I have come here twice in the past week to get the new Shamrock Oreo McFlurry. The first time they said they are out of shamrock flavoring which is fine, it happens. But the second time they just said that I can't have it. No explanation given. This is my question, why advertise the shamrock products big on the screen when you know you don't have it. I bought chicken tenders and prepaid on the app. When I arrived they sold out. The replacement meal I wanted cost more so I had to place a new order. They couldn't cancel or credit my previous order so I had to contact customer service who told me to contact my bank. The system is getting out of touch with customer service. I go here every once and a while, and have never received top notch food or service. Last time in was just before lunch rush. The gal at the counter asked for my order and as I gave it to her she just stopped listening and did something for the manager. When she came back to me, she didn't realize the faux pas she had committed, and started over. We went through the order 3 times due to her poor language skills. I was irritated. Look, I don't have a problem with immigrant workers. BUT don't do them a disservice and put one with poor English skills in an English intensive situation. It sets them up to fail and makes the customer feel unappreciated. That said, food was typical for McDonalds (only a 3 star at its best). Service and food together goes down to 1 star. read more

This food was absolutely amazing. I had thrown a birthday party for my son there and the service that they provided was great. It even smelt like shit! That's a winner in my book. I am as surprised as you that I'm reviewing a McDonald's, but, I've learned that each location is very, very different! Due to several free coupons for McDonald's egg white breakfast sandwiches, and a free gift card I received, I've been stopping in to pick up my freebies. There is a McDonald's on my way to work, close to my house, and then there is this one that is close to work. I've stopped at each one twice, ordering the same thing twice. Both times, the food and the service was measurably better at this location. The sandwich was made to look like the picture at this location, and they doctor'd up my cup of coffee perfectly both times. At the other location, the sandwich was missing items, and had half the amount of egg whites on it that the ones here did! So, I'd say this location is hiring top-notch employees! I pull up on a Sunday at 11:53pm. Lady tells me they're closed. It says they close at 1am. I ask her what time they normal close and she doesn't reply for a minute then a new lady is on (the manager possibly), who tells me they close early on Sundays. I ask her what time they close on Sundays and she says she doesn't know. Three of us customers have to back out of the drive thru. As were backing out they shut the lights off. Terrible service. So I walked in and just about all the employees were having like a party in the dining room. I assumed it was one of their birthdays so I went to the counter. I waited for about 7 minutes before anyone came to take my order. When this girl came up to take my order, she was polite (as expected) at first. I ordered "4 double hamburgers, plain- just the meat and bun please, no cheese or condiments, a mcchicken, and a parfait please." Girl: "what do you mean by double hamburger? We only have double cheese burger or a mcdouble..." I then clarified, "I guess 4 mcdoubles, plain- just the meat and bun please, no cheese or condimemts." During this time, I'm watching as several ladies, appearing to be drunk, who have their very long hair down stumble back behind the counter where the food is being prepared. I continue to maintain a polite tone and demeanor as I pay for my food, and step back to allow the next person in line to give their order. After waiting for an appropriate amount of time for my food, they call my number, I get my bag of food, walk to a table, and check my order as I always do. If I check one burger and it has no cheese, usually all have no cheese. No cheese. Good. As I'm checking however, there were several male employees in the dining room who kept cat calling and whistling, saying, "aye papi" repeatedly in a demeaning way. For a visual, I was wearing a tank top, with a long sleeve flannel over it, and jeans. Reguardless, even if I were wearing booty shorts and a bikini top, I didnt ask for that. Without looking up, and continuing to avoid eye contact, I walked out all while the cat calling and whistling continued. I got in my car, and drove home. Once home, I was giving the food to my family and found out after all that, they forgot the mcchicken. Disappointing :/ read more

I feel very pathetic writing a review for McDonald's, but here I am. The service here is honestly horrible. They close hours before what is advertised, and this has happened many of times now. Sometimes I crave french fries later in the night, and it's disappointing to see all the lights on, pull up to the drive thru, and have it be closed. Some employees are also super condescending. I asked for sauce one time with my meal, and he said it wasn't included, and it's like I know that. That's why I'm asking for it, and he continued to tell me the same thing over again to the point where I said, I just want the sauce. I don't care if it costs extra, when I know you get four sauces for free without charge. They should just close down if they don't want to work or stay open when they're suppose to. read more

