The register employee on 5-3-19 6:15-30 pm was a young woman who is just a low quality hoodlum working with criminal elements (Alfonso Cortes and his brood) affiliated with defunct companies where majority shareholder was Carl Icahn. Truly disgusted by this ongoing harassment and stalking. Carl Icahn, you are a shameful disgusting fraud and criminal who has a long record of attacking people which now you can influence with doctors at Mt Sinai Hospital etc. It's all coming out now officially due to surveillance technology, before, he/they just called people crazy and gaslit them whereby the educated degreed smart people had to quit in droves from their work etc when he shows up to any company to be activist or whatever he calls it (essentially inappropriate to illegal (per SEC) behavior as an investor). This is my favorite McDonald's, they knocked down the old building and started fresh . The new McDonald's is bigger and modern. They have tables , countertop bar to eat and lounge bench tables. You can order at the counter or at two big screens that look like iPads . Place your order and they bring it to you which is nice . What I also like is that they keep this place clean and also have a person walking around asking if everything is ok and if you need something they will get it for you. Thee drive thru has multiple order bays and the service is pretty fast . Other fast food competitors should do the same thing they do here , and every staff member is polite and friendly. read more

After three tries we received neither refund nor response. I'm nowhere near as upset about allowing $16 to be stolen from my pocket as I am feeling betrayed by a franchise manager we were trying to help and by a chain that we've been loyal to for years.
