Saja Boys photos positioned upon the McDonald's walls. After I placed my order I found a seat, the service was extremely fast! I looked at my Huntrix meal and smiled, I then began to dig in. I would not go to this location ever again or recommend this place. I went here and ordered a mail and got a large helping of bad attitude and theft. I went to the window to pay, and I paid with cash. When I got my food, I got the receipt but not my change. It was only $.25 but it was my $.25. A second employee came to the window with the person telling me they wouldn't give me my change and looked at me and said what are you expect us to do you need to just go. Upon arrival at the drive thru we were greeted and asked if we use the mobile app for which we said no... placed our order... got to the window... paid for the food... while handing me a bag of food I was asked to park in the parking lot... "missing fry & burger". So basically we received 80% of our order and now will wait for the rest. Another car pulled up and parked next to me, nice night and weather so the windows were down on both our cars. After 8 minutes or so waiting, I asked them what they are waiting for, maybe its the same type of items. They said "we are just waiting for an iced coffee, that's it". Wait a little more, now 10 minutes total. I knew my order was here getting cold waiting for them to bring out the remaining items. Plus I still gotta drive home. So, After 10 minutes I felt it was necessary to go inside and ask what the status was. Someone saw me coming in so they scurried to be ready for me by the time I got to the counter. At which time they hand me my missing items, I explained that the rest of my order I already received is now getting cold... for which the employees who all standing around starring and listening to me (not working or serving other customers) had no solution or suggestion to alleviate my concern and dissatisfaction ... then all but one began speaking in spanish to one another instead of speaking to me in english. THIS WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL!!! I explained to them that there is also another customer sitting out there waiting for an iced coffee, the employee closest to me say... "iced coffee?" responding as if they forgot about this other customer waiting along side me in the parking lot. what a way to waste $20 Got the food go home and just like I guessed it, most of it was all cold. Been coming to this location for a good while now and today I decided to make my review. Up until today there has been no problems today not so much. For being so slow the service was extremely slow. The kiosk was not working and I like using it so my orders come out exactly how I want. I ordered a triple stack and it didn't have bacon on it. Not a big thing you say. Nay nay. It is to have bacon on it and every other time it did have bacon. The lady taking my order seemed as though she had something better to do than take my order and the guy who brought out my food must be cousins with eeyore. It came out with no bacon and one extra patty. The manager told the kid that that's what extra meat is. She couldn't bother herself with walking three steps to tell me. But I know that is not true me cause I have ordered at the kiosk x2 meat and got four patties not three. The food came out originally to go. The receipt said done in. The new Big Mac came out as if to go. I felt as though they were trying to push me out the door so I don't complain again. I didn't because there was no point since the Big Mac couldn't t be made right a second time. The kid brought the second Big Mac out once again the manager couldn't be bothered. About 80% of the time I get poor service and even when I say thank they just shove the food at you and don't say anything back. Manager named "Loures" or "Lourdes"... very rude man!! I have worked in customer service a long time, and I am always kind and respectful to everyone... especially customers! But this guy... wow. So, I work for a delivery food app... there was no one in drive thru, and the store rules/directions on app told me I could go in store OR drive thru if i choose. It says it is up to me, because of covid. Anyway... I go thru drive through and kindly tell him im there to pick up an order. He blunty and rudely states that I need to pull around, park, and go inside to pick up order. I kindly tell him it says right here I can use drive thru... can I just use it please I'm in hurry. He tells me pull up to window. When he meets me at window... he acts like I am a crazy person. He blankly stares at me as if we haven't spoke.. and he says well what is wrong ma'am? I said um.. what? Nothing is wrong... I told you I am just picking up an order. And he looked confused and said oh no we don't have your order in our system. I showed him my phone and said look it is right here... He went back inside, and came back out to me. He said ok you need to come inside. I said, so you have it... But I have to now park and go inside? You can just hand it to me? Went to the drive-through use the mobile app paid with Apple Pay and was told that my payment did not go through even though I have gotten a notification from my bank that the payment has processed.Informed the manager that the payment has gone through and showed her on my banking out the payment is processed there was more than enough money in there.She demanded another form of payment said that the The first payment hadn't processed and I need to pay with another form of payment. I did so and said that I wanted a copy of the receipt she wasn't gonna give it to me at first nice demanded one so she did.It was clear on the receipt that there was two approved payment processes and I showed up to her and she still argue. Fast forward eight days later and both payments have processed. I see no credit on my statement suggesting that any payment had been credited back. Left a message for the manager and he wasn't there he never called back. Went into the store and asked to speak with the manager some lady said she was and then said that I had to wait for the supervisor to give me my money back.