At 11:30 pm my family and I Were going to go to Taco Bell but we pulled up to a very long line. We saw that McDonald's was open and there was no line. We pulled up and started ordering, the woman kept cutting us off and would tell us the total. I would say one more thing, and heard her say several times "oh my god!!" Over the intercom. She then refused to give us the buy one get one for $1 deal and was trying to charge us $48 dollars. When we got to the window she said "WHAT!?" And then i said "hi how are you?" She said "tired, very busy." And refused to take my debit card. I said well if you're not going to take my card you can cancel my payment. She said okay and slammed the window. I asked for her name but she refused to give it. She was an older latina woman, dressed in all black shirt with a thick accent. Very rude. Then when we got to the window a very nice man listed out an incorrect order, so we had to reorder at the window. Plus a bunch across the country They are slow, inefficient and the food quality goes to Sh-- if they get busy. We were sitting in line for a half hour before even ordering. At approximately 09:48PM on April 17, 2020 (Time the receipt shows) I placed an order from Doordash for 2 McChickens with added American Cheese and Roma Tomatoes. When my order arrived I was excited to have this since its been a while, only to find out that both McChickens have no tomato inside them. Upset and confused, because I got charged and already paid for the add on of Tomatoes. There weren't any on there. I immediately called the McDonalds that the DoorDash driver picked it up from. To be answered by an employee with a simple Hello. No name or greeting intro. Anyway she then directed me to the Manager with my complaint only to have the same answer, no intro "this is the manager" just a simple, Hey. Very unprofessional. The Manager was very rude the entire time, saying he remembered my order and that they don't have tomato and he didn't know what to do. I asked him a follow up question if I can get a credit, to which he responded we don't have tomato, its not my fault. As I continued to talk after, he hung up. What kind of manager is this? Representing this Mcdonalds very terribly. If I was the owner of this Mcdonalds that was on the other end of the phone, this guy wouldnt be the manage anymore. Very unprofessional. To add worse to worse, there was a hair in my McChicken, I threw my entire order away. Never going to this Mcdonalds ever again. Looking at the previous reviews below me, it doesn't look like this is the first time theres been problems. Review update. I'm convinced that everyone here hates their jobs with a passion. That's no way to strive for $15 an hour. EVERYTIME I've eaten here I get sick, so no more. How do you mess up the simple food served here? Cook it with hatred and lack of fresh ingredients, even better let it sit under heat know for extended periods of time. They're lucky that someone hasn't called the health department on them yet, I'm sure something isn't up to code. Is it surprising that this location has only a one star rating? I'd storm down there and demand my money back but unfortunately irritable bowel has me locked at home. The worst. I waiting 15 minutes for chicken nuggets and a quarter ponder and the new Gilroy garlic fries and just a regular fries. The garlic fries were terrible the fries were soggy and cold, even the regular fries were much better. They forgot my sauce for my chicken nuggets and we had to go back and ask for it. There was no one else there, at all. My brother ordered fries and 2 mcchickens and his order took as long as mine. It definitely explained why there was no one there. It absolutely sucks. (That one has the play area - lots of kids running around making noise . . . parents that don't acknowledge them enough, etc.) I was also impressed by how hard one of the employees was working to scrub/clean the men's room. Every tuesday i drive thru and order a salad (yes, a salad), and it is handed to me in a plastic bag (not sure if plastic bags are even still aloud in sonoma county). Why the bag for one item??? Because as soon as you lift the container out of the bag the top lid falls off and your food spills all over the damn bag!!! Dont understand my frustration?! Order a salad(you're not going to) and watch that lid fly off as soon as you touch the container. Waste of time and money!! Refund please. read more

Super slow service. I am sitting in the drive through as I type this. Every time I come here it's really slow. It's right next to a college so you would think it would have better service. I don't blame the staff, they are probably overworked and underpaid college students. But I have been here four times and the service has been slow each time. read more

Food is ok. Pretty much the same as any other McDonald's. Just always check your order before leaving. Drive-tru or dine-in, they have a tendency to mess up your orders or forget stuff. However, they are very nice about it. If you tell them, they will fix it right away. I really want to give this McDonalds a 2 stars, but it has happened way too many times now. They seem to have other issues as well. Sometimes the snow cone machine is down or one time 4 soda dispensers weren't working. Also, they do not accept multiple tabs in the drive-tru. It is 1 order per car only. This is the first McDonald that I have come across that does this. read more
